I want to say more than a year ago they where always messing up our orders. Everything from flat out wrong pizza being delivered not to mention it was overly late. The pizza itself wasn't good, service sucked. I decided after almost a year of not ordering to try them again. They have really stepped it up. Their pizza is better and when I go in their customer service is better. And they actually show you the pizza before you leave their establishment. Way to go!

Ordered personal sized pizza w/ soda on special for only 6.99. Picked it up just a few minutes before they closed for the night. Very friendly service, food was hot and crust was a perfect lightly crispy. Very pleased!

I have had delivery from this location quite a bit. 1 out of 3 would be a mess (i live in a weird place) so I didn't worry all that much. But i just placed an order and it kinda sucked. I believe the Whitehouse Pizza Hut employees are beasts. I believe blame for my obscenely late delivery wasn't blame of managers or employees but the general manager but mostly the owner and/operator has fallen down on their responsibilities. I dont feel i should call over and over again to say things arent great and tell this to my delivery driver only to find out she had to deliver my order out herself after I called to ask for a manager on what was up. She was super polite, professional, and genuine.

I always call in my order. The order is repeated and I am told the cost and the time that it will be ready. I really appreciate the service. Today ordering seemed to take forever. The lady taking the order was very polite but very slow. I got there to pick up my order and could not get anyone to the front so I could pay for it. I have never experienced this. When finally a girl came to the front she said “We are just really busy back there. “Not a thank you, sorry or come back to see us. “There’s your change.” And walked away.

Service in store is great until you do not give a tip at the register when paying for your order. Then the staff member becomes cold and angry. Be prepared for an attitude! Sorry, we do not tip when you do nothing but ring up order and hand it to us.

Ordered the $7.99 large special online, along with the free breadsticks for signing up for the hut lovers. I got there and the pizza was done but they said they didn't know anything about the breadsticks. I had to wait 10 extra minutes, but the manager was kind and made fresh breadsticks.

I spent 100 dollars on 4 pizzas delivered. If it wasn't the only option and I had hungry kids to feed I would not have bought it. I made the choice to buy, but Jesus that was over priced.

I ordered 2 each 3 topping pizzas only to discover that once I got home one of them had absolutely no cheese at all on it.

pizza hut over the last several years has been a hit or miss. you get lucky or you don't. last order was OK, but not altogether worth the money. it seems these days I'm better off getting frozen or fresh uncooked pizza specials at Brookshires or Wal-Mart. last order issues included having to wait 15 minutes over app expected time. one of the pizzas was supposed to have extra cheese, and the second was to have extra mushrooms. I guess they had extra cheese and mushrooms, but they obviously did not have the regular cheese and mushrooms before putting the extra on. there were hardly any mushrooms at all on the extra mushroom pizza. previous review (remove in lieu of newer one). had unexpected guests over and ordered three pizzas to be delivered. besides the common "hardly a decent amount of toppings," one of the pizzas arrived like it had been in transit at a 30-degree angle. everything on the pizza was slid to one side of pizza. called pizza hut and I swear they treated me like I was bothering them. don't plan on going back for a long time. tip: don't by app if you're picking up pizza. when you get there, "inspect, dont expect". if everything is A-OK and they are actually nice, then if you like tip.

Good pizza, and good delivery time but ... we always tip online and choose "contact-less delivery" to avoid our dogs going crazy at the door. The last 2 times the delivery guys knocks and waits at the door for us to come get the pizza from him. That's not contact-less, and it's really awkward and annoying. I thought the first time was just a misunderstanding, but it appears that this store doesn't honor the contact-less option. Will be getting pizza somewhere else for now.

Ordered for delivery on April 17th. Might be a fluke, but it took nearly an hour to get the pizza and the pizza wasn't fully cooked (dough was not done). I've ordered from this location before and had zero issues. I'm aware that time for delivery can be impacted by demand, but I don't think it's appropriate to have a pizza delivered that wasn't cooked fully. I had to throw away 5 out of 8 slices.

They tried to tell me my order said Mariana but when I mentioned the screenshot PHOTO PROOF of my receipt that clear as day substitute Mariana for white sauce they offered to fix it. I managed a Florida Pizza Hut and even I never tried lying to my customer about their own orders especially with physical evidence of their order because MY store messed up.

I changed my 5 star rating to a 1 star rating because we ordered a pizza for delivery and the app said it would be delivered by 7. 7:30 the pizza still hasn’t arrived and my husband called and the lady that answered the phone was extremely rude and hung up.

Sorry this place sucks. Undercooked every time except for the time I begged the district manager I wanted a good 🍕. Other than that I got stuck with dowey pizza or worse ,been sitting under a heat lamp hot wings, wich have definitely given me good poison.tried it again and undercooked dowey pizza crust. Wing street wings are like they have under a heat lamp all day. There is better pizza joints arond.

They have messed up every order except for 1 out of about 7or 8 orders so far. They always fix the issue but very frustrating to have to keep having to go through the process. We lived in tyler and ordered from the pizza Hut on south Broadway for 15+ yrs. And, I am at the point I would rather drive all the way to south Broadway pizza Hut than to order from them. I only eat pizza Hut pizzas so I don't get my pizza like I used to. I miss my pizza hut. This hut is a joke.

I don't normally order from this location but the one in Tyler was out of pineapple so I choose to pick up here. The price didnt match up what the app said and when I asked they just said they didn't know why and refused to look into why my app said it was $3 and change less...guess that's what I get for paying cash and not paying through the app. I ordered 3 pizza's and all 3 seemed to be under cooked and soggy. I even put in the extra directions to extra bake the supreme and that obviously didn't happen. I didn't even call to complain because I will never eat here again. Just leaving the warning here so you know how bad it is.

I picked up an order here 06/22/15 about 6:30pm and I have to say the customer service experience was very unfriendly and unpleasant. The woman at the register does not acknowledge my arrival until 5 min later. Then she starts talking to a co-worker. After she takes my money, she doesn't even let me know if my pizza is ready or if they're still making it. Instead, she continues to do whatever it is she was doing. So, after about another 7 minutes, she finally decides to turn around to retrieve my pizza and hand it to me. I wish I had gotten a receipt to report her to her manager. Nevertheless, this Pizza Hut in particular will NEVER have to worry about me ever stepping foot or spending money here. Does it really hurt to provide customer service? Does being rude get you a promotion? I will advise all my friends to not seek services at this location.

If I could give zero stars, I would! Call center when checking on existing orders have no clue what their doing. When I called the actual store to see where my order was they said the delay was "due to the storm and them playing catch up". They DO NOT update the delivery tracking, when I asked why, I was informed they didn't know and tried to tell me it wasn't done there in store, well how would anyone else but your store MAKING THE PIZZA know what the status is...I mean give me a break!!! Horrible. CAN'T WAIT FOR DOMINO'S TO OPEN IN WHITEHOUSE.

The lady was rude about it and wasn't understanding at all or cooperative. She would not hand me my food without me paying the surprise fee. It felt very scummy of them to want to charge extra upon pickup.

The dough on all 3 pizzas was raw. Do not recommend.
