We ordered 2 #1s they weren't even tenders they were small nuggets And then there was the fried pickles that they didnt even put in a box they put in a paper bag and then on top of the box which got grease everywhere and it went through my box and made my fries soggy. I got an arnold palmer that tasted like toothpaste and whenever I asked the lady if there was anything she could do about it she rudely said "what else do you want to drink" as well as my friend asking for all drum sticks and she got all breast. I'm not someone to leave reviews but all at once this was horrible.

Bought the 7 piece tenders for side cheese sticks lucky i haven’t ate came home i notice ion smell no chicken smell or cheese sticks smells NOT EVEN A FRESH COOKED SMELL i smelled the chicken tenders and cheese sticks sour smell or something old that’s been left for days I’m never buying tenders again hear learn my lesson. only thing imma buy is dollar large cup of tea that’s it this is messed UP YA GON GET PEOPLE/kids FOOD POISION Because of your mess not cooking food properly ya should be fired for this

There was mysterious hair floating in my lemonade feelings: scared 😱 chicken was also very bland and unseasoned gravy tasted box made and also had a hair. Needless to say me and my son will never be coming and looks very uncared for. Think about being vegan before coming here.

Ordered online 20 piece tenders 5 spicy 15 regular mash potatoes gravy ordered extra mashed potatoes and gravy family corn on the cob well I didn't get my extra family mashed potatoes an who ever put the corn in the bag put them in upside down an the juice got on the chicken. I called an talked to the gm an the gm was supposed to call me back in an hour an now 3 days later still no call.

Been there twice now and usually really nice people but was missing stuff the first time at this time was HORRIBLE all the way around. NEVER in 50 years have I been told, "you have 5 minutes to leave, we're closing" (while we were still eating) from a fast food or restaurant. The okra was burnt, my husband asked for a sweet tea and I'm guessing they were out because he got unsweetened and there was a cockroach on the bench they had to go kill because we pointed it out.

Shorted food on order and would not make it rite 40 mi round trip I will never go back to chicken express again the price for chicken is rediculus too high for what it is Stephanie is the manager spoken too Zoe was the one that took the order

They left out part of our order and our chicken was cold. The didn't ask if we wanted biscuits or rolls they decided for us. We're to far to drive back to get the order corrected and definitely wasn't worth $25

First time trying Chicken Expres. I'm afraid it will the last. Waited nearly 30 minutes for our food to get it barely warm. The fries were so cold they were inedible.

I moved to Whitney two years ago and the food and service were great. The last five times I’ve gotten food at Chicken Express it’s not fresh. It feels like the food had been cooked for hours and it’s not hot and fresh. Yesterday I went to get the catfish and was told it would be an hour before they could cook the fish. Today I went and got tenders and fries and the fries were cold and chewy and the tenders were not hot and fresh. I noticed on the reviews there are many other people expressing the same concerns. I don’t know who the owner is but it appears they don’t read the reviews or they just don’t care. Do yourself a favor and train your employees and put qualified people in charge of your business.

Been going to this place from time to time since it was first built. But slowly its just became less and less of a decent fast food place to eat. They no longer serve the fries they used to, no more bone in hot wings, and price do not match on drive thru menu. What sense does it make to charge more and go with cheaper products you serve to the customers? Nothing against the employees but the owners of this place need to figure it out.
