this place is a clean, nice, family, friendly, fun, restaurant. this place has the best vanilla shakes, and their swirly twirly pasta is the .b.e.s.t.. their fries are delicious, and the staff are really nice. i wish i could go and sit back in there, enjoy my food, and not wearing a mask. and out of the million times i've been there i only had to wait for a long line like once or twice. we usually walk right in.

Good place for a quick meal. Good food. I've been here many times and have enjoyed everything on the menu. Everything from great tacos, hamburgers, and fish and chips. It's definitely worth a visit. Easy access to 101. Parking can be a challenge but worth a visit.
Nikki was friendly and kind and made us feel welcomed. She knew the menu was pretty good and recommended the items we had. The food was served hot, and the ingredients we fresh. I would recommend this establishment. Come and see for yourselves and give us your review. Ask for Nikki she is awesome.

Picked up to go and the staff was very nice. The patio looked very comfortable but needs heating lamps for sure. The shake was ice cold and the fries& burger were hot! Food places need to follow their lead in healthy temperatures. Will be back again:)
Ordered to go. Food was ready, waitress very pleasant. Love the complimentary fries brought out for us to enjoy while we finished our transaction. Food was delicious. Only thing I was disappointed with is that I ordered a dinner roll to have with my my salad. The person taking they didn't have rolls and didn't offer an alternative.
The staff at this Red Robin location is great. I wonder how long I could sit in one of these before they kick me out for eating too many of the bottomless fries. I reckon I could finish an essay before I became a problem. Oh yeah and the Mai Tais are pretty good.
Brought the family to eat, they’ve been craving coming here. I had the impossible burger and it was delicious. My daughters both got the Red Robing cheeseburger and was cooked well done. My little brother got the kids pizza and enjoyed every slice of it . Alfred was our waiter and was very attentive, and made us feel welcomed. Even though it seem busy he was always around asking if we needed more fried or refills. Thanks Alfred !!
I love the all-you-can-eat sides and the fact that you can change up when you order refills. We ordered the side steak fries when we got there. They came with 2 different sauces. I ordered the teriyaki chicken sandwich with a salad, then got broccoli as a refill side. My husband got the whiskey barbecue burger. All were great. Kailani was an excellent server, checked back with us often, and ordered our refills promptly.

Our waitress was very nice. The wait was not that long it was on a Monday evening. I had a turkey burger and it was so good.
Food tasted great. Had chicken wings. They were so tender. I hate when I go some where and order chicken wings that are tough to eat. Every time I go here I have to get some. Flavor is great. And had a burger. Was prepared good. Had a drink (sand in my shorts) this is a tasty drink. All together really enjoy my experience here. Plan on coming back. Shout out to server she was on top of things. Friendly made sure we were happy with our food and service gave her a 20 dollar tip.

Was having a bad day today so I didn’t want to cook so I took my family to Red Robin for a quick dinner, greeter was okay but our waitress ( Nicolette) was great . She was quick and the order was correct and she was what I needed to make my day better . Usually at restaurants you get a server that is just worn and tired . Nicolette was full of energy and smiled the whole time. Crazy how that turned a day around . Everything was great , would recommend to go again and sit in her section.
Red Robin is always a good choice. The food is great and the service is even better. I have mostly used carry out and my order was always correct. This past time we dined in and our server was great. Fried pickles are so good here. Our order was fine, but we did see a mix up with another group. The staff handled it greatly. If you want a good burger and have good service, go here.

Came in 2 redeem a reward was very happy with result they honored the reward offered 2 me. Nowadays that's actually rare. Place was practically empty so my service was great & food was good as well. Will most definitely comeback & possibly more often.
Had a wonderful meal with a friend. The last few visits to this specific Red Robin in Whittier, I've noticed they're bartenders lack training in cocktails. Save your money. Get a beer or not!

First off, this isn’t a rib joint that grills their ribs for 3, 6, or however many hours like the specialized restaurants so you can’t expect that same hint of char, smokiness, etc. So I ordered the 1/2 rack rib plate (w Cole slaw & onion rings $22) hoping for average just to scratch my itch for ribs. I was pleasantly surprised at how great they tasted. The sauce was perfect although I’d suggest covering all sides as opposed to how they came w sauce only on the tops of the two small slabs (3 ribs each). So order extra sauce if you like a lot like me. The meat was so good I didn’t want to stop and ask for more sauce. The ribs themselves are very meaty. I thought they’d be smaller like the ones I’ve ordered at Chili’s or a few other places. Surprisingly the meat fell right off the bone w little effort on my part. I only ate 3 so I had leftovers for lunch the next day. The plate came w coleslaw which was average at best. The consistency and flavor were great but it was too dry and needed more sauce. You get to choose one side and there are many options to choose though a few are NOT endless. You get one serving only if you choose onion rings, beer batter cheese fondue or one other-I can’t remember. I chose the onion rings. You get 6-7 of all sizes. Red Robin has the best onion rings and they’re always the same. Never a letdown. They’re very, very crunchy and you can tell they’re fresh from the fryer. Absolutely delicious! Red Robin has great burgers too! The patties are thick and the bun super soft and fresh. Again, the food is always the same so you’re never disappointed. Since there’s no Red Robin where I live, I come w my 94-yo grandma when I’m in town. We enjoy the food and the atmosphere is always busy but w out sacrificing customer service which is always great. Family friendly. Expect to pay around $17-20 per person WITHOUT a beverage & tip. We were in and out in 65 minutes and we definitely took our time. No wait to be seated either on this Sunday @ 6:40pm. I highly recommend eating here!
the best red robin experience ever!!! amazing $10 burger deal is generous and fresh. they even let you get any and all of the side dishes, so no need to pick and chose. staff are quick and super nice. space is clean too, but a bit dated. touch screen at each table doesn't do anything for us.
I really like this Red Robin location. It's close to home, I love their Cobb Salad and burgers. They make some good fried and sweet potatoes fries. I also like the donuts they make for dessert.
The best in the business for Fish and Chips, Jessica is an amazing Bartender who is ultra attentive, fast and courteous. This is my favorite place to have wings and draft beer along with the fish, Cook Jacob has the attention to detail and goes above and beyond for his craftsmanship in presentation. When in town or around, do not hesitate to come here and visit Jessica, Gerry, Katie, Jacky, Drea, Kailani and A.j.
I always have a good time here. The service is always great, the food is quick, and it taste good. Some people like to reserve 5 stars for something out of this world, that’s ridiculous. It should be based on what you expect out of it and if it met it. This Red Robin’s totally deliveries on what you want and it’s in a clean, safe area. Love it!
Like the place, looks clean and very welcoming. We came on a Saturday around 7 pm, party of five. Wait time was about 15 minutes, the restaurant was not too crowded. From the front host to our waitress, Amanda, the staff was very kind, friendly, and professional. The food was on our table within 15-20 minutes, we didn’t mind that at all, it was good time. Food was accurate and well prepared. Burgers were full of flavor and the fries were nice and crispy. It was all delicious. We had a really good experience here. Very nice atmosphere for groups! Lots of parking!
Stopped in for lunch with friends and we were seated right away. The strawberry margarita was okay and not too expensive. The cheeseburger was good and came exactly how I ordered it. The patty isn’t very thick but the bun was really soft so overall I enjoyed it The chicken sandwich was thick and also tasty. All ordered items were reasonably priced.
The food was delicious as usual. Our server was bright and bubbly. But she was slow, and even a little forgetful. Took a drink glass and didn't bring a refill, we had to ask for more fries, she didn't bring them in a timely manner, and when she finally brought them they were cold.
It's always a pleasure coming here. But it's been a few months since we came and we noticed that the hamburgers got smaller. They are like junior ones. Not sure if it was just for that day, but they were smaller. Took a friend out with us and she also said they are smaller. Hope next time they are regular big sizes.
For being a franchise restaurant my expectations aren’t ever very high. However the service and food quality (taking into consideration the level of “restaurant” this happens to be) is good. All the staff is attentive even with almost all tables being occupied and the food is as expected. I’d recommend this for a simple and inexpensive lunch or dinner.
3/7/2026 update. Feels very different. The whiskey burger had a different bun and didn't have alot of onions. It was tasty but a different kind of food t taste now. The customer service was good. Also looks like the menue has changed a little. Still would eat here again because of my kid's. Back again for lunch with my son. 8-14-2023. Great customer service when entering here. We were very hungry so no pics. We demolished our lunch in less than 8 min. Food was great like always.
Came here to have a casual date night dinner. Food was alright, place was pretty loud which did ruin the evening, and our waiter was absent most of the time, but chalked it up to being busy, definitely not intentional. Would feel up to returning on a less busy night!

Always a good hamburger. Red Robin has a real assortment of different types of hamburgers, if you don't find at least a couple to try you must be really hard to please. They have other food to, but I seem to go back to the burgers every time. Big thick steak fries are a real hit also. If you want an alcoholic drink they have a full service bar. Usually several different sports events on big screens playing in the bar area.

Loved the whiskey bbq burger and chocolate cake. Good music, a little bit loud if you are seated beneath a speaker. A/C is cold, bring a sweater. Overall a good variety of food to choose from.
I want to thank Jessica ( bar maid). She really had a great attitude and indulged in banter back and forth and made our first experience at Red Robin wonderful. She made us great drink with a Corona, grenadine, orange juice, and a shot of tequila called "bed and breakfast" The food came out in a timely manner and she checked to ensure we were comfortable with our orders. The food was ok but not as good as other days. Took a long time to get our drinks and when they arrived they were not very good,too watered down.
Me and my girlfriend went here awhile ago and we got this deal for like 10 bucks I think for a burger and an endless side. The atmosphere is pretty chill. Seats are ok. Our server was really nice and checked up on us constantly. I appreciated that because we usually experience neglectful waiters (since we are young and they don't expect us to tip), but the waiter we got was very attentive. The food was really good. I LOVED their Ceasars salad. I want to go back specifically for that lol. The bathrooms were decent and overall would come back :)
Another awesome meal at red Robin. Great bang for your buck! Had only 1/4 of my burger since we also ordered 4 rounds of fries, 4 orders of salads, 6 orders of broccoli, an order of garlic fries an order of Cole slaw, two root beer floats and two speckled strawberry teas... atul of which are ENDLESS!
Came by for a quick drink and snack and happy we did. Service was the biggest surprise. Asked to be sat outside because we had our dog and wasn’t sure they could accommodate because they didn’t look busy and may have wanted to keep their customers in one section. We were the only ones outside, but they still accommodated and checked on us frequently. Three different servers and a bartender all made sure we had our food and drinks. The great: Service! We just ordered wing and a side, but kept making sure we had enough fried zucchini. We also could not decide on the sauces, so the server suggested we order the boneless wings with all the sauces on the side. Boy was that a smart move. The different service who brought us the food also confirmed it was the smarted thing to do since the boneless are breaded fried and dipped in the sauces, but this way you can try all four instead of just one or two. Fried zucchini. They are smaller strip versions than you might be used to, but was a great side dish to go with our drinks. The good: drinks. It is Red Robin and you can tell that there might be some pre mixes here and there and measured pours, but was definitely above avg and not bad by any means. I think we had the Screaming red zombie, Long Island iced tea and a Bloody Mary. Did I mention that the bartender came out to check on us when we asked for a little less syrup on the second red zombie. Wings. Ordered the bone in with buzz sauce and boneless with sauce on the side. Have had better, but definitely held there own and better than some pizza shops that sell wings.
This place is super noisy. They no longer offer fried zucchini which was my favorite, and they were out of fish sticks which is my brother-in-law's main go-to. The burgers have shredded lettuce instead of leaf lettuce. The server made a few mistakes, but he was so friendly that we didn't mind.
Very busy Saturday afternoon. Many tables open,but you have to wait, seems there is a staff shortage. Our server Juan was very kind and attentive, but very busy. Food was OK, nothing to really jump and shout about though in all honesty.
Food was good, but service was slow. I had to ask for more fries and napkins. First order of fries was a small amount. I usually have a great experience at the RedRobin restaurants. I am guessing that they might be understaffed. When the server was present they were nice.
The food was bomb, me and my girlfriend went there for a date night and I chose that spot specifically for the unlimited fries. We sat at the bar even though tables were open as we just wanted to eat. The bartender was quick in taking our order and getting us our drinks. The burgers we ordered were brought out pretty quick but man when asking for fries it’s like you’re asking them to take a cut out of their paycheck. The refill basket of fries was not even a handful it was like 10 fries. Took about 10 minutes to come out. I ordered a second basket of fries and waited over 20 minutes and I never got them so we just left. I kept having to ask for more fries and only got served once. Service definitely needs to be improved in this location.
Came here to try their burgers and bottomless fries. The menu had a good selection of burgers as well as other food options. The two burgers we ordered were OK and nothing special. I was not happy to find out they charged me extra for grilled onions on my burger. Unlimited steak fries was good. The service was average as our waitress could have been more attentive. Lots of parking in the shopping center.
Great burgers, prices and service. We had Damian as our server and he was exceptional. If you would have expected to be filled then you were right. These guys know how to mix flavor. Not your usual bar food in a basket. Enjoy
Service was meh. Seated immediately which was nice, jac took our order, brought us our drinks. Appetizer brought by host by that time we had finished our drinks. Entree was brought by what I can assume was the shift lead or some sort of management. Said she was going to bring us napkins and utensils no comment about our water. 5 mins go by nothing. Our server walked by and gave some napkins and utensils to the older couple at another table behind us. Jac didn't check up on us till we were half way done with our food. I asked for napkins and refill on our waters, had to wait another 5 mins. I get we came in later in the night (830p) but they don't close till 10. As someone who works in the restaurant industry I understand the pre closing and wanting to go home after a long shift. But it shouldn't effect how you treat your guest. It seems like every time my bf and I (we age at mid to late 20) go to a restaurant that we get treated less of a priority than the older or more family oriented crowd. It should be equal.
Have had better service here in the past. For being a slow night the service for just a refill came at the end of the meal when we really didn't need it or want it as we had already eaten all our food. The burger was mostly rare when asked for medium well and slow service was the bad. The good was at least my kid's meals came with no issues. No refills on the drinks made them eat their meal with no drink though.
I love fried zucchini but Red Robin's zucchini is missing actual zucchini. Very disappointing
The restaurant needs a deep cleaning. Dust and grime are all over the blinds, ceiling, ducting, seats, and floor. Basically everything except the table top is a mess. You'd think after Covid shut down everything, everyone would be more aware of cleanliness... The burgers are tasty, and service is good. The staff is attentive and genuinely friendly. Would I recommend going there? Yes. Just watch where you put your hands.
The prices are pretty steep, and they don't refill your "bottomless" fries fast enough. Probably hoping that you'll get full on your entrée first.
I went out to lunch with my co-workers on a Thursday after noon about 1. The restaurant was not busy at all. We were seated in the bar which I wasn't crazy about. There was 3 of us so it was a bit cramped. We placed our order quickly I ordered a side salad along with my chicken burger and fries. The food came out for my friends but not for me. About 5 minutes later my order arrives. It's the wrong sandwich and my salad is on the plate too with no fries. Waitress comes out and says I thought you wanted salad instead of fries. I was so irritated at this point. I would assume the salad would come out first but I guess I should have asked. Then everything arrives for my order..but the fries are really old looking like they have been sitting under the heat lamps. I really have gotten upset lately with the service and quality of food when I dine out. Potatoes are cheap what is it with getting old fries that aren't fresh on a NOT BUSY THURSDAY AFTERNOON. I just have to add this meal was not enjoyable. I am a slow eater so when my food didn't arrive when my co workers did..it was upsetting to me. Then to have been given the wrong order. I know being a waitress isn't easy..but I am not a demanding customer. I ask for the basics..get it together Red Robin..at the Whittwood. The service and food was just not good. This is coming from a Red Robin loyalty card member!!!
We had to wait for about 45 minutes to get to the table but the waiter said 20 minutes. Went inside and saw almost the maximum tables were empty! Seating arrangement after every 3 tables! I ordered a cheese pizza for my son; the waiter served a cheeseburger. Burgers $11.99 and sandwiches $13.99. The quality of the food is average. Overpriced according to food quality. Wait time rating 2 out of 10. Food price rating 4 out of 10. Food quality rating 5 out of 10. Service rating 4 out of 10. The overall rating is 5 out of 10.
I am rating this on service not the food. Yesterday after my daughters graduation she wanted to go to Red Robin so we brought her here to Whittier location. Now i understand our first server was new and only 4 days in on her job. But what was supposed to be a good day turned bad in a matter of minutes. I am talking about poor service forgetting some drinks we ordered so we had to remind them what we ordered. We also had our server switched on us without being told. Next thing we noticed nobody came to our table to see if we needed anything. This is a shame because my daughter was really looking forward to coming here but we ended up leaving because we had no service. Every time we needed something we had to flag down a server. Now I do not think this day was worth 165.00 Shame on you Red Robin!
I ordered the shroom burger. I could not detect any seasoning on either the burger or the mushrooms. I requested garlic fries. They were okay, but they used to be much better, sauteed oil and garlic. These seemed to just have a spoonful of jarred garlic blopped on them. Maybe it was just this location.
Brought my wife here on Friday for an early dinner for date night, food was Awesome except there steak fries were regular French fries. Service was pretty bad even tho it was pretty much empty. Won't come back again. Lakewood is much better.
To pay $50 for two burgers, two handfuls of room temp fries, and two (less than) medium diet cokes : the only reason I selected even 2 stars is for the two young gentlemen running in and out having to apologize for the cook not making it right. All I wanted was a simple RED Robin southern burger on my birthday. Carl's Jr. Throws out a better looking burger for a fraction of the amount my mother shelled out for this birthday dinner. I'm disappointed with the quality of Red Robins food today. Its exhausting being shut out of everything , enforcement of zero communication. Nothing will be resolved. Nobody really cares anymore.
Honestly, very expensive for what you're getting. You're paying a lot of money for fast food quality meals. I ordered the Jalepeño Heatwave. I'm not a big fan of onion on my burgers so I asked for no onions. You'd think considering you're paying (at least) $20 for a burger that the ingredients would've come prepackaged. Apparently, if I asked for no onions, that would also remove the jalepeños from the burger, which just doesn't make sense to me at all. Onion and jalepeños come prepackaged together? Or perhaps they just didn't want to go through the effort, regardless, I'm paying $20+ for this burger, but get prepackaged ingredients. Have never been told this anywhere I've gotten a burger. Furthermore, the burger itself is pretty flavorless. The flavor of the avocado, jalpeños and ketchup really carried the burger to be enjoyable. Don't get me wrong, I've always loved the bottomless fries but this last time I went, the fries tasted stale. They tasted like they were old fries that got cold and they reheated (I'm not saying they do this but that's the flavor that the texture and taste gave off). Everything here is pricey, and in my opinion, not worth the money. To each their own, of course it isn't bad if you just want to hang out but I could've got more, for less with higher quality burgers elsewhere.
We came yesterday Wednesday 12/10/2025 around 7pm We live about a 4 min drive from this Red Robin but we had a bad experience here the first time we came to this location about 2 years ago so we began to drive about 10 min to another location on Imperial in La Habra which we LOVE because their service is amazing and I will write a review on them too! Anyway, back to this location. We had been shopping at the stores around this location and decided to have dinner. Since we were here and we love Red Robin we walked to this one. We walked in and checked in because we wanted a table to sit at not the bar area. We were told it would be about 5 minutes which was great! The guy then comes and calls out my boyfriend’s name “i can take ——“ so we walk up to him. The guy is looking around and then says “would you like to sit at the bar area? I said “what happens if we dont want to? He said then i will have to figure out where to sit you. Whaaat?! Why wouldn’t you already have done that? Why call us if you dont have a table? This did not make sense. I decided to just take a small table at the bar area since he seemed frustrated. (Normally we love sitting at the bar area at the other location but not at this location). Our server looked overwhelmed or frustrated. The whole time we were there she came about 3 times. I feel she was overwhelmed which I dont blame her. Its not an easy job. The vibe here is not it. It comes across as not organized, overwhelmed staff and not friendly. It made me not want to come back to this location. I would like to point out that the lady who would bring out our food and fries was friendly and kind. She should be at the other location to match their vibe! The food was brought out quickly and it was good. No issues with the food.
Ordered the 13 pc onion ring tower @ $13. Hadn't had it in years & was craving it. Biggest disappointment. All crust & onions were the thickness of a bandaid. Many rings were hallow. Had to take pictures of them.
I recently visited Red Robin Gourmet Burgers in Whittier, California to celebrate a special occasion. Unfortunately, the overall experience left me disappointed and hesitant to share my experience due to some notable embarrassing issues. Upon entering the restaurant, my party and I were seated in the bar area, where the lighting was unusually low. This made it challenging to fully appreciate the ambiance and thoroughly inspect our food. Although our orders arrived promptly, I couldn't help but notice that my burger did not taste fresh. Despite this, I decided to continue eating after paying a considerable amount of $25 for "my" meal. It was disheartening to discover, a few days later when I was preparing to write this review, that there were white patches on top of the burger. This did not appear to be baking flour but appeared to be condensation, and it raised concerns about the overall quality of the food. It was the cameras lighting that actually captured the patches. I took the photo and put my phone down to enjoy my burger make a mistake of not looking at the photo saying that's good enough to come to find out a few days later what the Burger actually look like in the lighting,😳 at least I got a picture of it For the price we paid, which included two meals 2 burgers,2 fries, and 2drinks, it was disappointing to leave the restaurant feeling unsatisfied. The experience left me hesitant to share my review, as I felt embarrassed for not immediately noticing the issue with the burger buns. In terms of service, I would rate Red Robin Gourmet Burgers a four out of five. The staff was attentive and our orders arrived in a timely manner. However, when it comes to the food itself, I can only give it a 1 out of five. The lack of freshness and the presence of unusual white patches on the burger were significant disappointments. I would recommend that future patrons of this particular Red Robin location exercise caution and thoroughly inspect their food, especially considering the dimly lit seating area. While the service was satisfactory, the food fell short of expectations. Overall, my experience at Red Robin Gourmet Burgers in Whittier, California was not up to par. I hope that the restaurant takes note of these concerns and takes steps to improve the quality of their food.
I called to see if I could have my birthday burger. I wanted for pick up, along with 4 other items from the menu. They say it was a new policy this year I was told by the manager that I can only get it if I had it there. I told her that I recently been in and out of the hospital and I two disable kids and if she can make an exception. She told me that I couldn’t I asked if I sat in a table and when the food arrives, then I can ask for some containers. She said yeah, so I asked her what was the difference? She’d didn’t have a reasonable answer. As a result, I didn’t place an order.
I ordered fish n chips,the fish was dry,no flavor, the fries were terrible n Cole slaw was tasteless, 2 orders almost $50.00,not worth it,never going back.We didn't get any utensils.
I am not a fan of Red Robin. i was only there for my grandson's birthday. They push burgers and fries. My diet does not allow either. The service was terrible. I was served a salad with no silverware. I had to ask three times. When the server finally brought them, he placed everybody's in the center of a long table (15 in our party) and the people at the table had to pass them out.
Placed a order for a to go and had it set for pick up at 7:30 I got there after 7:30 and the young guy there did not acknowledge that I was at the counter waiting nor did he say he would be right with me. Another worker came by asking if i needed to place a order I said no I was just here to pick up and he walked away. I had to call the worker over and said all I was here for was a pick up. He rudely said “you’ve never had a job where you’ve been busy” I replied saying a simple “I’ll be right with you “ would have been enough. He comes back with my food which was already sitting ready and made a unnecessary comment saying “oh yes because your perfect”. I understand having a bad day but learn some customer service or if you can’t handle your tasks don’t work there.
We waited for 5 minutes before we sat down which was good for being a little busy graduation dinners was going on so we understand the business of it but not when you're waiting 20 minutes and no one no one came to even asked us if we wanted to start with drinks are appetizers nothing we had to go look for the manager he couldn't believe how long we waited he thank us because customers usually getting mad about 10 minutes than after we finally order are food are food didn't come until 9 pm are grand children falling asleep we had to take are food home I do got to say the manager seen are frustration which I want to say thank you he slash are bill in half but other than that that's my complain I feel a customer shouldn't have to wait no more than 10 min
This location went downhill very fast, very lazy people that take over 20 mins to seat when it wasn't even busy, bar area was full of cups so it's not like the staff was doing anything. But that's what happens when you have a bunch of kids milking the clock . Food quality has gone down as well since last year, it's a completely different restaurant than it was before.
Ordered chicken breast plate. The breast was about a 1/4" thick. What a joke! $19.00 for 2 thin chicken breasts and sweet potato fries. AND it didn't taste good.
Just left the restaurant and my dinner selection was missing a side entree. I had to mention it to our waiter. Offered me a salad and I agreed. Never saw the salad. The burgers we ordered looked like children's burgers. Flavor was there but they were the size of a grown man's palm. Service and quality control was poor.
i would never come back again fries were terrible and so was the grilled cheese
Location has outside patio sitting but didn't allow pets. Weird because we've done Red Robbin before no issue. Won't be coming back to this location.
I have been to this restaurant multiple times due to how close it is to where I usually linger, but every single time I come to this restaurant I always have a less than mediocre experience. We usually wait about 30min-1hour to get sat at for just 2 people, the servers only check up on you about twice and it's rare that they stop by while you're eating to ask you anything. This one recent visit, and the last visit, we had waited for the foor for an hour, it seemed our server forgot that we had ordered already since one of our plates was very hot while the other was very cold. The food is an entirely different question, the appetizer we got was the pretzel with cheese fondue, barley any salt and there was a small portion of pretzels, the salt had all collected at the bottom so none of the pretzels actually had any salt. Both of our meals were extremely unpleasant and I had actually left half my plate untouched just because of how inedible it was. I had gotten broccoli with my meal and not only was it stale but it was more rubbery than anything. I'm genuinely so done with this place DON'T GO HERE AT ALL
On 9.5.25, the day after my birthday, I came to this Red Robin’s with my boyfriend to be treated to a relaxing nice dinner. It started off unfortunate due to me only having a temporary ID and not being able to get a beer. WHICH I UNDERSTAND!! This waiter was aware and worried over PROTOCOL! But after the fact of the waiter asking the manager, she positioned herself all night to where she was watching to make sure I wouldn’t take a drink of my boyfriend’s beer. It was uncomfortable feeling like I was being watched. Another unfortunate thing happened that made my skin crawl. The waiter thought he had a miss up with giving me a Dr Pepper and another patron a coke, the drink I had ordered. So he had asked me if I got a coke or Dr Pepper. Mind you, you can’t tell the two apart unless you TATE IT!!! When I confirmed it was coke, he took it off the table and handed it to the other customer. it’s PROTOCOL in F&B that anything that has been on a patrons table is now been used. The same waiter that was worried about alcohol protocol was willing to give something drank and used to give to another customer. THATS GROSS AND NOT PROTOCOL! And then to top it off, as we left. The waiter had wished me a happy birthday, confirming he KNEW it was my birthday. Then to my right hand side, as if right on cue, the restaurant started singing happy birthday to someone else. I am a mom of two that doesn’t get out much, yet alone get a date with my boyfriend. So this visit at a Red Robin that we have grown to enjoy let us down DEEPLY!!! Please address ALL PROTOCOL to your staff and let them know ALL AGES can get a happy birthday song
I've been going to Red Robins for a long time. I go to Red Robins all over the San Gabriel Valley OC SoCal everywhere that there is a Red Robin around me. If I'm hungry I will go to a red Robin. My absolute favorite one is the one in Chino. We were doing shopping in Whittier so we said hey let's go to the one in Whittier we got there! The hostess was absolutely amazing. Sat us within 5 minutes me and my girlfriend ordered their special that they have. She hadn't tried it. I've had it a few times already and every time that I've had it before it was great. So we proceed to get this and they made my burger wrong. They put the wrong cheese on it. They put the wrong cheese on my salad which was fine. People make mistakes so I had them re-fire the burger for me. When it came back it was still wrong so I asked to speak to a manager. The manager's name is aly one of the most rudest demeaning managers I've ever had an encounter with at any of the Red robins that I've been to when I got my check it was like $24. They were charging me for her drink and my drink the drinks were supposed to be included with the special. I didn't eat any salad. I didn't need any Burger but sure I had drank some of my tea that came with the special she she was just trying to make her money back for I guess the company cuz they wasted six patties four breads. All the ingredients that go on the burger. After all that was said and done she refused to take my drink off and then she said she would add the yum deal to my girlfriend's burger which she had ordered from the beginning. But she refused to take my drink off and I told her I wasn't going to pay for it. I ordered the special you didn't provide me a special fact of the matter is if you want to have a good experience, go to the one in Chino absolutely great staff. Andrew is one of the best managers that I've ever had The pleasure of dealing with absolutely outstanding and more than can be said for ali as a manager, she should have some type of customer service skills. She was very combative had no accountability for how her staff can't make the food right normally as a manager, you would try to make the customer feel welcome. At no point in time, did they ask my girlfriend if she wanted a refill on her fries or her drink!! What kind of service is this? They weren't even busy This isn't okay so if you want to go to a Red Robin this one is not it. Seriously try out the one in Chino San dimas is pretty good Andrew will take care of you
