Definitely order here! I'm from out of town and I stumbled upon this restaurant by accident. I'm not exaggerating when I say this the best Chinese food I've ever had. The pork fried rice was fresh, and tasted like hibachi quality rice. The general tso sauce was delicious, actually spicy and not half corn syrup like other places. I'm actually confused as to why this is so good. Are my local places that bad?? Just eat here and then leave your own review telling me I was right.

I've been going to Bamboo China for over 25 years. The chicken fried rice is outstanding and the people who work here are so polite and appreciative of their patrons!!

There are several tables of different sizes if you want to sit and eat, but I always just get it to go. This little hidden gem is in the plaza between Tops and Supercuts. I will definitely be back again!

Extraordinary preparation. Flavors are authentic and delicious. I had the orange chicken. My companion had a stir fry with beef and vegetables. The portions are huge. Highly recommend this place.

Used to live around the corner after moving to Tonawanda and tried about every Chinese place there and in Amherst still gotta drive over here, also including pork fried rice at no extra cost in combos is a big plus most others charge extra. I was in town for work and decided to get some Chinese food and found this place. Best decision I made. I ordered the shrimp lo mein and came back 4 more times since the 1st trip over the past few days of being in the city. If I ever come back to Williamsville, this is where I will be stopping. The owner is a cool guy as well.

The food was wonderful. I ordered a combination spicy chicken plate and hot and sour soup. It was a very busy evening and the man was working alone and really hustling! It took just slightly longer to get my food but the man was so nice about it that I didn't mind. And the food was well worth the wait, fresh and still hot when I got home. Will definitely return!

Incredible food and incredible hospitality. You won’t find better food and bang for your buck in your area than this place. Free soup with a lunch combo and less than $10 before tip. This is a place you need to try!

We had two lunch combos, the chicken lo mein and sesame chicken. Both were great, especially the sesame chicken. The service was fast and very attentive, kinda staff.

Tried this place out because it was recommended by a coworker. I got the Beef with Broccoli combination with Egg Roll. I thought the beef was a little soggy/mushy for my liking and they were a little stingy on the beef but the fried rice was really good and so was the egg roll. Not sure I'll be clammoring to go back but it's a good option overall.

It tastes a Japanese taste. Grilled dumplings are on the menu. Chinese food dumplings are boiled one. Grilled one is Japanese style. I regularly visit Buffalo from Japan since 1994, but there is no food suitable for the Japanese mouth easily. The atmosphere of the shop is different, but there was a restaurant of the same name "Bamboo China". At that time, there was no one to fit the Japanese mouth completely in Buffalo. There was nothing except "Bamboo China". I was brought by a representative, so I don't know the location. I found same name shop by chance and I ate a Shrimp Lomen. Recently, Japan has a lot of salty seasoning, but this is not salty and it was delicious enough to taste.

Just moved here. Gave them a try and was pleasantly surprised. I’d say very good on price, freshness, and speed. Fresh shrimp, chicken, and vegetables. Chicken chow mein was clean, healthy, and had great flavor. Not the typical heavy thick and viscous variety. Shrimp with mixed vegetables with brown sauce was plentiful for $12.43. The wonton soup was also tasty. Their interior is not really a sit down/ dine in spot, and could use a make over if they were pursuing that business. For take out I’d come again.

I ordered three meals, all three were terrible. Pork fried rice was regular white Rice with a little soy sauce in it. Steam chicken was terrible, chicken egg foo yong was disgusting. We had ordered once before and it was just as bad but we thought we would give it a second chance but now it's our last. The general TSO's chicken was so mushy there was no chewing involved it just mushed in your mouth. I know it used to be tab quality food with previous owners but whoever has it now should get out of the business.

I really wanted to like this place because the gentlemen working there were very nice. Unfortunately the food was not even edible. The orange chicken and general taos chicken tasted the same, and had little to no flavor at all. The sweet and sour chicken was so over done that it was incredibly hard and unable to eat. The sweet and sour sauce tasted very metallic, and was oddly thick. After about 2 bites to test taste everything, we threw the entire order away. A very expensive dinner right in the garbage.

Terrible experience picking up this order. On the phone, told me 25 minutes, but I get there after 25 minutes and he hasn’t even started the order. I then ask him about it and he acts completely clueless. Wouldn’t be an issue if he had just told me on the phone how long it would take, because I would’ve ordered somewhere else. Now I will never order from here again and wouldn’t recommend anyone to it either. The chinese food on Evans St and Sheridan is much better anyways.
