Always a comfortable quiet place to go have some great food. The staff is always friendly, it's always super clean.
False advertising, they don't serve pandas fast, actually they don't serve them at all. I don't mean they wouldn't give food to a panda that walks through the door..that's racist.. Lol. They don't cook them. But on the other hand the orange chicken is awesome. I also like that this location serves eggplant tofu.
Very clean.. plenty of parking spots right outside... very safe and clean..no homeless people around..safe..

Very welcoming and clean. The food has always been fresh and my go to panda location. Thank you team for always making a great experience.
Located right next to the Jamba juice, and the Starbucks so if you feel like you want a little quick bite to eat it’s not a bad choice if that’s what you’re into.
Clean place and friendly service. However, they keep the soy sauce and chopsticks behind the cashier so you have to ask every time.
It’s a good fast food chinese not going to lie for a fast food you would expect little differences but it has pretty good differences on the orders love it
Nice and friendly service, it was not busy at all around 8pm. They have all the precautions for serving customers and Everything is marked for distancing. One thing only I went with my friend and she order shrimp and unfortunately got a different item on her plate and we found out until we got home. A little disappointed
Honey wallnut shrimp is successful chow mein is over moderate it is not as good as fresh.Stuff work carefully.Restaurant and restroom are clean. I recommend it.

Food was fresh and tasted great (super greens, orange chicken). They seem to be understaffed, especially during eating times. As a result, lines can get long meaning a long wait as well, and the dining area doesn't get cleaned.
The food is amazing. It is unhealthy, obviously, because it is fast food, but at the end of the day, you only live once. I like eating is after a good swim, especially since Chipotle is right next to it. You can choose between them depending on what you want to eat which I think is nice. The service is good. Not much to say about it. Atmosphere is good.

I was there for T-Mobile free bowl but it wasn't what it used to be. However, service was great & they offered a sample. The teriyaki chicken tasted delicious

It was really inconvenience for me especially because when I went home and tried it it was spicy for me. plus the waiting time was kind of long I think this location needs to hire more people.

Lindero canyon store is a disappointment. I buy and Uber in food from Panda all the time. These people are on a head trip. Plus they didn't get it right. There was 2 rangunes when an order is 3 in the bin. So waited for 20 minutes and in front of me. Told them I was going to eat it in the car. No spoon or fork and no napkins. So upset I just dumped it. I was on my way down south and found out to late to go back. me she took the 2 stale ones and one hot one in my bag. I told her what about the sasus
Good food but they seriously need to keep up on keeping food out. It was slow and 4 of the 5 things I wanted they were out of didn't look like they got hit with a rush either

The rolling of the eyes and excuses for why it was the way it was instead of trying to address the issue in a professional way. They did offer my son something different thus the 2 star review. I ate my chow mein though because I didn't want to wait for another batch. The professionalism of the manager was lacking today.
The manager Sophie said they would not refund uncooked and burn food because they own individually and they are not part of franchise panda express I intended to report her to attorney General to make sure they do not name the store panda express very poor service .when they use unprofessional and ignorant uneducated person as a manager . I have pictures and recordings of this employee as proof.

Place wasn't busy, and everyone is friendly but they used really old food for our order and i had to throw it away. I won't be returning
Was just ripped off there today. I went at lunch and ordered the Orange Chicken with bacon clearly marked at an extra 50 cents. The server who could barely speak English kept saying $1.25 and my bill says Angus Steak which I did not get at the $1.25. They were crowded and there was no manager there. Didn't want to start a scene so I paid and left. As a once a week customer, they will never see me again. Chipotle and Pollo Loco will do fine by me
Their employees are not clean. Got a very severe stomachache not too long after consuming food here. Had lunch yesterday and the pain is so bad it's 4am and I can't sleep. Wost experience I had in panda express. They are not clean
Idk why but half the time I go there they never have steam brown rice, I gone in the morning when they open or afternoon. Also the customer service is bad had to wait in line for over 5min and there was no one in front of me guys were just no where to be find ,and after he finally took my order instead of charging me for my food he decided to count he's money in register so had to wait longer won't be coming too this place nomore.
They close at 8 or earlier, if you come anytime after that they will only have spring rolls and they are deep cleaning the dining room, they should just say they close at 8.
Went for lunch super long line ordered 2 item paid got my god and went back to work sat down opened the container it only had one item and a little rice less then half of what I usually get from the panda by my house and to top it off the food just didn't taste right but I had to eat it I was hungry and had no time to go anywhere else.... I won't be going back again
Panda Express is to Chinese food what Motel 6 is to a vacation..... The worst you can do with the worst quality everything. Take the Black Pepper Chicken for example. Why dont they just call it "Celery with a tiny amount of chicken". Its all celery and junk. I hate that place. And the people that work there are usually told to never smile. I think if you work at Panda Express and you are caught smiling at a customer, they fire you.

Lady told me I was on the wrong side of the line when no one else was even in the restaurant ordering food. I then proceeded to wait over one minute for my order to be taken so I skipped on over to Chipotle next door. No wonder they were way more busy…
Two girls behind counter have an issue with me asking about when food was made because I sampled it and tasted and looked old. She was rude when I asked more would be made. Was nicer to people of their own nationality, go figure. One of them precedes to hard scrub the floor that sounds like nails on a chalk board and made a face when I told her it was disturbing people’s eating. Everyone was making staring at her due to the extremely loud noise of the hard bristles of the broom. Not even an apology just a nasty face. Not going back worst Panda Express I’ve been to.
I went there today ( Westlake location) to get a panda bowl with chow Mein. The worker, a female, wearing a black shirt and glasses, only gave 3/4 (if that) of the portion size. When pointed out to her, she said that was the size and became extremely rude. I get this option often, I’m not sure why she couldn’t just make it right. It’s too bad, I used to come here often, I will go to another location. No one has time for utter lack of respect- Do better
Ok start off by saying that I love panda express. The food is very good and the service is amazing. This branch, however, not so much. My visit to this location was during the lunch rush. The first thing I noticed were the portion servings. They were not on par with other locations I have visited. I decided to order the five flavor shrimp, a la carte. They only filled it half way and charged me $11 for it. I was blown away, wth? Never again....avoid this location like the plague.

I was going to this place regularly in the evening time. Most of the time. they are not keeping the item which are very basic like fried rice etc.. I have seen multiple time, various customers are reporting this issue many time.. but there is no improvement in their service. Even around 7.15PM .. they are likely to preparing to close the store even the business hours says 9.00PM. (like keeping less number of items and service less quantity if we order after 7.15PM etc) After reporting multiple time, there is no improvement in the service.
Not sure what it is about this location specifically, but the service is always so slow! I just stepped out of line and left due to waiting 5 minutes while 2 single orders were prepped. I would not typically are enough to leave a comment, but for the 4 people in line there were 6 employees throughout the store. 2 were in the kitchen, 1 was doing double duty serving food and working the register, 1 was eating dinner, and 2 were wiping down the soda machine and chatting about their personal lives, clearly prepping to go home. My issue with that was that they were still open for 90 minutes! Will opt to go to the Agoura location from now on. A bit out of the way, but they seem to care about the customers in line.

Need to get a better understanding of time management and get managers to make sure they are ready and open by the time their store hours indicate.
Decided to go for a quick food. Lots of pans were empty. I was told they make them soon so I waited and then went to the restroom, no paper towel in there and one dispenser was not even working. Told the lady in the front she mechanically said O.K but nobody took any action since I was checking to see what happens. 15 minutes passed still my food was not ready.. seems this place has a I don't care management...no wonder restaurant had no customer..I don't think I will try panda express soon again until I forget this experience.
