Which Wich? Addison Reviews
Great sandwich. They deliver via Uber eats. Well worth it. The bread was fresh and warm, the meat was fresh as well. From order to delivery was under 30 minutes. It was all around a great choice.
It's been years since I've been to a Which Wich, and it was awesome. I got the French Dip with swiss, mayonnaise, carmelized onions, and green bell peppers and it hit the spot. The ability to customize my french dip, which I did not do last time I came, makes this place bad ass. I still think their chips could use some work though, next time I'll get the Lay's or probably just a larger sandwich
Started to come to this location since the nearby one closed down. Never have I been disappointed yes there’s a wait time. But, if you’re prepared to fill out the card and take your time it’s a great experience. Never had an issue with the sand which or fries or drinks. My opinion is my own and my experience.
They have more gourmet sandwich offerings, but their prices are slightly higher. Excellent throughput by having customers able to check boxes for all the meat, cheese, vegetable, and sauce choices ahead of time. Makes checkout go much faster and you get your sandwich in the same amount of time as it would normally take. Plus not exposing all the ingredients keeps them fresher and avoids contamination by having hundreds of people walk past them looking through the glass.
My wife and I wanted some gluten free healthy food. So we looked at the menu, I walked in met Salvador he was great, polite, professional, great attitude. The food was delicious. We will go back. Chicken club on gluten free 7-grain bread. A Great place to have a party.
I ordered a chicken sandwich with some fried onions it’s really great I can give 3stars for the sandwich and other two stars are for the people who work there particularly this guy with long hair and glasses he makes some top notch sandwiches in no time and also very neatly groomed himself and hygienic. He spoke real decently and has been so kind as I wait for my sandwich to get ready. There are few other girls may be his assistants are not as good as him but ok. Overall if you wanna get a sandwich which is made with super hygiene and good taste you can visit this place. The customer care is another added attraction I must say
The sandwiches here are well made every time. If something isn't to your liking, the staff will replace it quickly. Grabbing their paper sandwich bag and marking your order on it and just handing it to the cashier when you get to the counter speeds things up since you can just skip those wondering what they'd like to get. The only thing to note is that it's in an area with lots of other businesses, so finding a parking spot at the busy lunch hour might be a challenge. Get there a bit early and you'll be and out relatively quickly.
Got sandwiches at this location for the first time. We had some picky orderers with us and Tommy handled it like a pro. He was very accommodating and friendly. Will definitely be going back!

Sandwich was tasty and prepared accurately, but the day I arrived at 11:30 ish, I had to wait a while because they hadn't turned the oven on soon enough and it wasn't yet up to temp. Prepackaged cookie (Sysco brand) was very dried out and not worth either the cost or the calories.
First time at the addison location and it was perfect . Came a second time with Virginia and it was a complete mess.. The ladies kindly stated that we can come at anytime And pick up the same order on the house . It was much appreciated. Will be returning
I want to start by saying if you are the most patient person in the world, you will do fine here. The food is always pretty great and consistent. However...I have been coming to this location for many, many years and I am always prepared to be disappointed with the service. Not only will you wait quite awhile for your order, you will not be greeted with a friendly smile or hello. Also, the ice cream / shake machine always goes out later in the day so if you decide you want a seriously amazing shake (probably my favorite oreo shake in town), call ahead to make sure they can get it done for you so that you do not arrive disappointed.

Which Wich used to be my favorite place for sandwiches. They have drastically narrowed the menu and even more, the customization of sandwiches. Don't try and fix what isn't broken. Stick with what made you stand apart from the rest. Otherwise, a sandwich is a sandwich. Go back to the original and best way!
No red onions were on my sandwich or my girlfriends. I wanted a regular sized cup for water. I don't drink sodas. It's hot outside and they aren't doing inside dining. I wanted a regular cup so I could take it with me. What happened to whatever the customer wants? Other places allow me to do that. Smh
The problem with Which Wich is their value. Their sandwiches cost way too much for what you get. I don't like to get a sandwich that is mostly bread. They don't give you enough of what is inside. Service was slow and I was the only one there. Not a fan.
Which Wich has gone downhill and at this point is on par with Subway. The menu has been scaled down to a handful of sandwiches with zero customization. Ate half my sandwich because honestly it wasn’t that great. I don’t plan on returning. Which Wich used to be unique now it’s just generic and indistinguishable from the competition.
First time here. Ordered 2 full size sandwiches and 2 grilled cheese. Philly cheese steak sandwich was meh, cheese almost non existent, steak was nothing special, and it was not a big sandwich. Took about 20 mins. with only one person in front of us. Not cheap by any means either, 35 bucks for 2 sandwiches and 2 kids meals. Much better, cheaper options out there if you want a good hot sandwich.
Such a disappointment at Which Wich. The place was dead silent with a really sad, uncomfortable vibe. The staff just stared at me the whole time, which was super weird. When I went to order, instead of talking, they just pointed at the ordering slips, where you mark off what you want--only for them to enter it into the system anyway. What was the point of that unnecessary song and dance? On top of that, the place had a horrible smell that just didn't go away. While the sandwich and fries were actually pretty good, the drink tasted awful, like straight-up microplastics. Overall, not worth the experience. Two stars.

WHY IS THE FRY MACHINE NEVER WORKING!!!?!? I started coming here a few months ago, and they said the fry machine was not working on four separate occasions. Then I came in November, FINALLY, the fries were up and good as expected.. Now I’m here a few weeks later, NO FRIES AGAIN!! So Only got fries once in 6 visits. I can get a good sandwich at other places, but I come here hoping for fries too, and almost always disappointed. Do better. I’ve never seen this issue at other locations.
Walked in and stood at the register after filling out the bag and no one came. I loudly yelled “hello?” a few times and no one came. Finally I yelled one last time and a girl came walking out from the back. She wasn’t rude but wasn’t very friendly either. I assumed she might be having a bad day. Soon another employee came out a man but I didn’t have any interaction with him. Other customers came in while I was waiting for my order and they weren’t greeted or acknowledged.

I called the the store several times with no answer. I then decided to still go to the store and just order at the counter. Once I arrived at the store I stood there for 5-10min before someone even spoke to me. Once the guy spoke to me he still didn’t take my order. He stated that I needed to fill out a card instead of just taking my order himself. Needless to say I just walked out. Doubt I ever go back again!! I wish I could give zero stars!!!!
There are two people that work there. A male and a female. They smoke cigarettes and weed and are always walking around shopping strip either arguing or running around, crossing the streets. The male does drug deals I’ve seen him done it. He dropped something off on the sidewalk and a person came afterwards to pick up whatever he dropped off. The female, this past Sunday ran out and threw a sandwich at a customer. These two individuals argue as well while walking around the strip. I guess this place is hiring whoever and doesn’t care about professionalism. Point here is don’t get your food here if they are hiring these type of people.
Was literally sitting at pickup counter for 10 mins. Finally went up and ask the cashier who was on his phone about the order. It had been read6
Employees are lazy. Claimed it would take 30 minutes to make a shake. Didn’t brew tea for the day. Drink machine was down. Claimed to be out of fries. Barely any chips in store. All around rude about it all. We’ll find a new location.
Ordered the Thank You Turkey and it came with almost nothing on it that was supposed to be standard (Cranberry and stuffing). When I called was told that "they forgot." Didn't say sorry or offer another sandwich or my money back. Too many options in the area to try this place again.
Never actually received my food. Placed order at about 11:00, no communication at all (they had my phone number). I received at text at 12:05 that my order was cancelled, then said person blocked my number. I called the store and they said it was cancelled and they now need me to place the order again if I want it. No apologies, no sorry have a cookie. My office is less than 2 miles away and now 300 people will no longer use this store. Best of luck!
When we cane in, almost all lights were out. The menu changed and so the lovely sandwich that I used to eat there years ago is gone! I ordered a BLT with avocado. The avocado was spoiled. I ended up throwing it to the trash! What a dissapointment!
I read the bad reviews and still went there, and came out with one of the worst sandwiches I ever ate. The bread was not baked well so it just tasted like dough, the mushrooms were so dark, they almost looked spoiled and just the way the sandwich was made was terrible with all the pickles in one place and all the avocado in one place :-$ Drink machine was not working, the sweet tea tasted spoilt.
Stopped in for lunch around 1 PM on a Friday. Write my order on the bag, step to the register. No hello, no greeting at all from girl at counter. She rings up my order. $11.91. I hand her a 20, she looks back says I have no change and shrugs. I reiterate you have no change for $12 out of a $20. She just shrugs again and stands there. Now, I could have put it on a card. But the attitude she gave me was insane. Yes, people still pay cash these days. Out of change during lunch rush.? Here is an idea, call your manager or take a $20 and go next door to one of the many businesses around you and get change. Or send the coworker who was just leaned up against the counter doing nothing to do it.
Terrible service. I don’t know how they managed to screw just a simple task but they did. 22 mins to make a sandwich... and still get it wrong. Disappointed doesn’t begin to cover it. Additionally, while I was here a called in order was picked. A food service similar to Uber eats or something. The driver had to come back in because they left out 3 items.
Like others that have commented, the two women that were working lack customer service and were not professional. They both had a very rude demeanor, and did not want to provide any assistance. It was my first time visiting, and my last due to the negative experience. I would encourage the owner or management to look into hiring better people.
Service was fine, food awful. I ordered a turkey on wheat with chips and an iced tea. The tea is from a machine, not fresh brewed, and it was not good. I asked for turkey with lettuce, tomato, avocado, green pepper, red onion, black pepper and oil and vinegar. Spinach is not available any longer. The turkey was not good, the vegetables did not taste fresh and I didn't get any black pepper or oil or vinegar. Also, I guess Which Wich doesn't have the brown bags anymore or maybe it's just this location, but it's a novelty that is lost. This is the second time in 2 years I've visited this location and I won't be back.
I don’t know who the franchisee is but this place has been moving down in food quality. My sandwiches were cold and not toasted, the two associates were focused more on their cellphones than making orders correctly.
It’s really hard to mess up a sandwich, but these folks really worked hard to make them inedible. Ordered via the app while visiting nearby for our daughter’s swim meet and thought this would be a good quick fix to the natatorium concessions limited options of chips and nachos. Ordered two roast beef sandwiches and a kids Turkey and cheese. They must have gotten a heck of a deal on mustard, because they used half a bottle on it! Black pepper must have been on sale or maybe the lid fell off when they were making Wifey’s roast beef sandwich. But those toppings must be SUPER expensive because hardly any made it on either sandwich. $36 for a 3 inch kid Turkey and two regular 6” roast beef subs. The bread was old and stale, the toppings were non-existent, and it seemed like they spilled the condiments and seasoning and just said f@k it! Terrible.
Was the only one there at 1pm which I thought was off. The bread tasted stale! The turkey was super salty and they put a sprinkle of lettuce on my sandwich and one red onion. Took FOREVER to make one sandwich which wasn’t warm like I requested. Ridiculous for $13
Visited this location two days in a row to see if I would receive the same quality sandwich as the day before, less meat, more lettuce, and it was the same. I suggest that you check your sandwich prior to leaving the store, when you get home, it will be too late and you will have a bread and lettuce sandwich. I suggest a quality investigation or slash the prices and change the misleading pictures, because what you see is not what you get. If you enjoy meat in your meal, choose another destination.
I ordered my sandwich at 6:10 PM, after me two other people ordered. After 20 minutes and the other two people received their food I asked about my order and it was "lost". I was late for a training so I had to leave, I requested a refund. The ladies did not know how to give me a refund, so I left with my receipt. I came back to get the food I never received, I wasn't given ANY explanation for my "lost" order, nor did they feel the need to apologize at all. I could understand if they were slammed busy during lunch and there was a line out the door, but it wasn't busy, they did just didn't care.
I was there today and had the Superfood Wrap. The 1st couple of bites seemed OK. Nothing to write home about. 1/2 way into the sandwich I realized something was tangy, and not in a good way. I noticed that there was black avocado throughout the wrap. You'd think that if you were making a sandwich you would recognize black, tainted avocado. I've felt sick all day from it.
First and last time I ever walk into this place. I was the only customer. That should have been my first clue. I ordered a “large” (10.5”) turkey sandwich and was given a piece of cardboard … and a crayon … to indicate what I wanted on my sandwich. After I selected several toppings (veggies, Dijon mustard, oregano, hummus, etc.) they were quick to point out the ingredients I had checked which they were out of. No hummus. No spinach. I took lettuce instead. They must have been out of Dijon, too, because they put some nasty yellow mustard on it which, had I known, I would have prevented. There was hardly any meat and scraps of veggies. Lots of cheap mustard, though! A ten and half inch turkey sandwich and a medium iced tea cost me seventeen dollars. And this was NOT a Jersey Mike’s or a Firehouse sub. It was like a school cafeteria sub. See photo. Nope. Not for me. Like I said, the place was empty at rush hour. Do better.
I ordered two regular pepsi drinks, not only I received cherry pepsi, but once I opened the container there was a peice of receipt in each of them! This is a food safety issue and I literally could sue them! If I could I would gove them -5 starts! Shame on you!
The location is horrible, they put the tiniest amount of meat when other locations give a normal amount. I tried giving this location a chance again and I get here and they closed at 5? What

Ordered food, only recieved half my order. They were "Fish n' chips" and turkey club. The fish n' chips was dry with only (I counted) 5 salt and vinegar chips on the sandwich, that is a joke. The turkey club took the food quality to a new low for me, and I'm not kidding. Bacon bits are VERY cheap form of getting bacon. Anyone with food experience certainly knows this. Jimmy johns, potbelly, jersey mikes, EVEN subway use bacon slices with quality varying on opinion. But this is the first and only sandwich shop I've seen that uses cheap bacon bits and charges premium price for such. That alone is enough for me to advently avoid this place as there is very clearly and effectively MUCH better options. I did not dine in, though. It does not make a difference as the quality of the ingredients doesn't change.
We pre-ordered a catering order for our office lunch. About 20 sandwhich boxes. The delivery got here around 9:30am instead of 11:30am like we asked. It was apparent that the sandwiches were not prepared fresh. They had to have made them the day before. The bread for all of them was borderline frozen cold and stale and the lettuce and tomoatoes on all of them were soggy. Literal prison sandwiches. We will not order catering from them again.
Took them a while to make my sandwich and I was the only one in there. Ice tea machine tasted dirty and should be cleaned out. It took a while so you’d think it would be hot since after all it’s a hot sandwich place but alas cold at and bacon was all fat and not cooked through. Won’t be back. I wish I’d seen three stars before wasting my time and 16 bucks for a sandwich! Bread is cold and not toasted at all! Wtaf! I should have to bake my sandwich.
Out of way too many items, employees didn’t seem to care, zero enthusiasm from employees. Basically unable to order half the sandwich options due to lack of ingredients, also had ZERO FRENCH FRYS, why are there never any fries at which wich. This place is unfortunately surely on its way to closing
Stick a fork in it, this place is done. I used to LOVE Which Wich, but this place is another casualty of the pandemic. They don't have the bags where you custom build the sandwich anymore. A lot of the ingredients are no longer available. Their house chips haven't been available for 4-5 months according to the employee. Our sandwiches were not toasted, just the few ingredients they had available on cold bread. Garbage. The last time we came here it was like this and we were dumb enough to try again. Will not be back.
Went twice to this location during operating hours, once on the Friday before Easter to see a sign that said they were going to be closed on that Saturday and Sunday, but not the Friday. Went today, only to find yet again they were closed. I don't recommend going here, go to Subway instead, they are open later and when they are supposed to be open.
I accidentally placed an online order at the wrong location and tried calling multiple times to cancel it and request a refund, but no one responded. Very disappointed with the lack of customer service - it’s frustrating when there’s no way to reach anyone for help with a simple issue. They don’t even deserve one star.
HOW do you make two of the same sandwiches wrong AFTER the lunch rush? It's not rocket science -- I've done my time in a sandwich shop and this was crazy disappointing. I took advantage of the BOGO on Uber eats and just ordered the same sandwich so I can have one later at work. Instructions were pretty easy and somehow both sandwiches were on wheat, not white and they were missing cheese! It's like the first two steps of making a sandwich. <SMH and rolling my eyes while typing this> And for more fun, I have a wheat sensitivity. I won't die, but damn -- now I'm out $15 and will probably have hives later. Times are tough and money is tight, y'all -- probably best to stop taking money from customers if you can't get bread and cheese right. YUCK.
Don’t order here. They close whenever they want apparently despite the hours saying they’re open until 8. Regularly closed at 7
Don't waste your time or money. This place is disgusting. Looks like they never clean the place. Dark and gloomy in there. We thought it was closed. Nobody was there. Just two women working. Not friendly. There are so many better sub places. Go to Jersey Mike's or Firehouse subs! Don't come here. I would never recommend. Subs have no taste either. Don't even know why we came here. Lol. Oh and they are very schemey, you ask for certain toppings in your sandwich and they charge you for it but you don't get what you wanted. So make sure you check your order!
