I used to come in for a bowl during my patrol as Public Safety Officer and it was top notch every single time. Excellent service, delicious and filling food, a variety of rice, proteins, veggies and sauces. I would make my bowl different every time and it was always delicious.

Basically just a better version of Chipotle. Kinda like combined version of cava/sweetgreen and chipotle. What distinguishes them: Free guac, healthy greens options, better sauces, chips on top. Delicious. What they're missing: a large store sign that shows that this isn't just a subsection of Quality Greens, better lighting or ambience, price indicators to show how much more certain things cost.

Hot Peppers Mexican Grill in Brooklyn is a hidden gem! The food is always fresh, flavorful, and generously portioned. My all time favorite Mexican food!!❤️ I’m so in love with their bowls especially the surf and turf and the honey chipotle chicken. Everything is super fresh and flavorful. They are very generous with their portions and with their sauces. My favorite are the lemon herb and creamy avocado. I always get the guac and chips because they add a little crunch with my bowl and are always fresh! Staff is also very respectful!

Upon my first bite, I knew I was going to write a review. It was BANGIN. the crew was friendly and patient with me as I checked out all the options on the bar. They let me try the chip varieties - the spicy is taaaastey. And my bowl - omg you guys I enjoyed EVERY bite. The food tasted like it was made with love and it was soo fresh. The choc chip cookies were freshly made, and a little sweet for my taste, but still tastey and gooey. I'm being so serious with you - this bowl made my day. I randomly chose this spot, and will willfully choose it next time I'm around. Check them out for sure!

Ordered takeout from here- I will say that I did not order correctly and the bowl had too many ingredients in it, which some people like but I like to keep things simple sometimes. I did like the variety of sauces and toppings and customizable options.

It is half the size there’s no number to call them. They didn’t make my portions right at all. The queens location makes double size and because they’re giving you, but I won’t get one free. They cut it in half and then didn’t even put my stuff in there yet I was charged so much for the stuff.
