Parm on Bridge St !!!!! this spot deserves way more recognition than it’s getting. I ordered the chicken parm and it was insane crispy, juicy, perfectly seasoned truly amazing. The mozzarella? Melted to perfection. You can really taste the love and quality in every bite. I’ve had my fair share of chicken parms in NYC and this one is at the top of the list, no question. Everything was packed well, fresh, and still hot by the time I got home. The staff was attentive, patient, and made sure I had everything I needed.

Honestly the worst Italian food I’ve ever had. Had the Rigatoni Carbone and it was absolutely disgusting. Tasted like it was made days earlier. The pasta was overcooked and gloopy. From what I’m reading in the other reviews, it’s not even a real Parm, it’s a ghost kitchen for delivery only. Greed at its finest. Shame on you, Parm

SCAM! Couriers stole my food for TWO back to back orders within a couple hours. Not a real location they are only a DoorDash “kitchen”. There are about 7-8 “restaurants” included and they all just leave the food at a pickup station which is not monitored.

Not a real Parm location, it’s literally a “DoorDash Kitchens” that is online orders only, with no one to see so your food is prepared by god knows who. Honestly feeling pretty scammed, I was at least expecting it to be like a food court. Don’t bother, go to or order from the Manhattan locations or you WILL regret it.

I have no idea what this establishment is, but it is NOT the traditional Parm I know and love.
