Jackson Hole Diner Astoria Boulevard North Reviews
Jackson Hole in Astoria is a traditional-style diner that feels straight out of Pulp Fiction. The retro decor is beautiful, and the food lives up to the setting. The burgers are huge and flavorful, and the sweet potato fries are outstanding. The staff are friendly and provide great service. A must-visit spot for anyone who loves classic diner vibes and exceptional food.
Always a great experience here. Three different burgers, and the vegetarian quesadillas for dinner. Whatever you want on a burger or a grilled chicken breast, they've got it! So many options to choose from, you will never leave hungry. We will be back to try out the omelet options. Great service, chill place, thanks for another great dinner. 👍🏻
Founded in 1972 on the former site of Airline Diner, Jackson Hole is a 1950’s original Art Deco-style chrome diner, the last of its kind, just west of LaGuardia Airport on Astoria Blvd in East Elmhurst, and my partner, my cousin and I haven’t been here in a while. This establishment is not only famous for the movie Goodfellas with Ray Liotta and Robert De Niro but also for its outsize hamburgers. Upon entering, it does get busy, but we were luckily able to grab a booth with an old-fashioned jukebox without any wait. It’s an open kitchen where all food is cooked in front of the restaurant. Their menu is extensive, including full diner-style breakfast and brunch selections, burgers (7 oz), salads, vegetarian panini or wraps, sandwiches, desserts, milkshakes, smoothies, and coffee drinks. We ordered a Mexican Bronco Sandwich (marinated chicken breast served on garlic toast topped with cheddar cheese and jalapeño peppers), a 7-ounce Beef Burger served with onion rings instead of steak fries, lettuce, and tomato, and a 7-ounce California Burger (topped with lettuce, tomato, raw onion, and mayonnaise with sweet potato fries instead of steak fries, lettuce, and tomato). The food was fresh and tasty. The burger was juicy, savory, and custom cooked to our specifications. The novelty was the size of this burger. It looked like an enormous meatball, but it's rivaled by no other burger that we’ve ever eaten, which was the star of the show. This place is a bit overpriced, but for the most part, one gets a good portion. Food is consistently good, and service is pretty good. It should be noted that this is a "cash only" establishment; they have an ATM in the back of the restaurant. It was a good experience, and we can recommend this place. Happy 4th 🇺🇸
I enjoyed the food here, came 2 days in a row.. One day for breakfast the next day for lunch.. The burger has way to much meat, but thats me being picky.. The chicken and waffles is good.. Also, this place is super loud at ALL times.. Couldnt hear myself think.. But, yea I enjoyed my time there.. Maybe Ill be back.. Maybe I wont..
Food is some of the best diner food you will find in NY, absolutely top notch. Staff is really busy but still find the time to be attentive and helpful. The burgers are absolutely huge and a must try with thick cuts of bacon and a healthy serving of lettuce and tomatos to go witha deluxe.
This is an old time staple. If you've never been to Jackson's Hole then you live under a rock. I remember coming here with my family as a child, so excited to put a quarter in the jukebox and play a Michael Jackson song. We the jukebox is still a quarter and they have new songs like SZA's Kill Bill, Ed Sheering and Sam Smith. Let's talk food. I got the pizza burger and .y hub y got the smokehouse burger without the BBQ sauce. Both were a hit, cooked to perfection. I got a platter, so we shared the fries and we ordered Buffalo wings as an appetizer. The entire meal, oh, with the fabulous Jackson's Hole milkshake came to 65 bucks. They stay open late and deliver. CASH ONLY (ATM inside) What more can you ask for.
This cash only 1950s diner is one of a kind. Owner, manager and staff are superb & diligent workers. Cashier and waitresses pool all tips received so that tips are split among all workers. This is a true teamwork environment and the reason everyone there is happy and works so diligently at their specific jobs. Way to go manager — this is the way to run a diner! Fresh squeezed orange juice and dill pickles cannot be beat anywhere. South of the Border grilled chicken burrito and salad is generous and my favorite. Brooklyn Lager draft hits the spot. Here you can also watch the fantastic cooks enthusiastically prepare your meal…
This place is amazing! I come here every Sunday morning for breakfast. The place is cozy, nostalgic of the better days. Food is amazing and fast.
Old-fashioned diner, great service, delicious food. Got to recreate the Gonna Ball Stray Cats’ picture too, amazing! A true american diner. The only thing that differed from some online reviews: it’s cash only. It’s okay though, they have an ATM machine in-house. 100% recommended, would love to come back.
Outstanding place to eat, been passing by this place for yrs, and Everytime I would say I got to go into this place, they are always packed, well wifey n I finally did just that, and it was a great experience. Inside is like going back to the 60s and 70s , they have mini juke boxes at every table so you can play music 😎😎😎. The menus have a lot of food items, great selection of drinks, milkshakes etc. It is very clean inside, and they also have dining outside as well if that's what you prefer. The waitresses are all very attentive and helpful, they actually work as a crew, so you are never wanting or waiting for anything. The food is cooked perfectly and very tasty, and that had to be the best milkshake I have ever had, I thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our visit, and will definitely be going back, if your visiting or you live here, I highly recommend that you stop by and grab a bite to eat.
I came on an icy Sunday morning and it was crowded but quickly got arranged for a table for two. My order of pancakes came with three medium-fluffy-banana-filled pancakes with chocolate chips. I was very pleased with the size. My guest had the turkey burger which had a fresh texture and it wasn't dry! The person next to me had a burger and it looked huge and juicy, so I will try a burger next time. But from what I saw, the fries are extremely greasy-expected? Anyways good experience overall
It was my first time. Love the old timey decor. The oldies music was awesome. I went with my friend to eat dinner after planting trees for earth day. She had a strawberry milkshake and an Italian omelette. I had a hot chocolate float that I've never seen anywhere before, so good. I want to take my son's here.
Don't let the unconventional location (a container next to the highway) fool you - the food at Jackson Hole is top-notch! We had an excellent experience and would highly recommend it. Plus, it's conveniently located near LaGuardia Airport. Don't miss out on this unexpected delight.
This was a throw back in time. It was late at night, we had a long day and pulled off the parkway after seeing the blinking light. It was packed with people... Entered to see old fashion booths and decor right down to a giant Betty boop. As we were seated my eye went to the grill where the chefs had giant sized burgers lined up like a factory. A Funky arrangement of music played in the background... Old and new mixed with a clientele from all walks of life...I enjoyed every moment of this place. The burgers were amazing... Mine came with guacamole and a side of tortilla chips.... Amazing, juicy burger. We left here under a full moon, the blinking sign, crazy inside experience and couldn't help wine if it was all a dream. Last note - Cash only Wish I had taken pic. Enjoy this place. It's awesome
Unfortunately their locations have dwindled over the decades but this location still stands and still delivers that sweet tasting 7oz burger I remember from my high school days when I could rest two easily. Even though I have to either pay a toll or driver an hour it's always worth it!!! It's just like getting my lips on some GOOD GOOD. Consider it EATEN!!!
I have been going to Jackson Hole Astoria on and off for the past 13 years and i keep loving the vibe and the food from the pancakes to the burgers. The freshly squeezed Orange Juice is something i order all the time and i am a big Betty Boop fan. Waffle fries are so so good! Cash only!!!
Warning!!! Come hungry. The portions are caveman big. Old school retro style diner, the food is as fresh as it gets. They’ve hired a small army to run this place as efficiently as possible. There’s usually a line to get in , and an even longer line of prefer going out the door. Great and friendly staff, many delicious options to choose from. You won’t be disappointed.
This place is AMAZING! The service was impeccable. I never ran out of coffee as someone was always there to freshen it up. My Royal Eggs Benedict was perfect in size, temperature, and flavour. The grilled potatoes were devine. My daughter's burger was massive in comparison to most places, and they served it with STEAK FRIES. She was in heaven. The chocolate milkshake was real ice cream and topped with actual whipped cream. The decor takes you back to the 1950s. It was perfection.
My all time favorite diner in New York. Not the easiest to get to via public transit but worth it for me. It reminds me of going to diners with my family growing up and the staff is always very friendly. I like to get a booth and bring a quarter for the juke box which actually works and has oldies, goodies and newies. For food you got your basics. Im a fan of the tuna melt. But really i come here to journal and have some tea :)
~Comfort Food, Good Ol Day~ I love to come here for comfort food- good for the soul. Home fries are chunky and delicious. Tuna salad is fresh and flavorful. Italian omelette and Mexican dish are well prepared. Love how they use old school heavy plates to serve food. 1950's retro vibes-shiny chrome trim, formica countertops, vinyl booths, jukebox.
This place is, particularly this location is the best diner in the city. Great brunch specials. Love the healthy croissant! Other favorites include the Benedict specials, they also have really great healthy options for breakfast. Not boring Diner ones. They have the diner Classics but they are not bland and boring. They're fresh the way diners used to be.
Decided to finally try this diner after driving by it for over 10 years, best decision ever! I absolutely loved everything about this establishment, the service was outstanding, the food was delicious and super fresh, and the overall vibe of the place was just super chilled and so retro! Loved it! I definitely felt like I was taking place in one of those old 80s movies, I will definitely be returning. By the way, the homemade pickles were so good!!!
Great spot and great choices for your meal! I loved the food and the service was great, even for a busy breakfast hour they were super attentive and were checking on us a good amount of times. Staff was very sweet and polite. Keep up with the great job guys , you are appreciated!
The burgers are so good and worth taking the drive to come get them. They taste so fresh and good quality beef and it’s a good sized burger! I always eat half and save half for later. Will keep coming back!
Absolutely fabulous! I had a delicious scrambled egg on a Delicious Everything Bagel!Yummy! My teen daughter had a Fresh Well Done Cheese Burger.True what they say 7oz of pure Beef.I can’t show you a picture because my daughter Devoured it all I try to Show you a pic of what’s Left, So soooo delicious. A joy to be in this very Famous Diner with Good old 50s Music playing in the Background. Remind me of My Dad n Uncle Dooping back in the Day! The place is also Famous for filming GOOD FELLAS! Please stop in when you have a chance. The prices are Average due to Inflation!😁Cheese burger n fries $14!! They have such an excellent menu n We were at diner on weekday after 6:00pm less busy
So much fooood!!!!! This was the first time for my two youngest kids (in their 20s). Prepare to feast on an abundance of mouthwatering dishes at this food haven! Even though my two youngest kids, in their 20s, were forewarned about the generous portions, they devoured the meals like two famished individuals. The shakes, in particular, won their hearts, along with the flavorful home fries. Service was top-notch, with kind, attentive, and efficient staff members. However, the popularity of this place means it can get quite busy, so I encourage everyone to practice kindness and patience amidst the hustle and bustle.
Finally made it here with Short.. with cash. Root beer float was good. Service good. We didn't have to wait too long for a seat. Shorty and I lucked out with the corner booth. Shorty got a western burger and I got the smoke house. Still waiting for it to come out. The root beer float hit the spot. Scoop of ice cream and a bottle of Stewart's root beer. We got more pickles.. service was a plus . Yesss burgers came ..was so good. I'm tapping out
This is an example of an old style American dinner. It is filled with nostalgia of that bygone era,, complete with a jukebox. My food was okay. I had a BBQ burger, which, while good meat, was more like a semi mashed meatball. It was not possible to eat in a conventional manner so I used a knife and fork. The fries were awesome. Everyone else was mostly content with their meals, but it was a similar complaint about the burger. The servers were awesome, as were the rest of the staff, friendly and engaging. Service was prompt and attentive to our needs and request. I would recommend giving it a go and enjoying a step into the past.
Sit at the counter and take it all in. This place is such a vibe. Consumed an absurd amount of crunchy pickles and crispy sodas that were promptly refilled by the mind-reading staff. There was always a steady stream of guests and tables turning over. Wait time for food was reasonable and items were hot & tasty. May this diner and its neon lights never fade away.
We've been coming to this place since last century. After moving away, it became a treat to come while in town. The burgers are awesome, and the staff is super nice. Highly recommend
After attending graveside service we needed to have something to eat before the long ride home. Found parking lot almost full but decided to give it a chance as the reviews were decent. Our car was full of physically handicapped persons so we had to wait for a table capable of supporting us. Everybody working inside and outside the restaurant we're extremely polite, friendly and helpful. The menu is surprisingly varied. They have 18 featured burgers cooked to order. My burger was absolutely wonderful and kept me busy for almost an hour. Knife and fork are recommended if you are wearing anything decent. Juicy beef tender and extremely flavorful. Even the basic grilled cheese sandwiches are top notch. Chicken Sandwiches are varied and flavorful. I highly recommend the sweet potato fries as absolutely perfect. Our server was a young man with a winning smile and friendly bantering conversation that brought everybody's mood up from the sad state it was in. I don't live downstate but I really think I need to go back and try a few more dishes in this lively , crowded restaraunt that is a hidden gem.
I always wanted to come here ever since I watch Good Fellas, it did not disappoint 😍 Our server was very friendly and the food came fast. I only wish they did coffee refills like others diners do. Also, I enjoy picking what music to play. I can’t wait to go back and be seated on the other side of the restaurant.
Great food and good old-fashioned vibes. It's like you went back in time when you dine here. The menu is broad but I recommend a cheese burger. They are the boss of all bosses when it comes to their burgers. They have terrific drinks and everything else is great. Their breakfast is over the top!! Don't forget to try their freshly squeezed OJ
Very charming diner. We came here for breakfast. The portions were good sized and the food was very satisfying. We came for breakfast. Mine came out hot and we'll prepared. Several in our party got the fresh squeezed orange juice. It was presented very prettily. Both ladies said it was delicious. Our server was very kind and patient. We had five in our group and had to wait 20 minutes for two of them to arrive. He never made us feel bad because he had to wait for us and he never pushed us to leave even though there were people waiting for tables The prices seemed on par with other places I have gone to eat. Plenty of free parking in their lot. The building is handicap accessible. I didnt utilize the restroom so can't comment there. There is outside seating but too cool this time of year. To take advantage of it. It was a good experience and I wouldn't hesitate to come back.
I meeeeaaan....what can I say about this absolutely legendary landmark....? If you're a film nerd like me, come check this place out. Not only is it neat to see a place where a scene in Goodfellas was filmed, but the staff was so welcoming, courteous, and friendly, the service was fast, and the food was delicious! Thank you!!
Enormous servings. Not sure how they call it a 7oz burger. It's huge and delicious. Great pickles for the table and a short wait to get your meal. The only problem is the traffic in the area. If it's out of the way ,it's going to be a hour and half add to your trip. Make sure you are not in a rush if your stopping.
Visiting New York and came across this place. If you want a very large and good burger and fry, this is a must stop. My picture doesn’t do its size any justice. Fries were typical steak fries. I wanted to try one of their milkshakes, but was just too full after the burger to get one. Place was busy but service was fabulous. We give a high recommendation for this place.
Talk about a blast from the past! I hadn't been to Jackson Hole since the mid-80s, and it's incredible how the decor has remained untouched, both inside and out. Even better, the burgers are still out of this world. I was in serious need of a cheeseburger and milkshake fix before heading back to New Jersey, and this was the perfect stop. My craving was completely satisfied. Thank you, Jackson Hole, for staying true to yourselves!
Always a good experience when we go. I think that we've been to all of their locations in the boroughs.
A retro diner a few minutes from La Guardia Airport. Like you entered 1950s US including jukebox. Large and delicious portions, and most friendly staff. A great value for your money. Five stars.

Delicious food, reasonable prices. Service was bit slow, long waiting for the server to take orders, the building is not spacious and its dated. Cash only. Employees are working hard and too busy to be attentive or to smile. Parking lot available. 2/10/23 update. I noticed that service has improved considerably since my earlier review.
Time machine where are you? The style of diner is one from the 50s. Unlike how it’s patrons may have looked in the 50’s it was culturally diverse. The food was plentiful. Go hungry! I was only able to eat 1/4 of my food, which was tasty and fresh. The style and presentation harkened back to the 50’s as well. You are immersed in the experience as the cooks are working the grill on the other side of the counter. I only wish my bottom burger bun was stronger it fell apart under all the juicy deliciousness piled on to the burger. On theme they have wonderful milkshakes and many other things on the menu. - Accessibility: Three or four steps to walk into the building, Once in you could probably put a wheelchair in front of the table. One stall bathroom big enough for wheelchair.. - Noise level: on scale of 1 to 10 a 6.
Really liked the food, I had the vegetarian burrito bowl, friends had the skirt steak burrito bowl, and chicken Avocado salad. Didn't give 5 stars because no one kept track of who was waiting to be seated. A family was able to skip infront of us simply because there wasn't a specific person keeping track of who was waiting and also because another employee didn't have the sense to see if someone else was already waiting.
This was my first time at this location. I used to frequent the upper west side location many many years ago. I was happy to find that most of my favorite menu items were still there. Great Burger 🍔😁
It was nostalgic. It looked and felt like a 1950's diner. Old memorabilia from that era brought that out. The food was very good, and very well served. Service here wonderful. We enjoyed a very nice evening there, and we'd definitely do it again.
This was a really a good diner. Me and my party was seated 5 min upon entry which was surprising after seeing the size of the place. The menu had a wide variety ranging from breakfast to dinner options. The server was really nice and gave good feedback on different meal options. I was really surprised at how good the wings were, the sauce was absolutely amazing. So amazing that I got a cup on the side to put over my burger. For my entree I got a burger with bacon, ham and onion. It was huge, juicy and packed with tons of different flavors. I left this place a very full and satisfied young man.
How’s your jaw? 😂 Get ready to open wide if you’re ordering a burger here. It’s that big! Food is good and space is small. More room in the back If you want a quieter experience. Enjoy!😎
After driving by for so many years my brother and I decided to stop and have breakfast/brunch. Food was good, I enjoyed the waffles with fruit, the pancakes, especially the freshly squeezed orange juice. Will return to try the other items in the menu. Service was good, someone was always around when needed
Meet friends who live in Queens before flying back to Florida. Looked for a place for brunch near LGA. Great choice for brunch. I tried the Italian Omelet with sausage, mushrooms, fried onions, marinara sauce and mozzarella. Served with home fries and toast. Great choice. My wife is a big fan of Fried Chicken & Waffles , waffle served with 4 pieces of fried chicken and homemade honey maple barbecue sauce. Served with butter and syrup. She loved it. Definitely returning when in the area.
We drove an hour to go to this diner. my buddy wanted a delicious burger. the 7 oz burger was super juicy and very flavorful. the onion rings were store-made. the french fries were delicious. the burger definitely needed a little bit more salt and pepper but overall worth the trip. I also had a egg cream which was spot on. the staff was very friendly
I wasn’t too thrilled when they said we’d have breakfast at a diner. Well, my mind has changed. Jackson Hole in Astoria has the best customer service ever! I was delighted with the knowledge of our server. He pleased each one of us! My experience here erases the bad impression that I had of diners! I’m so happy to have come with the group and their food is delicious 😋
This was a cool experience. The eclectic lighting and interior design makes for a unique experience. The burgers are HUGE and very delicious. The shakes were fanominal also. Wrap that up in an old gangster style diner with a diner style menu and you have a money maker. If your in the LaGuardia Airport area, it's a must see for tourists. This was recommended to me by an NYPD officer so even the locals know it's a gem. Oh and bring some quarters for the at table juke box. It has a surprisingly large selection of old and very new music.
Been here a few times and food is pretty good. It’s always packed in here and the space is small so would not recommend more than 4 people (2 is best given the booths are tight too). Service is a bit slow but it’s got an old school charm… jukeboxes, diner counter seating, old school rock and roll music, old hot rods models, Coca-Cola and Betty Boop, and other vintage artifacts. Fun quirks so we keep coming back! Indoor and outdoor seating is nice. Food: Consistently a 4/5. Standard options and enough diversity for anyone. Not the most exotic, nothing crazy fancy, and not huge portion sizes but solid and consistent every time. We stick with the breakfast options and they’re great. Would skip on the smoothies and egg creams. Service: 2/5 most days. Predictably they usually get some part of our order wrong and it takes a while for the food to come out. They have a lot of workers but the space is so small so everyone’s jumping on top of each other. For how packed it gets it makes sense the service pace suffers a bit. But if you’re not trying to get in and out, and you don’t usually do complicated orders with ‘add this, remove that’ then this is no problem at all. It’s an old school diner and this part keeps the charm alive.
Can’t recommend this place, worth travelling out of your way to step back in history. Honourable mention for the cheeseburger, perfectly done. Make sure to take quarters with you so you can select the tunes.
Diner is fun and yummy! I loved this place when I first moved to queens a few years ago, but then I got diagnosed with celiac and unfortunately realized there aren't many options for those with allergies. They don't have gluten free bread at all, and so I got the chicken and rice soup but beware - the soup seemed to have a combination of rice and orzo (which is pasta and not GF) so I couldn't eat any more of it. It's a bummer because I loved this place, but just a warning that if you are GF, your options are super limited
As a huge fan of the movie, Goodfellas, I was really excited to come here. The place is much smaller than I thought and I appreciate how they’ve kept the classic look of the place and homage it pays the movie via the photos. The food was classic diner food. Plenty of choices available. Service was a bit slow but nothing to get irate about. Would certainly com back here given the opportunity.
This was a fun dining experience. I’m a big fan of diners, and this is an awesome place. I came in as a solo diner and it did take a couple minutes for someone to see me and put me in a spot which is OK. The pickles come complementary. I ordered the cheeseburger with curly fries. It didn’t take too long to come out, but someone brought an order to my table that was actually someone else’s so they quickly took it away. As far as the burger itself, when I did get it, it was a little underseasoned. It is a very big burger so come hungry. I love the interior and that you could choose the music to play. I would like to come back for breakfast to try out their pancakes.
This place has been here for years. I used to come here when I was little. It's a great dinner with amazing music, personal jukebox, friendly staff. There are a lot of new staff learning the ropes I love see this place grow. The food was very good, well seasoned and served hot and fresh. Their sauces are homemade (blue cheese, ranch and marinara sauce). The place got pretty crowded.
I haven’t been to this place in over 10 years. The guy who took my order was still there when I first went years ago. It brought back so many memories. But it seems nothing had changed. The decor was the same with its vintage decor which is so cool. I ordered a New York Burger that comes with American cheese, lettuce, tomatoes and mayo, but what is a burger without bacon, so I added that. I thought the burgers were bigger years ago, but the burger was still juicy and tasty!
Time capsule! If you love retro and vintage you will enjoy, plus food was great, parking available and service friendly

Giant burgers. Better than most diners! I wish it was closer to my home area! I hadn't been here in years.
Cash only !\n\nVery good 50s diner. Burger , fries and shake excellent. \n\nIf you're waiting to pick up someone from LGA definitely recommend. Old style jute boxes on tables. \n\nCash only.

Stopped in for a late night burger. Menu is your typical diner fare, plenty of options. Service was great, fast and they came around often during our meal. As for the food, nothing really separated it from other diners. However, the classic diner, throwback feel is pretty cool, with the old school aesthetic throughout the whole joint. I enjoyed watching the cooks prep my food at the grill right behind the counter. Booths with window seats are available as soon as you walk in, but head to the back if you want to be surrounded by the nostalgia.
I rated this place a 3 in food because the first visit I had the omelette which was pretty good, but this 2nd visit the nachos were not the best. The service I received felt very rushed , so I rated that a 2. When I asked for a copy of my receipt I had to wait for a photo copy to be made. What place doesn’t have a customer copy for the receipt ? They don’t accept any payment by card, so I had to go to their ATM, their cash register looks like the one they had in the show happy days which aired back in 1974. It’s 2025 and technology has evolved so much where multiple options should be available for Payment. I rated the atmosphere a 1, because the place could really use a make over. Bottom line the place gives very outdated, or maybe that’s the vibe.
Chips n salsa Burger 🍔 The good: This place has one of the biggest best tasting cheeseburger in Astoria NY. Juicy, tender and delicious. I finished it all. Service: Excelente customer service very rapid and attentive; except the boy boy forgot to serve me a dish of pickles. The bad: Bland tasteless sauce. My Green salsa was dull n tasteless; it seamed like one of the chef was drunk while he made it and pour beer instead. The Cesar dressing tasted like flour water sticky n oily. Just when I thought I could enjoy my burger with guaca; I noticed it mostly black; exactly it segregated guaca with no touch of fresh whiteness. My guaca looked expired as if Maria Magdalena forgot it before hitting the street in the Stone Age. COFFEE: The worst coffee in nyc: “ conman u ain’t blk” I was served African Coffee ☕️. It was so blk that no mater how much American white milk I poured in it, my coffee didn’t budge. I have to give it a try and went to spit out in the bathroom asap. The overburned flavor lingered in my mouth for days. Music: I enjoyed the music not too loud for my taste. You get to have a small jukebox and play the music for .25c per song. 👍
Average diner food. If you call and ask if there's a wait they won't understand what you are asking. They will tell you that don't take reservations. But there's a wait when you get there. This i…
Food was great, pancakes are for real. My issues were two fold... one is coke memorabilia everywhere, but they serve pepsi \n\nSecond, no sign, no notice but this is a cash only place!! They were…
Our waitress wasn't very good. Completely butchered my order for a Smokehouse burger and gave me a open grilled chicken sandwich. When she took my order and again when she tried to correct it she didn't ask how I wanted my burger cooked. My son got a burger and didn't ask how he wanted it cooked. My wife got a steak dish and wasn't asked either. Specific items comes with rhe meals on the children's menu and she didn't ask if we wanted anything. She never checked on us. Only saving grace for service were a couple of the other servers. On top of all that, the burgers and steak were very bland. Very disappointed in this experience that I was hyping up to my family.
I went with my family for breakfast. First, when I received my coffee there was lipstick marks on my cup. I ordered the Greek omelet, the feta cheese was two large clumps in the middle of the omele…

I’ve always went here with my family and never waited this long but today we waited 15-30 minutes and all we got was 2 coffees , 1 hot chocolate and 1 green tea but we didn’t have our food we ord…
Had their breakfast and the food is not what it used to be. Seems like they changed the owners. The food was cold. Home fries were soggy and the cheese was not even melted in my omelette. Only thing good was the freshly squeezed orange juice. Will not return.
Came here because we heard the food was good… lies! There was absolutely no seasoning in anything the home fries had color but tasted like air. The only good thing here was the water, and even that felt like it was trying its best. At this point, the chef might want to explore a new career path… because cooking is clearly not their calling.”
I’ve been dining here for years and as of recent the staff just sucks! The burgers, salads, quesadillas are always outstanding! The staff…not so much. My husband and I were seated quickly and waited 20 minutes while the wait staff gossiped. No water, no “give me a minute” no acknowledgment whatsoever. In these hard times economic times restaurants don’t have the luxury to loose long time customers. The restaurant had all of 2 others tables full. Needless to say we walked out and went to Sabrosura in the Bronx where the food and service are always good! Revamp the staff please!!!
I order from here quite often so it’s unfortunate i have to leave this review. I was just about finished with a burger i ordered from here and happened to find a HUGE piece of plastic cooked into the burger. Absolutely disgusting. What’s worse is after calling to let them know, the guy on the phone did not care at all. What a shame
Service was horrible and so was the food. The almond delight smoothie was hot and watery and their milkshakes are also warm. It took them 30 min for us to put in our order and by the time the food came out our drinks were done. Their burgers were horrible. I ordered a western burger which had sautéed onions stacked that the buns were so soggy the burger broke apart in pieces. Fries were cold as well. Probably the worse burger I ever had in my life. I will never return. I should have known because I ordered from Uber eats once and I thought it was disgusting but said to myself let me give them another try because things go wrong a lot with uber eats. But nope it was not uber eats. It’s the diner!
