HEYTEA is a good choice if you are looking for your milk tea fix. They are on the pricier side. I would also say their drinks are a little sweeter for their recommended sugar levels, so I would maybe get 70%-50% sugar. It’s also one of the very few places that has drinkable mochi. But overall, great quality drinks. The triple matcha drink is delicious.

Honestly, the best boba I’ve ever had in my life! Perfect flavor, perfect texture, and absolutely worth coming back for.

A friend recommended this place, & I came to try many times. I think these 4 are the ok drinks here: the supreme bobo milk tea (for 1st time, after that it becomes boring, too creamy & to sweet), the cold jasmine milk tea (very strong), coconut mango boom ( which my son likes), & recently the pistachio cloud king jasmine (light/less sugar adjustment). I like the way they provide the paper bag, it looks fancy. The shop is small & clean. Downside: take really long time to get the drink, all their milk teas taste the same flavour as the supreme bobo milk tea. Nothing different when adding bobo into the drink. I guess they using too much brown sugar, that’s why it becomes too sweet when adding bobo into the drink. I don’t recommend to add bobo into the black milk tea with less sugar. It tastes sooo sweet. I bought my drink at 13:25 & just drink 2 sips to taste, & the drink still full at 10:41pm. This is the first time I’ve ever been able to drink a milk teas. Second one is the triple supreme matcha latte, it tastes bitter & blind, we had to throw it away.

Pretty good drinks but there are very long, inaccurate wait times! The estimate was 16 mins after ordering, and it was actually 40 mins until I got my drink. They need to have better time estimates.

The drinks are not too sweet and boba good consistency. However, I ordered the boba milk tea with less ice and got food poisoning after consuming it. I think bc the boba was hot and so it warmed the milk and bacteria grew rapidly so the drink made me sick

Ordered at 7:52 and received my drinks at 8:52. Exactly one hour wait for two drinks. The guy next to me ordered one drink and was waiting at least a half hour. Drinks are good, I went here cause I’ve been to the sf location but they were clean and quick there. Here, not really. I worked in restaurants so I tried to be understanding but come on.

I got a Crisp Grape Boom and a Coconut Mango Boom. The Crisp Grape Boom was very watery and not slushy at all which is weird because this drink is supposed to be a slush. That was the 1st issue with the drink, and the 2nd issue was that the drink was not even filled up to the top of the cup. That is frustrating since I was excited and looking forward to the drinks.

It was not as delicious as I thought! There was no taste at all. There were a lot of seeds in the grape flesh. Every time I took a sip, there were seeds. It was very bitter! Very disappointed! And when I ordered it, I didn't know it was a smoothie. They even asked us how much ice we wanted! If it was a smoothie, there was no need to ask.

came for the opening and the line was not managed well and waited 2 hours in line ( an hour before they opened was 26 in line). all the international kids people kept cutting and the workers were not doing anything about it somehow there were people also placing online orders even tho it was unavailable for me when i checked and it defeated people lining up. by the time i had left there were already at 250 people and with how disorganized and poorly managed this was. will not revisit this location anytime soon and will stick to the daly city one. the drinks here are good but can be overpriced

The redeem coupon in the app is a scam. Once you redeemed, there are conditions ans terms they didn't say before, for example must spend $10 and most of their drinks are under $10. And only a few certain drinks can use the coupon. And you must spend it within 30 days. They just want you to spend and order more and not get what you wanna drink.
