I got one walnut with double honey walnut shrimp

UPDATE: I called after the original experience and the manager was very kind and said we should come back to make things right. Today when we went in, Manager was not there, but Tina was working and she took care of things and was very wonderful. They’re working on it! —- Woman with Armenian or Arabic accent was super sweet and service was very quick including making fresh Kung Pao chicken and chicken with mushrooms. But WOAH they really didn’t fill all my boxes full!! And I had a family meal and only 1 box was full. Why not just fill the boxes and get a good reputation?

The quality of the food might be not as good as other Panda Express, but I was satisfied with food and service.

Food is great, and I really like going here for a quick bite. However, they repeatedly advertise themselves as being vegetarian friendly but never have their eggplant tofu dish, their single meatless entree, but never have it available despite it being on the menu. Three times I’ve gone in this week to grab a bite with friends, and simply due to my dietary restrictions, I’ve had to get my own food from elsewhere. Not vegan/vegetarian friendly, especially in a location like Berkeley.

They need more staff. I waited 30 minutes to get my order (I am actually still waiting as I post this opinion. My food is siting there while a line of 10 people have not yet paid). A disaster. Avoid coming here unless no one is at the restaurant.

The rice has gone off. Be careful…… it taste terribly sour apparently it was from couple days ago…

If you come here during lunch, expect to be waiting 30min they have nothing ready knowing the fact it gets busy around 12 pm..

I had just ordered 2 bowls online with 1 entree + 1 side each, then I added 1 more side to 1 of the 2 bowls using with a mail offer for 20% off for a new order (and I had just joined their rewards program) I was charged for 2 entrees and 3 sides but what was delivered was 1 entree and 4 sides. I called several times to tell them about the error and no one answered the phone. Terrible service !

Actually terrible at handling a rush. Watched my online order (which was ready 25 minutes after the time they asked me to show up) sit there done for 10 minutes as they put newer orders in front of it. Got my food cold, and with only one scoop of tofu on a plate. Ordering online is not worth here.

I watched a homeless man walk in and pull a cup out of a garbage, then proceeded to the fountain machine to use up all dispensers, taking sips and splashing the liquid onto the dispensers, and then dumping it out — then filling it back up repeatedly. I also saw the staff glance at him but say nothing. There were only 2 other guests at the time. The machine and nearby utensils was clearly contaminated but the staff didn’t want to do anything about it. That’s their attention to cleanliness for you. Go if you like to get sick, I guess.

Not happy with this place. The portions are less than the others I have been to. I will not be coming back.

I was on the line and I saw how small portions of food customers are getting. It's way less comparing to other Panda Express. Server's hand was shaking... to trying to give less food. I walked out. Students are always hungry! Berkeley is college town.

Had to wait 15 past the pickup time for an online order and there were several peanuts in my broccoli beef ?? The portion sizes were also abnormally small compared to other Panda Express locations

I’ve been to pandas everywhere. The smallest portion sizes I’ve gotten, the staff looks miserable to be there, and I got my order 22 minutes later than I ordered. Worst panda I’ve been to. That includes airports lol
