I celebrated my birthday at this place, and I must say everything was perfect. The place was welcoming, the service courteous, and the set menu included an entree with prosecco, a fish appetizer, a meat appetizer, and a hot appetizer, two first courses, and a second course. When booking, I had informed you that some of our guests had food intolerances, so they substituted their dishes for them. The wine list was excellent. Dessert trolley.

Last night I had dinner at this inn for the first time; we ate in the restaurant, which has a fixed menu. They also have a wine bar, where they serve lighter fare (appetizer platters, first courses). I was very pleased with the quality of the food; you can taste the care it takes to prepare it (handmade pasta, homemade desserts, excellent ingredients, and original recipes). The service was also truly pleasant; the owner truly made us feel welcome. For example, when making the reservation, my friend mentioned that I didn't eat gorgonzola, but that wasn't a problem since, in addition to the risotto with gorgonzola, they also offered another first course (tagliatelle with sausage ragù). They replaced the other risotto with an excellent herb risotto and even asked if the fondue would be okay with Jerusalem artichoke flan. Usually, places with fixed menus don't show this kind of attention to their guests; I really appreciated it. An honorable mention must also be made of the desserts; They arrive with a trolley filled with numerous homemade desserts to choose from (they'll even give you a taste of everything if you have a sweet tooth). It was my first time trying Baileys panna cotta... fantastic. I'll definitely be back as soon as I can and will recommend this place to friends.

Mixed fried fish day! Many dishes, served piping hot, freshly fried, well-fried, light, with a wide variety of meats (8 or 9), frogs and small fish, vegetables (6), and desserts (7). We chose a truly delicious Langhe Pinot Noir at a more than fair price. Very professional, fast, and attentive service, led by a very polite and kind man. You always eat and stay well at Roberta and Valter's!

Today, Sunday, December 11th, is dedicated to Piedmontese fritto misto. A group of friends discovering fritto misto. A lovely place, both inside and out, especially in the warmer months. The wine cellar is very nice. Now, let's get to lunch: what can I say? It's spectacular! Everything is delicious, fried to perfection, with no oily aftertaste or unpleasant odors wafting from the kitchen. In short, over 20 courses of every type of meat and vegetable, ending with dessert. I forgot to include two appetizers before the fried food. The bottled wine, available à la carte, is very good and doesn't cost a fortune. Today is my first time, but I'll definitely be back for a second, or a third... Highly recommended.

Even though we live in the area, we only recently discovered this inn, but we're now regulars. Authentic cuisine made with excellent ingredients and meticulously prepared. The atmosphere is relaxing, and the staff is welcoming and courteous.

An excellent lunch, both for the originality and variety of dishes and the friendly service. 4 appetizers, 2 first courses, a choice of main course, and a buffet of delicious desserts. The menu features meat and fish dishes, perfect for trying something different from the usual Piedmontese cuisine. Portions are adequate, but not overly large. The prices are average for restaurants of this type! Definitely worth a try!

The location is very nice, a former barn converted into a restaurant. The menu features traditional Piedmontese dishes, and the quality is very good. We ate very well, from appetizer to dessert.

The cuisine was refined and original, and the staff was friendly and efficient. It's a shame that the dining room where we dined was poorly heated: considering it had just snowed heavily and the temperature outside was quite low, the atmosphere needed to be a little warmer and more welcoming; eating in the cold generally doesn't fully appreciate the food served. What a shame!

I had dinner with my husband. Excellent food, very nice location, very kind staff. Dinner lasted over 3 hours; I would have preferred a little less, and the place was packed, so it was a bit crowded. I will definitely return with friends, but not for a dinner for two.

Traditional Piedmontese dishes. Respect for the raw materials and great courtesy. The rooms aren't soundproofed, so spending an evening here is difficult. The appetizers are good, and the first courses are decent. The fish rice was overcooked. The meats were good, as were the desserts.

I would have given more stars, but... The appetizers were simple but very good; the first course was also simple but very good. The second course... pitiful. A loin of pork cooked in stew that tasted like boiled meat. The serving dish contained loin cut into slices that literally floated in a sea of water. Luckily, the potatoes that accompanied it were good. Panettone with vanilla sauce, I think; I haven't tried it, I don't like it. To finish... the coffee arrived almost cold. Three stars is perhaps too much. Perhaps we paid too little, €20. They should have just asked for a few more!
