Cozy cafe with coffee and light snacks. Had an excellent flat white here. Loved the airy interior and plethora of ceramic dishes. Art classes in the back and next door!

great ambiance, kind folks, perfect spot for a glass of wine + bites thurs-sat evenings (try the burrata + onigiri). they've got great vinyls on deck and lots of pantry goods/ceramics to choose from, too! I also like this space for daytime caffeine and work. they have two small tables in front and lots of small tables / a couch area to choose from inside

Such an inspiring place- no plastic cups, just stunning handmade ceramic cups and a to go cup option thats reusable. The food was amazing- a Brooklyn take on traditional tapas - great (and inexpensive) selection of wines- will be going back again and again. I would definitely recommend!!

So cute! The coffee and bacon, egg, and cheese croissant were delicious. All the plates and cups were handmade and adorable!

Had an iced latte and apple strudel. Both were delish!! Very cool atmosphere with a ceramics class going on in the other room. Pretty new but already feels like a welcoming community space. Will definitely be back!

I discovered this sustainable coffee today. I recommend it to you 100%. They have vegan and delicious croissants. And have you seen the cups to go? they are reusable. It's awesome. Go for it!!!!

This has become my favorite Bed Stuy spot for a delicious bite and for the community. I tried the bombolone, the avocado toast (add the egg, it’s amazing!), the soft serve and the olive oil cake and everything is delicious. I can’t wait to go back to try the dinner & wine menu now!

I just visited Artshack Cafe and I'm totally blown away. The barista was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the cozy (but slightly cramped) space feel warm and inviting. The food and coffee were amazing. I had the best ham and cheese croissant. Definitely adding this place to my favorites list.

It was a crowded little space but the barista was so friendly and welcoming that it didn’t feel that way at all. The coffee and food was great but really, 10/10 for staff - I was sitting near the counter and saw the person on bar interact with every single customer coming in and going out in such a genuine way, it was just such a good vibe. Would absolutely recommend.

A consistently sweet and cozy spot that really encompasses the ArtShack creative studios that surround it. Great service, they proactively suggested kid-temperature hot chocolate when I ordered one for my daughter and you can shop small ceramic pieces in the back. A great neighborhood space.

It’s a nice work space and coffee cafe. Unique vibes, art pieces are well chosen and it definitely has a good feel to the place. The coffee is pretty good, a 8.0 cortado, they use La Columbe Coffee and it suffers from the same pitfalls as their roasting but overall is was a good cup. The milk work was above average.

cute cafe for the ceramic studio vibes. The part I loved the most is that you can drink your coffee and water out of the ceramic mugs that the studio made.

Popped in randomly; cute place! Coffee was average, but wow the blueberry muffin was really good and took me by surprise!

I used to love this place because they prioritized sustainability and using their beautiful ceramic cups to serve coffee. I went in recently and had to specify my order as coffee-to-stay in glassware. I looked around and everyone that was seated had their coffees in to-go cups. The barista was serving that as the default cup! :( I was a bit shocked they didn’t even ask my friend if she was staying and automatically put hers in a to-go cup. It’s so sad to see a place backtrack. While the ambiance is still cute and coffee and pastries delicious, I’m hopeful they can become more environmentally conscious again.

unfortunately, this cafe is now under new ownership, which somehow also translated to a new rude server. this place used to be warm, inviting, and really lovely. I frequently came here, because the cafe vocally expressed their stance on wanting a ceasefire for Gaza, because they had good prices, and because they had a delicious bombolone egg sandwich. all which have been removed under its [new white male] owner. In addition to this, I tried to show a punch card which had one spot left (a testament to how much I visited the space) and the cashier rudely told me "oh we don't take punch cards anymore"). It could have been nice to offer it as a courtesy. why would I come in with a punch card if it didn't benefit me to save money on a coffee? the whole energy is different. unfortunately, I won't be coming here anymore, and even in bumping into a friend, a member of Artshack's community, i can relay that my sentiment is not unique. I hope the new art shack re-assesses their changes so they don't destroy the community built here. and to the owner ceasefire now. thanks for showing us where you stand 🙂

This breakfast coast 25$ with tips. My experience wasn’t good. Too much butter in croissant and less bacon. Don’t recommend it.

If you’re going to work beware they covered all the outlets so you can’t charge your laptop as you work anymore. This was pretty disappointing as i realized after i bought the tiniest over priced matcha and couldn’t go to another cafe with my drink.

They were trans phobic and rude to my twin and my friend while we visited. Did not feel welcome here

Did not feel welcomed as a BM. I visited the cafe because it appeared nice and inviting(wasn’t greeted like other guest). I asked if it was ok to work on my laptop, I was told they don’t allow it until 2pm(it was 11am). Yet I looked around and laptops lined the tables. I didn’t question it or notice any policy — I simply waited until 2pm. Also, I sat at the table in the front near the coffee machine. The machine had an issue and maintenance along with employees began to fix the machine. As I packed my book bag up to leave I noticed coffee grounds scattered all over my bag which I had already moved to the side to be out of the way. Overall, a rude experience and it seems very obvious as to the clientele they wish to serve.

really sad about the new ownership, i’ve been coming here regularly for a while and loved their unique menu items like truffle brownies and chipotle mayo egg sandwiches on bombolone. now it’s just basic items you can get at literally any cafe and the overall vibe just feels different and off. used to come here all the time for a treat, but need to find a new place :(
