I love Buff Patty this my favorite authentic restaurant taste just like my mom food. But I came here tn 10/22 and I rather eat bread and butter then let those 2 nasty spirit girls you have working serve my food. Customer Service training please they acting like I ask for extra gravy or something kmt

The food is pretty good and arrived fresh/hot. Just wish it had a tiny bit more flavor. They didn’t put any gravy on my oxtails and gave my cabbage instead of plantain which isn’t what I ordered. The only complaint I really have is put more gravy on the oxtails or at least give you the option to request more gravy when ordering takeout.

Very good Jamaican Restaurant. This place is clean and has variety. I really love the fact they serve hominy porridge on Saturday. The soups are good and jerk pork is on point. The only concerning part is their prices could be slightly lower.

Buffpatty food is tasty but when you spend money on a dinner, go home and see two old HARD plantains you paid money for just pisses me off!!! This is NOT the 1st time! I’m just so pissed that this keeps happening so I had to make this review! I hope the owner sees it & fixes the problem! Why are the plantains never FRESH?!?! And why are they so thick?!?!

Decent Jamaica restaurant, but average in taste. Staff were friendly. I might go back and try something else. I had the curry goat but I give it about a 5.5/10

The food here taste really good. But the interaction with the staff is almost always unpleasant. Ordered the oxtail today. If I'm paying almost $20 for a plate, please give me what I paid for 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽3 of the "oxtails" were all bone / no meat. Came just as pictured.

I paid $27 for a large order of oxtails. What came with that was alot of rice, sauce and bones. No meat! . Another thing. They always forgetting my plantains. I mean that’s the least they could do was to remember that!

So I ordered buff patty threw Uber eats I spent a total of $54 dollars for 2 dinners and a drink i got the oxtail dinner white rice, sweet plantain which was a 5/10 the oxtails were extremely tough and the sweet plantain was hard and dry , but the shrimp rasta pasta HORRIBLE first and foremost, it looks nothing like traditional Rasta pasta no seasonings no flavor at all u taste nothing but heavy cream and onions smh I was really looking forward to try there rasta pasta being that i've eaten food from them prior, I've only had the curry chicken and curry roti, which was very flavorful so I assumed all the food would be good this is totally unacceptable. These restaurants are losing The passion for cooking and just serving anything it doesn't look good on the Business people work hard for their money I hope this restaurant takes the feedback seriously and improves the quality because the experience wasn't worth the price Please

DO NOT GO HERE NOT WORTH A PENNY OF YOUR MONEY ESPECIALLY IN THIS ECONOMY! First off customer service is 0 rude and hard speaking workers who will brush you off after asking one question no matter how polite you are . OVERPRICED and quality is disappointing. Waited over 30 minutes for what was supposed to be fresh pasta that tasted like old cream . Oxtails hard and flavorless . Will not be returning! And to make matters worst the food gave us the runs 🤮

Buff Patty prices are different everyday & the customer service is thru the roof attitude down from female & male !! The portions are very small the prices are very big !! Water down gravy dried out shrimp Pattie’s & roar rice ! Bag fish filets fried hard as a boil egg & last the boss needs to step this game up this service is horrific !

Over priced. Rude service, the guy the was working there was condescending.. he can’t just assume everyone is a regular and knows the price because no other Ja restaurant I ever been to charge extra for spinach rice. I paid $16 for that size

This restaurant is serving food that is not cooked with love. The chefs are not seasoning the food. The sweet chilli salmon is baked with sauce and has no flavor with a pineapple on top 😒, the curry goat has no taste, the oxtail has no taste. What happened to this restaurant? Even the cabbage is bland. Never again

Came home to visit and just ordered from my favorite carribean restaurant Buff Patty. I am so disappointed!! I made a large order. I was looking forward to enjoying some brown stew fish and they have no stew on the fish! I mean it is drier than the Sahara desert and the plantains are mush. Not only to then discover a piece of red meat in my platter as well. I haven’t eaten red meat in over 23 years. 😡 What a waste of money!!!

The Jerk Chicken was warm not hot. I did not send it back. The rule of thumb never send food back. Also the should I express to the manager that it is cold in the dine in area. He said he has no control over the heat. The Sunday temperature was 35 degrees and no heat. Also the spinach and chesse patty dried out.. Buffy patty food has declined grealty. No longer authentic Jamaican food..
