Colombia in Park Slope offers a reliable and genuinely authentic take on Colombian cuisine. It's a great spot if you're looking for dishes that taste true to their origin, without unnecessary frills. The food is definitely the highlight. I tried the Empanadas and a traditional main dish (like the Sancocho), and the flavors were rich and satisfying—it certainly delivered on the promise of authentic, home-style cooking. The portions are generous, which is always a plus. Regarding the service, the staff was attentive and professional. Our server ensured we had everything we needed and generally made the experience smooth. Overall, Colombia is a solid choice in Park Slope. It provides authentic, comforting food and good service. I would recommend it for anyone seeking a true taste of Colombian cooking. How does this tone suit your needs?

The accurate Yelp descriptions led me to this hidden gem. Our family has claimed this as our special place. Employees create a warmly welcoming environment. The rates make sense and ingredients taste fresh. I enjoyed every moment at this place.

I seriously love this place. I order delivery all the time and the soups HIT THE SPOT!! I’m not Colombian but I am Latina and this satisfies my cravings for comfort food all the time. The sancocho feels like a hug from your mom. Never lacking in portions and flavor. I’m sure it’s even better when you dine in. ❤️❤️

I absolutely cannot recommend this place enough. i’ve been in search of authentic Colombian food in the city, and I finally found it here. All the flavors are on point, and the staff couldn’t be more kind. I can’t wait to come back.

I was seriously craving shrimp ceviche, so of course I headed to one of my favorite Latin spots—Bogota Latin Bistro. Even though they had just stopped serving it, Miguel went above and beyond to make it happen. He had the chef prepare it fresh just for me, and it hit the spot! The drinks? Strong and delicious. The service? Always warm and welcoming. Bogota continues to be my go-to for flavorful, authentic Latin food in a vibrant atmosphere. Highly recommend

I’m a big fan of this place. It definitely represents the best Colombian cuisine, the owner is a nice woman who welcomed me and my family every visit. Ajiaco & Bandeja Paisa are the best dishes in my opinion. Highly recommended! 🇨🇴

muuuuuuuuy delicioso. tanto delicioso. never been to Colombia but hope it's like this restaurant. if I ever do. it was a great experience and easily one of my favorites here. I had the bandejo paisa and the ajiaco soup tasty and super filling, along with the guanabana which is soursop jugo con leche, and cafe con leche which had this roasty hot chocolate aftertaste. can't say enough good things about this. that is so traditional and super recommended and definitely will be back

This restaurant is a nice, cozy little spot. My boyfriend chose this restaurant. The owner I think is also the bartender, we had this drink, frozen passionfruit mojito, OMG, the drink was awsome, I could have had 4 of those but I stopped at 2, it was a special for the night, they should add it to the menu too, it a HIT!!! NOW, LET'S TALK ABOUT THE FOOD!!!! The food was, well seasoned, delicious and amazing, the aroma alone was very enjoyable. I had the spicy shrimp in home made sauce, delicious. You must try the ceviche shrimp, it's was a sharable appetizer, but trust me, once you taste it, you may not want to share it 😜. The only thing is that they ran out of yuca, but next time I visit, hopefully they will have it available. Columbia in Park Slope will see me again!!!

Have you ever gone to a restaurant and even before you left you wish your bed will find you and take you home. Because the food and drinks was good all you wanted to do after was just sleep. This is that place check them out if you are craving good Columbian food.

Can’t wait to come back here for more. I ordered the chicken with mushroom sauce and it was one of the best dishes I’ve had in a while. Felt very comforting with rice, beans and plantains that were sweet and soft yet crispy on the ends - perfection. Get the spicy sauces - there’s a green and a yellow, both equally delicious to drip on each bite. I tried the tamarind cocktail and it was a tiny bit spicy but full of flavor and not too tart. Service was very welcoming and friendly. Sitting at the bar is a little tight with lots of people coming and going but it allows you to absorb all the lively energy. Family friendly and good for groups or dining alone. Will check out their back patio next time during the day.

The food was simply amazing. There's no reason for everything to be so good. The vibe was great. My friend was there for her birthday and everything was fabulous. Staff is amazing and you feel at home. I'd definitely go back. Love them! (We already dug into the guac I'm sorry lol it was so good with plantain chips in it and on the side.)

The food heat was amazing !! If your looking for authentic Colombian 🇨🇴 food this is the place for it. The outdoor dining is secluded and tucked away so it feels like your inside but your outside and the Latin music and personal heater did just the trick. Just remind your server if you heater starts to go out but other then that it was amazing and I can’t wait to go back ☺️✨✨

My daughter took me to this place and I was more satisfied after we walked in. The staff greeter was very sweet and seated us quickly. Our order was taken and food delivered as quickly. The facility was well decorated. Nothing to overkill and the Spanish Music was at the appropriate volume were we could still have a civil conversation without shouting. There is a bar near the entrance and there is adequate seating but check to see if they take RSVP in case you require a special date moment. We ordered the Carribean Shrimp w Garlic dishes and one in Chipolte sauce and boy oh boy I was in heaven. The portions were on point and I will definitely return when I get back to New York. Thanks daughter for treating me to a great Mommy/daughter lunch date.

intimate seating and tasty ajiaco. Guacamole didn't blow me away but the blood sausage in the picada colombiana did. Yummy ajiaco soup with shredded chicken, flavorful and gots corn and potatoes. Tostones was crispy and I love the avocado sides too. Shrimp in creamy sauce is nice with spinach and tomatoes. yuca in the picada and corn cake all taste nicely fried, meats was slice thin enough where its not overwhelming. That patacon pizza was creammyyy yum crispy green plantain bottom.

This place was a solid 4/5. It takes a lot to get a 5/5 so know that a 4/5 is saying a lot. The food was delicious although the guac could have been seasoned a bit with a lot more spice. My sister and I enjoyed every bit of our entrees. The pork was tender and delicious. The beans were perfectly spiced. We were both in good comas when we were done. The atmosphere was laid back and enjoyable. The service was impeccable! It's a small place but the experience was definitely worth it. Can't wait to go back and try other dishes.

The place is cosy and cute, it had lots of Valentine's day decorations when we came. We tried various margaritas and all were good. The shrimp ceviche was refreshing and flavorful. We got the appetizer sampler. The empanadas were quite large, the vegetable one was particularly good. The guacomole was delicious. I thought the fried plantains were a bit dry but my husband loved them. We shared the Parillada Colombia and the steak was perfectly cooked, tender, juicy, flavorful. The shrimp was also very good. I thought the chicken was a bit dry but had great grilled flavor.
