Fritz Brooklyn Reviews
WILL, WILL, WILL is the best server and is just tooooooo cute. Had the best time and beverage (Pornstar) with a shot of Prosecco. This place is a hidden gem of a backyard seating. A total recommendation⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.
The martinis are other worldly! So crisp and cold. Love that you get a little refill portion (on ice!) and the olives and lemon twist on the side are delightful. The place is super cute. It was kind of raining but we still got to be in their partially indoor/outdoor space which is a huge bonus. The service was amazing. She took really good care of us. My only complaint is that there’s not a single substantial vegan item on the menu and I would’ve liked to grab a nibble while there. However the place is so cute and the drinks were so good, I was still very very happy! Oh also, any place that puts the “vacant/occupied” locks on their bathroom doors is really doing it right. Love it.
Great addition to the neighborhood! $10 cocktails and $5 beers til 6 🍻 The schnickelfritz mezcal swizzle is a must. Highly recommend the meatball sliders.
Ten dollar happy hour drinks can't be beat. Great vibes, ice cold martini (they chill the glass so you know they know what's up). And they open early so you can stop in as the first drink of the evening
A new addition to the neighborhood and it’s bringing all the vibes. The drinks are delicious and it has a beautiful patio.

I came here for a meetup with about 10 friends in August 2023, we sat at the backyard and really enjoyed the place. The drinks and service were both excellent. The server conveniently set up credit card in the system for EACH guest so we didn't have to calculate the bills in the end. This is very group friendly. We can't wait to come back again.
Update: went back couple of days back. It still has the same great vibe. Had a FRITZ FATALE. Good drink. Spirit forward. My friend had the Eldorado and liked it. She said it was along the lines of margarita in taste. We also had the artichoke dip which was good. Most cocktails are still $16, which is a pretty good these days ______________ Super cool spot with a cool back patio. Late night vibe was great..the service top notch. Our bar tender Alex was super nice and helped us choose the cocktails and made an off menu one as well. Lots of interesting art and knick knacks on the shelves. Definitely going back
Hosted my birthday here and the level of service was master class. The space was perfect and the food was delicious. Highly recommend for events or casual dinner / drinks
The Fritz hosted an amazing engagement party. The service was exceptional with great vibes on the patio. Cocktails were top notch, highly recommend!
Tamas Is a great guy. Me and all my friends had a great time hanging out and having conversation with him! He made us feel like he was apart of the group!
Taylor was great and had amazing recommendations. She told me the Fritz Martini was the way to go and I will be a repeat customer whenever I’m in the downtown Brooklyn area. She was great and I look forward to checking out the Martini Mondays that she told me about when I walked I
My partner and I hosted >80 guests at Fritz for a cocktail party on the night before our wedding. Everything was excellent! The event manager, Samantha, and her team made sure everything ran smoothly. We did not have any of the service issues mentioned in some of the other reviews---just the opposite in fact! Drinks were flowing and the food kept coming all night. Would absolutely recommend Fritz for a full buyout for a party of this size.
This place is so awesome! Great playlist. New Edition was playing when we entered. Delish drinks and eats. Moy, our server/bartender, is one to be trusted. His recommendations were on point and his personality was lovely. Can’t wait to return on my next visit to Brooklyn.

Met up with some friends for happy hour at Fritz. It wasn’t too crowded up until the happy hour time ended. Then it definitely is full, so be aware if you plan on coming with a group. If you prefer a quieter atmosphere, go in the earlier side. Drinks were good and food was okay. The oysters were on the smaller side and were just okay. My friends said the deviled eggs, lobster roll, and crème brûlée were great!
Decent cocktails and atmosphere, small spot. Good for a pre- or post-dinner drink in the area.

Great bar, lovely staff, the music is awful however. Way too loud you can barely hear your friends talk and is an outrageous pop mix. If I wanted to hear a mish mosh of early 2000’s pop I would just put on the radio rather than going to a $20-$30 cocktail bar in fort Greene. Someone hand the AUX over.
I want to like this place so bad. We need a good, reliable, cocktail bar in the neighborhood. And I had really high hopes when they transitioned from the pizza place originally opened in this location, to the new cocktail bar concept. But something is definitely missing, which makes it hard for me to want to go back/count on this place as a neighborhood spot. The drinks and bar staff are great. But the service is incredibly slow. I’ve waited 20 minutes for a glass of wine, which feels insane. I really want to love this place. I feel like if they can get their service and response times under control/buttoned up this place would be a winner.

Really fun ambiance and the drinks are really solid, but the service was pretty disappointing. Service was really slow and it was very difficult to get attention to ask questions or order things. Some of our items got fully forgotten and it was hard to remind anyone once we realized stuff wasn’t coming since we were so rarely talked to.
Where to begin… the waitress was absolutely lovely and welcoming, a gem. BUT… $9 for half a pint of beer. Crackers were stale. Charcuterie tasted packaged. Drinks were inconsistent. The bar was so slow (on a slow night). Hope you guys can improve from the feedback.
The space it's self is cute, and the drink I tried was really good but the bald headed bartender was so unbelievably rude, didn't respond to a greeting, huffily agreed to make a drink even though "someone should have told you it was last call already" and then turning off the music, the lights up and bashing stools around at 12:01 to make sure we left right away. Like, this is still hospitality, bars are meant to be fun and kind, not snippy and aggressive. Bummer vibes!

Terrible service. The entire place had 12 people and there were 4 people behind the bar but none seemed to want to be there or help any of the clientele. I’d understand if I was in the back patio or a table but we were literally sitting at the bar. I made eye contact with all of them. One was just folding napkins and I had to ask her if they they were closed to get a response. They seemed annoyed to be asked to take an order. 15 minutes passed so we just asked for the check so we could leave. I guess it’s a better happy hour spot or something but wouldn’t recommend for a night time place
