Got a grilled chicken burrito for $12. The food was ok. It did not taste fresh. Maybe I came at a bad time, but the rice and lettuce were stiff and the pico de gallo tasted flat. The tortilla was stiff, not soft. The portion is nice though. And the mango topping was interesting. If I eat here again and the food is stale again, I'm gonna drop the rating to 3. But I wouldn't eat here again, especially when Tacobees is 8 min walk away and has been great the three times I ate there.

I got the steak burrito with sour cream. Everything was good and fresh. The problem I had was that he didn’t cut in half so it was harder to eat. Is was delicious and the price reasonable.

I just ordered through Uber, I normally don’t complain but whoever working early this morning on November 15th,2024 , READ THE TICKET. I ASKED FOR SAUCE AND THEY DIDNT GIVE ME MY SAUCE, now I got 2 freaking dry burritos

Good food for a good price . Usually go on uber decided to pop in. Terrible customer service in . As if they are doing me the favor for me spending my money there. 20 something year old men with bad attitudes and lacking attention to detail and obviously hate the place . Guy just pushed my food to me and didnt say a word . You guys should hire people who care. Order on uber dont come in !

Please check your order before you leave. I ordered a tres leche cake & Guac and chips. Came home to guac and tres leche. When I asked to speak to the manager, I was told there was no manager.

I ordered a shrimp and chicken bowl the shrimp was extremely SALTY I called and spoke to three people and they said theirs nothing they can do about it and kept hanging up on me I didn't ask for my money back just a new bowl and they hung up on me. Bad business practice i will never eat here again I will definitely report them tomorrow!!!!!!!!!

I got the wrong order I really wanted my order I called uber they said they can't do anything about it I called guac time they also said they couldn't do anything about it I'm still a paying customer at end of the day it was extremely unprofessional on both ends I wasted my hard earned money no one seems to care until it's the other way around since I wasted $21 I'm going to tell 22 people to give this a terrible rating cause of added taxes just so I feel reimbursed

I'm reviewing my Uber eats order. I ordered the buritto bowl which was very dissapointing. There is nothing authentic about this Mexican place, and the flavors are so odd that I doubt Mexicans in the kitchen. The rice tastes old and flavorless. The pico de giallo tastes like Italian marinara. Rubbery steak. Spicy salsa non existent. I asked for cliantro vinagrette and there was none. This was a waste of money.

Food taste good however the employee ripped me off and gave me more rice than protein/chicken. I like an equal ratio of both meat and rice the employee over did it either way the rice

Taste like imitation Mexican food. Food didn’t taste fresh, tasted like leftovers. I don’t know if it’s because I got my food at 1:15 AM, but the food quality was poor. Waste of money. Taste NOTHING Like Mexican, it taste like Indian version of Mexican I don’t know if they snuck in a few indian spices and added curry low key in the pique de gallo, but this wasn’t not appetizing or enjoyable AT ALL. I’m about to regurgitate. Proceed with caution. Tortilla didn’t taste fresh. The cheese was too greasy, I added cilantro but didn’t taste it at all, the gallo was old the tomatoes tasted like they are going bad, I wouldn’t recommend this place.
