Super delicious. Had the shawarma pita and chicken shawarma salad and they were both great. Amazing ingredients, and really fresh. This place is a great addition to the neighborhood!

Really like this place. The hummus Sharma plate was amazing. The pita alone is out of this world. All fresh made on site. Also the place is relaxing. Treat yourself to lunch there soon.

A little pricey, but well worth it! Maybe the best falafel I’ve had.

Once I found out about this gem, I came back every week. The customer service is always friendly, helpful and warm. BUT THE FOOD THOUGH…. 🤤. They have great options and each of their dishes have not disappointed. The ambience is clean, quaint and relaxed. Great for a meetup, a break or to go on your own and get some work done. Love this place

I came to Holy Pita and ordered the chicken shawarma, and it was absolutely delicious! The chicken was juicy, perfectly spiced, and wrapped in fresh pita with all the right toppings. Every bite was full of flavor. The staff was warm and welcoming, and the service was fast. The restaurant itself is clean and has a great, casual vibe. If you’re in the mood for authentic Mediterranean food, this is the spot. The chicken shawarma alone is worth the trip!

I really loved that everything tasted so fresh and delicious. Their hummus, falafel, malawach, and tahini shakes are seriously good. 🍱🥗 It's one of the best Mediterranean places around here. And the backyard is a great place to chill and get some work done.🍽🍴

If you’re in Brookline and craving fresh, flavorful Mediterranean food, Holy Pita is a must-visit! The pitas are warm and perfectly fluffy, the fillings are generous, and every bite bursts with vibrant spices and freshness. The falafel is crispy on the outside, tender inside, and the shawarma is packed with savory flavor. Portions are generous without feeling heavy, and the house-made sauces—especially the tahini and spicy harissa—are incredible. The staff is friendly and welcoming, making you feel like a regular from the moment you walk in. Whether you’re grabbing a quick lunch or settling in for a casual dinner, Holy Pita delivers on both taste and atmosphere. Highly recommended for anyone who loves authentic Mediterranean food done right!

Weve been coming and ordering from HolyPita for a few years now. Really good fresh food. The Shawarma salad is excellent, chicken schnitzel for the kids, Kubeh as appetizer. Generous size and fast service. Great place

Stopped by Holy Pita for a quick bite before dinner. We ordered a few appetizers including the falafel, sumac fries, Moroccan cigars and wings. The fries were my favorite. Nice and crispy, packed with flavor. The Moroccan cigars were a pleasant surprise. I wasn’t sure what to expect but I trusted the recommendation given by the cashier and happy we gave it a try.

A pita my heart Is at @holypitanyc! Thank you so much @nycfoodphoto and @feedyourheartnyc for inviting me to an incredible press event at Holy Pita! It was wonderful meeting the owner Maurice and Master Chef @dociervin07 , and trying all of the incredible middle eastern foods they’re serving up! Reminding me of being back in the holy land 🇮🇱 with all the street food I had a chicken shawarma pita with all the toppings like Israeli salad, tahini, pickles, and hummus. Plus I got sone fun sides like falafel, chicken schnitzel, and Moroccan cigars. And I got to try some amazing sticky sweets like baklavas and tahini milkshakes.

The food is incredible!!!! Mediterranean cuisine at its finest. Amazing flavors in a beautiful restaurant. The owner Maurice and Chef Ervin are wonderful and take enormous pride in what they do. The location is gorgeous and has an outdoor area that is also gorgeous. Everything here is so fresh and I love trying new things. There were so many things I tried I never even heard of! This place has something for everyone.

I had the Holy Pita falafel sandwich. I loved it, it had 4 falafel with Israeli pickles, Israeli salad and some tahini. The falafel was hot but the pita bread was cold, I'd have liked it better if they had served it hot. But their Sweet Malawach was hot and delicious with Hashahar, an Israeli chocolate spread. A nice place to try if you're in the Brooklyn Navy Yard area.

Got food poisoning from this place after ordering the gyro sandwich. Was in the bathroom and was throwing up nonstop the whole day. This was the only thing I ate the whole day so it couldn’t be anything else. Not sure what exactly in the sandwich caused this. The vegetables did look suspiciously old/not fresh. Be cautious.

Response to owner: You must have me confused with someone else and that is very concerning. This was my first time ordering from this restaurant so I could not have made previous refund requests. Also, the hair is not even close to the same color or texture as mine. As of now, I still have it. Would you like me to bring it so you can see for yourself? I ordered delivery through one of the apps. My food arrived sealed and untampered with. As I was eating my falafel I discovered a hair that had definitely been in the falafel batter when it was cooked. After reporting the issue and getting a refund; I attempted to eat the remaining falafel because I was out $50 for my meal and still hungry… I didn’t think I would find more hair. The very next falafel I tried to eat had a hair in it!! There is something really wrong going on in their kitchen if that is what comes out of it.

first time here. spent $17 on a hummus eggplant plate. tastes pretty good about a 7/10. but really small portion/bad value (see pic). also i appreciate we’re getting to the end of the pandemic hopefully but kinda sketchy that none of the staff preparing food were wearing masks or gloves. just started working nearby but probably won’t return again even though other items on menu maybe are a better value and flavor. although based on the $11 falafel wrap seems unlikely.
