10/10 best chinese food ina trenches
Good food, fast service.
Very friendly service...other than that, it’s cheap Chinese in NYC, nothing fancy, definitely not gross like some other neighborhood Chinese spots. 5-stars for being exactly what it should be. Open late, everything’s made pretty fast, even when they’re busy.
The lady is so nice! She’s very sweet and my family are regulars ❤️ The food is super good and the crab rangoons are to die for! Everytime we go to pick it up I’m always the one to pick it up, and she’s so friendly! She’ll ask if we need extra sauces or anything ^^ I love this place and will continue to order from here!

Usually don’t mind this place they are friendly. But my chicken today was burned to a crisp. Then sauce was thrown on top so I wouldn’t notice. I couldn’t even put a fork through the chicken.
Got kung bao and sesame chicken. Everything was fried to a crisp and tasted like bad oil. The sauce didn't even start to help. Avoid this place
I live close to this location and went there for my first time just couple minutes ago, the woman taking the order is horrible with customer service. First time make me want to go another place even if it’s far away. Hope next time if I go she has better behavior not even customer service I don’t think she knows about that.
I purchased soup and it was a piece of metal in my soup. Today my son asked for chicken wings from this establishment and got home the chicken smelled like Ammonia.
Ordered delivery through DoorDash (huge mistake). Sesame seed chicken was overcooked. So tough, stringy and nasty I spat out like 90% of the chicken which was the main course cause I couldn’t chew it. Rice was also bland and overcooked. Didn’t bother with it. One Pork dumpling had something kind of sharp in it like a bone? That was just disgusting. The cheese wontons barely had any cheese in them. I remember other Chinese places in the past would pack it full of the good stuff. This one is stingy for some reason. You can tell everything’s very low quality here. They can’t cook here. They really don’t care about the customer here but they’re happy to take all your money. First time customer and last. Never again.
Go somewhere else! Their imitation can sticks are the worse. Salad dressing as tarter sauce. The only good part was the lady pretending not to speak English surprisingly she wasn't nasty.
Was excited to try them out as I just moved to the neighborhood - so disappointing. First of all, she yelled at me for 1 min. I don’t mean like talked loudly, no, she unmistakably yelled at me, and everyone in the store was uncomfortable about it. I nearly didn’t come back to pick up my order, but I did - a mistake. It was so bad. Just bad. I got a chicken and broccoli with garlic sauce over rice, and I came home to find that there was no chicken…yep, no chicken, just broccoli and garlic sauce. And the garlic sauce was almost bright orange, and tasted more like food coloring than garlic sauce. I also got boneless spare ribs with pork fried rice and and egg roll. The spare ribs were burnt and dry. The rice had undercooked pieces of pork, and the egg roll was too greasy. Nothing was good about this store, from atmosphere, to service and food. Terrible experience, I do not recommend.
Been eating here all my life and they constantly disrespect regular customers with their distasteful food. The prices increase while the food quality decrease. I have gotten bad plates in the past and gave them benefit of the doubt. On top of being skimpy with their portions of sauce, the recent (and last) plate I ordered had a lot of fries. To my suprise this one was lathered in sauce, so I was hype about it. Only to be halfway finished & finding a very long peice of hair entangled in fries. This was the straw that broke the camel’s back. I was disgusted. Never have I been disrespected like this. I am deeply disappointed with what this spot is turning into. Never coming here again for food & I no longer recommend them.
Do not door dash with them you will be disappointed ,wasted my time I had a Chinese restaurant right across the street but the pictures they post was awesome so I tried the egg rolls was dripping in oil and the top of the rolls was burnt both ends the chicken was completely deep fried deeeeep no meat was left on the chicken just fried bones forget about the rice I had to drive an hour back for my refund no lie and still had to argue for 20 mins about the situation see
The noodle soup was very very bad and I throw ALL of it!! The french fries was veryyyyy dry and seems like it was fried before not fresh !! The fried fish and shrimp was full of oil and grease .. The whole food wasn't taste good at all , it's really my worst experience ever !!! Can't believe I paid money for this bad food !!
Ordered 2 orders of bbq chicken wings and instead of wings got some tips of the tails. .. the chicken that was there was under cooked with blood... beef and broccoli wasn't cooked neither... beef was chewy and broccoli still hard! Only thing good was the soda!
I tried them a few times and the food was always subpar. Still, they are close and I wanted to like them. The last straw was these honey wings I bought. The sauce tasted like literal vomit. I had to throw the whole thing away. Never going back.
Got an order of cheese wongtongs but received pork ones The rice also had black and pinto beans in it!??? I dont understand how you mix cheese and pork up !? Not to mention why is there BEANS in the rice!? Did they put their leftover spanish food in wok!? I called to fix the order but instead the asian lady yells at me wouldnt let me talk and just hung up on me.I called again and she refused to give me the correct order.I wasnt even asking for my money back I didnt even eat the order either. Talk about money hungry.
My family and I have been living in Bushwick for 20 Years! I went there about 12 years ago and stop going because the lady that is the face of the restaurant is extremely rude - she is loud and don't care to remember who her customers are/who lives in the neighbor. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and went back a few months ago a young man was there and was so pleasant. So today I went to get dinner after a long day at work. I decided to spend my money that I worked very hard for there and I regret it. The lady taking the orders for all the years, whether she cares to remember my face or not was soooooo rude today and extremely loud. I placed my regular order and decided to get an ice tea/ sweet tea when I asked she YELLED stating "what is the difference... very unprofessional, I calmly let her know that her tone and the yelling was not necessary more so I am paying for items I am not here getting free stuff. I also noticed the cooks were handling/preparing the food without gloves!!! I will not be returning to that restaurant EVER again, which I did let her and the cook know. The disrespect is just not acceptable. I do NOT recommend this restaurant at all!
DO NOT COME HERE. THEY WILL STEAK YOUR MONEY. They took my 31 dollars from Zelle and didn’t give me my food and I had to go through the process from my bank to give it back. They claimed they didn’t receive the money I sent them through Zelle when I double triple checked the money. When they did indeed receive the money. DO NOT COME HERE.
