Seaborne Brooklyn Reviews
Lucinda is one of the best bartenders in New York and she needs some respect on her name!!! Bar rocks drinks rock vibes rock. It’s like the coolest place on earth I think. Great outdoor seating vibes, but the action is inside. Get whatever the bartender is making
Can’t believe this place is real. Lucinda fixed us the most magical cocktails - she just asked what kind of drinks and flavors we liked, and mixed out-of-the-world drinks like I’d never had before. I will be going back!!
A one in a million. We were lucky that it was open and we had a chance to play the pinballs and meet the amazing people there.
Small loving place to come and have a nice drink with friendly people of all color. It's very cozy people friendly just the greatest little bar here in red hook Brooklyn NYC
Amazing in every way I could hope for in a local bar. Lucinda mixes divine drinks, there's pinball, and big comfy booths. Amazing.
Intuitive and finely crafted cocktails with a personable and unique atmosphere. We can’t wait to go back!

My favorite reason to go to Red Hook is sharing this gem with friends. Whether it’s Willie or Lucinda providing the hospitality and delicious drinks, you’re in great hands. I recommend their G&T or an M&M, but they truly can make anything you desire a reality!
MIAMI IS IN RED HOOK!!!! They are worth the hype! I’ve heard about Seaborne through neighbors and just people in Red Hook overall. I finally decided to give them a shot being that I’m no longer pregnant and man oh man. Their drinks are affordable and taste outstanding. I loved the variety of drinks I was served & their hours of operation are pretty convenient. I’ll definitely be back with some friends.
Lucinda mixes a mean cocktail (or mocktail), you can tell her the flavors you like or your vibe that night and she's got you. A hidden gem 💎
I have a new favourite bar in NYC. We came for a drink and stayed for many. Lucinda, the owner, was a fantastic cocktail maker and host. She's put a lot of effort into the place, and it shows. The place has a great mid-century aesthetic. Decent beer selection too! If you haven't been here, go. Thank you for a great evening Lucinda, we'll be back!
This is a fantastic place to come, chill, and get some quality cocktails and great conversation. This is a real neighborhood place in so many ways. It is welcoming, comfortable, and unpretentious. Watching the folks behind the bar make the cocktails this half of the fun. These are folks who love the art of the cocktail and are fantastic at it. There is so much to try, that. If you don't spend the whole day here, you have to keep coming back again and again. I can't recommend this place enough.
The most magical bar helmed by the most magical human. Lucinda has created such a special space—a true neighborhood gathering spot with exceptional cocktails. I wouldn’t consider myself an extrovert, but I’ve wound up having more lovely conversations with fellow patrons at Seaborne than I’ve had at all other bars combined. And I feel like that really says something about the environment of conviviality and warmth that Seaborne fosters. A rare diamond of a place.
One of the great, unknown gems of the Brooklyn cocktail scene. Lucinda curates a soulful, personalized experience in every glass.
This is a GREAT bar! The cocktails are delicious! All ingredients taste so fresh. The vibe is fun, cool and relaxed. The staff and owner really complete the experience and makes this a spot you want to come back to again and again.
If you ever find yourself thinking that the cool, the quirky, the artsy is gone from NYC- come here. If you’re disillusioned and think it’s all millionaires and big-box stores, this place is the antidote. The drinks are made with such care and the patrons are lovely. It’s very special.
Lucinda is a master of creating cocktails and making her guests feel welcomed. Being a pillar of the New York classic cocktail scene, her creations are unbelievable. Seaborne is a must destination for great cheer and drinks.
Not sure why there's a "closed permanently" note on this page but it was open when I went a month ago and was delightful! Great drinks, best vibe. Was chill when the rest of Red Hook bars were slammed. Excellent hang, owners were incredibly nice. Wish this bar was my neighborhood local, I'd be here daily.
I had a wonderful time here. The bar was easy to find thanks to the giant boat outside. The real star of the show is Kevin and Wes, with their amazing collection of pinball machines. They are all expertly restored and play amazing. You can tell they really poured their hearts into these machines, being able to fix any problem that arouse within moments. Wes and Kevin are some of the friendliest, most outgoing people I have ever met. They cheer you on and give you play by play instructions on how to win their games. They must be a real blessing to your bar. I will definitely be back to play more pinball!

The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, making it an ideal spot to unwind, catch up with friends—or even better, break out a deck of cards for a low-key game night. One of the standout aspects of Seaborne is Lucinda, the bartender. She's not just pouring drinks; she’s genuinely looking out for everyone who walks through the door. Thoughtful, kind, and incredibly attentive, Lucinda brings such warmth to the place that you immediately feel like part of the family. Whether you're stopping by for a quick drink or planning to settle in for the evening, Bar Seaborne delivers. Excellent cocktails, good vibes, and the kind of care that keeps you coming back. Don’t miss this spot.
This place is an absolute gem. Lucinda makes creative and delicious cocktails she is a wizard behind the bar reading minds to create the perfect cocktail for each guest. Cozy intimate vibe let’s you know right away that you are in a special place and it goes up from there.
