Wheel Bagels Brooklyn Reviews
It's been 30 years since I left Brooklyn. Things have changed, but you can still get a good bagel locally. They've been in business for a year, no doubt they've had their ups and downs, but they are great people, provide great service, have great bagels, and I wish them success. Thanks for the bagel, toasted with double butter. It was a snowy. Remember my advice. Things won't change until you do something.
First time visiting and got a delicious breakfast bagel and iced coffee. They had a variety of bagels too. Employees were friendly and attentive.
I love this place. My friend and I order very often. The new management is doing great. Everything is made just the way you like it.
Food is always super fresh., Customer service is always very friendly, And the shop is always clean. Always very happy with my purchases here.
Good place to order breakfast. Reasonable price and can't service.

The staff is extremely attentive and they fully understand their clientele, meaning they know how NY works....FAST, you need your coffee and breakfast and you need to get going to beat traffic, catch a train or keep up with life in NY. Bagels are fresh and sandwiches are great.
This place has great bagels. The kind you expect from a NYC bagel place, crunchy on the outside and chewy on the inside. As a vegan I’m happy to share they have tofu cream cheese, plain and veggie. So good with tomato, red onion and capers on a toasted whole wheat everything bagel. Yum!! Place is clean and staff is friendly. Worth a visit for breakfast or lunch.

The store is located in the Bay Ridge section of Brooklyn. They sell bagels, salads, tuna salad and egg salad. Hamburgers and sandwiches are also available. Doughnuts, muffins and other pastries are also sold. Breakfast selections include eggs and omelets. Various drinks including coffee, tea and soda are also available for purchase at the store.
Bagels here are enormous and flavorful the staff is attentive and very , this is only my 2nd time here and i have to tell you ,you eat one bagel here and your done for lunch because they pack their bagels .
It's cool if you want a bagel or sandwich but stay away from the doughnuts. Tasted like store bought doughnuts.

THE BEST BAGELS for at least a twenty block radius in any direction. Not even M&M deli does bagels better than this joint. The deli case is CHOCK FULL of treats. Not just fresh cold cuts, but homemade spreads & heroes; hot trays; hand-mixed sides & salads & slaws. Even homemade butter! It's also a wonderful place to pop into on a cold morning to fill up with a giant cup of coffee. The urns are always going full blast & the beans they use here are excellent. I come here to get my ground coffee for home brewing. MY ONE GRIPE: the atmosphere. Ugh! When you step inside there is always a flat-screen TV overhead blaring either CNN or NBC. It's terrible! So jarring and so nerve-jangling. Ordering food should take place in a calm, cheery environment. Instead, you get your bagels with doom & gloom screaming at you from above. Ack! If they simply played music I would come here MUCH more often for bagels.
Best bagel in the vicinity. Good quality, the cream cheese they use is phenomenal. Try it if your in the neighborhood. Parking is tight

This is a good bagel and deli shop. The coffee is not as great as I would hope, but in a pinch, on a cold day, they are the best near the subway.
Good cafeteria, small but they have lots of things, sandwiches, coffee, cold drinks. There is no chairs neither tables most likely is to go. Staff was approachable , and nice.
The former Steve's bagels. I know they just opened and I don't want to give them a really bad review. Owners you have to focus on a quality bagel. A proper Brooklyn bagel shop bagel is boiled first so it is gooey on the inside and then baked so it is chewy on the outside. If it is just baked like these are then there is no difference between a supermarket bagel and a bagel shop bagel. It is alot more work to make it a proper bagel and no resson why it can't be done since was done there before.

Came here on Friday, and bagels are really good love how much cream cheese they put on them. I’m disappointed about customer service there was a Spanish lady and was really rude to me. I’m really upset about it since I talked to her in Spanish and in a good mood when she gave me back an attitude. Hope to have a better experience next time.

my mom told me not to leave this review but i’m annoyed. she traveled all the way from staten island just to get me an avocado, egg, and cheese on a bagel. she specifically asked for it very toasted because the last time she ordered, they didn’t toast it AT ALL. well this time they seriously overdid it. this isn’t toasted this is BURNT. like they really looked at this charred bagel and thought, yeah this is good to go?? i’ve asked for “very toasted” at plenty of other places and have never gotten something this bad. i’m super disappointed. i couldn’t even eat the bagel because all i tasted was BURNT??
The girl working, better if they put her in the back of the store, because she is so rude and unfriendly, I use to go to bagel boy, and I discovered this place , and recommend it, but because of her I will never go back, I had her 4 times, first and second I was probably she was in bad mood, no this is her!

The customer service here has definitely changed immensely. At this point I can’t discern if it’s just that or, the bagels, eggs, or in my case “missing an egg in my bagel” the problem. But I gave the woman my food order, and she seemed bothered by it, when I asked for a toasted bagel with egg and “crispy bacon.” I received my food, paid for it and left. I opened my bagel and it was missing the egg. I immediately went back to return it and the woman, who took my food order, seemed upset with me because she missed “the egg in my bagel”. She literally rolled her eyes at me. I just requested for my money back. Customer service here is deplorable! Never again.
Not particularly friendly but more importantly don't follow simple instructions. Got home in 20 degree weather to find my order wrong. I will not patronize a business where I feel I have to go thru the bag before leaving to be sure they got it right. And then there's making your own coffee or tea. Lots of fun when busy, NOT. People tripping all over each other putting together a cup of coffee. Next time I'll just go to the Diner across the street. This place has never been the same since new ownership and management, though the coffee thing goes way back, in all fairness.
