Capriotti’s always impresses me. The ingredients are fresh, portions are generous, and the team is always welcoming when you walk in. I ordered the Bobby this time and it hit the spot. The store is clean, and the service is quick even during busy times. Highly recommend giving them a try if you’re in the area!!!

One word- consistent. Everything I have had from here has been delicious. Staff is always helpful and friendly, quick to recommend your next favorite sandwich. Always have and always will be a Capriotti's girl.

UPDATE ON 10/11/25. I was pleasantly surprised when I rec'd a call today from Jason at Capriotti's in the afternoon, which is why I am changing my review from one star to 5. Jason apologized for the issues I had, admitted that the no extra meat was their mistake, as was not having my sandwich on ready on time and came up with a solution that showed me that he does care about my business. So thank you Jason for renewing my faith and showing me that you do care about your customes. I always go to the Capriotti's on Concord Pike, my family and I have ordered numerous times from them. Today, after running errands and having to get home to keep another appointment, I went on line and ordered a medium cheese steak and although their site claims 25% more meat on ALL cheese steaks, I decided, since this was to last me two nights, to pay to upgrade to extra steak and extra cheese. Sandwich was to be ready between 2:30 and 2:45 and I got there at 2:45 as I had been stuck in traffic. To bad/so sad, we don't know WHY your order isn't ready, but we will make it "really quick". Ok fine - get home after making another stop at 3:55 and open the sandwich to find NO "25% more meat" and NO extra steak or cheese and the sandwich is a SMALL (as noted my family and I have ordered from them numerous times so I know the difference between a small sandwich and a med. one. I called, was told bring the sandwich back in and we will make you a new one. I couldn't due to a prior appointment(that was the idea of a quick pick up plus I tipped a full 20%). I was told "sorry to hear that" when I said I would NOT be back to that location. I did ask and feel I am rightly entitled to the difference back between and SMALL sandwich and the medium which I paid for. It is a shame that in this day and age where take out places from Wawa to Mickey D's to even Capriotti's are offering specials to try to attract more customers that in reality they don't care about their loyal customers.

Everytime I come to capriottis if the Two brothers are there it seems my food is great i like this location over others, very clean and the guys are always friendley i will be back

The staff are awesome, specifically Chris. He is amazing with my brother. He’s super friendly and helpful every time we stop in. We come to this location just to see him. Thanks Chris!

This sandwich salvaged my opinion of the entire state of Delaware. The Bobbie is so good with amazing Turkey and then the stuffing was incredible. I had driven the entire span of Delaware before enjoying the sandwich and was not impressed by the endless expanses of strips malls broken up by toll roads. I came here and found a good sandwich from a chain that supposedly started in Wilmington. Made me appreciate the First State a little bit more, but I still think the state is just ok as a whole. Try and find a capriottis in almost any other state but come to this one if you do find yourself in Delaware.

This Cap’s location has been consistently fantastic ever since it opened! No matter how many toppings we ask for they always get it right and it’s delicious every time. On top of that the employees are always pleasant and friendly and care they you are happy with your order. 5 stars!

Specifying this is the store by buff city soap. Staff are great , happy to be there. They engage in conversation with their customers. Bobbie is great as well as their other steaks and hoagies. Salad was good as well. Much improvement over the silverside location. Sandwiches are full, rolls are fresh from Luscios , store is clean . Always a pleasure to see Jamie, Nicole and Chris. You can tell they enjoy what they do and take care and pride when making your food. I will only order from here for my sandwiches. Don’t waste your money at the silverside location. Keep up the great work guys

Last night I ordered a Vegetarian Party Tray from this location. Even though I ordered it last minute (my bad) they were able to accommodate me. It was fantastic! The sandwiches had plenty of vegetarian meat and cheese in them. I had previously been going to the Silverside location where they only put one slice of meat or cheese on their sandwiches plus they had messed up my order on several occasions. I decided to give this location a try before I gave up on Capriotti’s altogether. I am so glad I did. I will definitely be a repeat customer at this location.

I don’t have a car and starving so I ordered the cheesesteak. The portion was decent but nothing special.

I called ahead to save myself some time. I got there and my food was ready, but it couldn't have been further from what I ordered. The person I spoke with on the phone was clearly more interested in a conversation going on in the background. When there are many choices, service matters. First and last time I'll be going there.

Not very good. I ordered what I usually get from the silverside location and got what looks like a wawa sandwich. They forgot the vinegar and very light on everything but the lettuce.

Dined at this shop earlier. Had the best chicken cheesesteak ever. Tonight thought we'd order delivery. Both my wife's cheesesteak and my chicken cheesesteak were probably the worst I've had. Delivery was at least 30 minutes late, steak was very tough and cold..very disappointed..would probably never consider ordering delivery again.

Came on Sunday 12/21/25 and got a Bobby and cheesesteak. Not very friendly or welcome and the sandwich had barely any meat in it at all & the Bobby was basically just cranberries and not any turkey what so ever! Very disappointing considering the prices.

Dined at this shop earlier. Had the best chicken cheesesteak ever. Tonight thought we'd order delivery. Both my wife's cheesesteak and my chicken cheesesteak were probably the worst I've had. Delivery was at least 30 minutes late, steak was very tough and cold..very disappointed..would probably never consider ordering delivery again.

I would like to write a review about how the food tastes, but I have no desire to hold a slimy ketchup covered roll. I don’t know whose lack of logic this involves, but please stop putting ketchup on the top of the hoagies that you wrap up for to go orders. It just smears everywhere. It’s absolutely disgusting. Update: tried to eat it, I used a paper towel to hold it; on top of being slimy outside, it was soggy inside and it tasted overwhelmingly of fried onions, despite intentionally ordering it without fried onion, you know, because I don’t like the taste. After this experience and how expensive they were, I will never ever order from Capriotti‘s again.
