Pizza Hut Corning Reviews
The counter person/ waitress/ Server.Zoey was completely amazing.
Ordered a Veggie pizza online. It was ready at the pickup time in the subsequent email. It was delicious.
First visit to the re-opened Pizza Hut. So glad it is back. Our server was friendly and helpful. Will go back again.
Everything was delicious as usual! And our server was very attentive and helpful
Food is always good and hot. Customer service is excellent. Bring back the salad bar.
Food was good. The service was okay. But the atmosphere was like an old dive bar or something. Looked like it was pieced together with whatever pizza hut had leftover. Had rolls of paper towels for napkins on the tables. So safe to say not very fancy lol
Dining room was busy however there was no one doing to go orders so there were 4 people just standing waiting for someone to greet and see what everyone needed for take out.
Food great but they never delivered my order or gave or offered a refund kept sending me to customer service and customer service sends me back to them it’s been a week and not hopeful wish also the manager was supposed to call me Multiple times and never did 😗✌️
I called to order a pan pizza. Tuesday the 7th around 6pm. The lady that answered the phone. Talked really fast like she was in a big hurry. I mentioned online was not working for me and I would like to order a personal pan pizza and a $2 2 liter that was advertised online. She got very argumentative and cared more about not honoring the coupon than taking my order. He customer service skills were horrible. When I got there to pick up my pizza I knew right away who she was. She was running around in a big hurry, but getting nothing done. She even almost ran into her coworker who was holding several drinks. Can't believe her manager allows her to work that way. Everyone else seemed laid back. Everyone else was getting things done and they certainly were not busy. I don't think pizza hut is ever busy anymore
We ordered 2my boxes. The wings were the worst I have ever eaten. The flavor was not there on the honey barbecue. The buffalo we're not even close. The pizza was like in the old day of pizza hut
The detail to customer service is severely lacking. Paying the amount you do for pizza today, and the management cannot deal in making the experience worthwhile. Placed a large order online, but I didn't have a chance to put in that I wanted it in an hour instead of immediately. I called as soon as I hit the button, when I realized my mistake, to have them make it closer to when I could pick it up. When I called, I was told that they could cancel the order and put it back in the system, but that I would not receive a refund for up to a week possibly and be recharged the large amount to be put back in. Or that they could cook it then and place it in the warmer to sit and dry out. They said otherwise it would get overlooked and missed. I asked if I could just call them in a half hour and remind them to start it, and they said nope either cancel and reorder or have it put in the warmer. You would think if you spend almost $100 they could find a way to make it work. It is sad how no one cares about customer service, and instead just about the money bottom line. I was so excited for this pizza hut to open back up, and I am sadly disappointed in how this business has returned. The staff is not the issue, I know they only do what they are told. But management is severely lacking in the ability to maintain a happy customer base.
We have been twice since they re-opened, and we had overcooked Pizzas the first time, with very little sauce and cheese and not nearly enough toppings. Second visit, we got undercooked pizzas with way too little sauce on 1 and way too much on the other. The potential for good pizza is there, but consistency needs a lot of improvement. You pay the same as you would from any other local pizza restaurant, but the quality is not there, so it's not great and definitely overpriced for what you get.
Waited for a little over an hour for our Pizza. Love the pizza just not the wait time. Was informed that the franchise owner wants them to do takeout orders first over the customers waiting at their tables. So I guess I need to order take out and when I get it ask to be seated and then order my drink. The waitress was excellent
I went on pizza hut website for Painted Post and ordered a large cheese pizza with sauce on only half the pizza for takeout. When I arrived I specifically asked the girl if it was half sauce because that's what I ordered. As it is dimly lit in there, she opened the box and she verified its what I ordered. When I got home being in better light we looked it over and found sauce on all of the pizza. When I called the store the manager said the "no sauce" request didn't appear on her end. She said the website is sketchy and better off calling instead of using website. Also if you use credit card there reader gives you three amounts for tips. I'm sorry now I gave them a tip. Didn't see any way out of it anyway.
While I was in Pizza Hut, I continue to listen to a manager by the name of Alicia, talking crap to other employees about fellow employees. I found this to be very disrespectful and unprofessional. I don't know how she is the manager
You know for a restaurant that hasn’t been open that long and already giving people food poisoning it’s pretty sad I’ve been a cook for 15 years and as someone who prepares food for the public you guys made me violently ill it truly sickens me that you guys hire people who don’t care yall owe me 2 days of work do better if you wanna serve food to the public this is just unacceptable
We went to the newly opened Pizza Hut for dinner the other day. We were hoping for a bit of nostalgia since the outside of the building looked pretty much the same. Unfortunately upon entering we noticed that the interior was not as character filled as it was as well as there was no buffet etc, traditional booths were gone. We ordered chicken wings, a bigger pizza, as well as a pasta with Alfredo sauce. Unfortunately the pizza the crust was very hard kind of cardboardy with no real chew to it. The sauce had little to no flavor and there was only about half as much cheese as should have been on a pizza. Nothing like a Pizza Hut pizza should be. The chicken wings were not bad but unfortunately they seem to bother and caused bathroom issues the next day for the person who ate them. The pasta also was unfortunately flavorless. In a way I wish we ordered a regular pizza to see if maybe it was just the New Yorker was made poorly but everything else added up to a very dismal meal. The service itself was very good, the girls came and checked on us and refilled drinks often. Another annoyance is the phone which has the ringer on high 6 ft away from where you're sitting trying to eat. So it scares the hell out of you every time you start eating. I don't know what to say about the traditional pizza, I pray they at least make that right. I. The end we spent $80 for a nostalgic taste that taste poorly and caused severe distress for another family member. Given me atmosphere and all the things I've stated as well as the details of the material of the restaurant and quality of food I am not sure if this location will be able to remain open if it stays this way. After our experience I cannot see ordering or eating anything from here anytime soon. RIP classic pizza hut.
I went in a few weeks ago with my husband to sit down and get dinner. We ordered the big dinner box and our niece Destiny waited on us. I barely get out these days because I have medical issues and Im in alot of pain but it was a good night for me so I decided to get out the house. I asked to sit at the half booth half table that happened to be next to the office. We ordered our food and then the main manager Alecia called her over to talk to her. I then heard her say something along the lines of "do you really hate me that much? Why the hell would you sit Shelley that close to me knowing I hate that woman?" I barely even know her but everytime I come into the restaurant she gives me dirty looks and runs the other way as if I have the plague. If shes saying these things loud enough for me to hear then I cant imagine what she says behind closed doors. I wasnt even allowed to come to the friends and family event prior to opening even though I have a couple friends and my niece working there all because Alecia said I wasnt allowed to come. I wont ever go back to that location, its sad that I have to elmira if I want pizza hut now. I feel uncomfortable and embarassed to even try going inside that building again, she has made it very clear that Im unwelcome
Bring the old owners back! 65$ for a dry pizza, overly garlicky breadsticks, even our kids complained about the pizza! Called and said I wanted a partial refund they wanna give me a credit we don't want your credit, we don't even want to return!
Unbelievably overpriced. Wings are the most expensive I have ever seen at any restaurant. You are a fast food pizza chain and you are charging 21 dollars for 12 wings... Pizza prices are also ridiculous. Pizzas are more expensive than every competitor in the area, including high quality artisanal pizza chains like annielos. If this pizza Hut wants even a chance at surviving in the area, I'm saying this as someone who likes pizza Hut, your prices need to be literally halved or you will close back down within a year.
