the guy with the headpiece for the drive through lied over and over that they close at 1pm (even though they close at 2am and locked the doors before 1:20) saying they are closed, from a general manager perspective this is disgusting behavior and you guys need to train your staff proper customer service etiquette and service. We ended up having to go through the drive through to order in person, because they made us get out of the lobby area. (mind due this was all before 1:25)

Everytime I go there the employees act either racist or just discriminate against me its like why would anyone want to go waste money buying something im supposed to be enjoying when the employees dont make it enjoyable in fact I have anxiety behind it and thoughts of suicide now how's that right...

I m going drive through i have two oder for dodash i wating 15 mint for drive through in side and outside long line he making food very slow and 3 time i m Going jack in box frank is asking me all time already pickup sorry but all time affected my dodash ap to much bad service frank is not god employees i m Wating drive through He told me to come back again. I had already waited 15 minutes and if I had to wait in line again, it would have taken me half an I told him I was waiting here but he started making my video. What did he mean by making my video because he made my video without my permission?

I go daily to jack in the box to pick the orders all the staff is good except from frank his behaviour is very bad and when i go to store to pick order he always give me incomplete order and sometimes he told that order already picked up and due to him i am getting bad rating by door dash

I went to take the order of the door and he told me that it is already ready for pickup because my friend also went there twice and he also told him that it is already ready for pickup. This person says this without making it, it is already ready for pickup. He gets four or five orders already ready for pickup. I will also mention the photo to you and he made this video of me with my permission because I was asking for an order from the drive thru. He also gave me an order but the order was not being prepared. He kept talking to people. There is no one to prepare the order and he also accused me from above. You are not walking ahead. It is not from the drive thru. Come here or come there. And if I come around and there was such a long line at the drive thru and I will mention in the photo that the orders have already been picked up, then tell me what is my fault in this. They even made a video of me. This guy won't go. This guy, who is a guy named Frank, doesn't work. He also takes orders. How come he keeps talking like that? He doesn't work. And one day I got food from him. He gave me food that was completely cold. I had to pay money to get food. If I had to deliver, I wouldn't have had a Dodge S. This also means that the Dodge Ash guy must have given you money to Jack Box. But this guy named Frank, this guy works at Jack Box, but his employe name is Frank

I ordered breakfast for my kids and for myself Tacos. I haven't been here because last time I came they gave me cold tacos and it happened again. When I went around the drive through again to let them know my tacos where cold, the young man taking the drive through orders seemed irritated. I literally tried the tacos before driving off. This is the last time I come here. They need to work on customer service and the food quality!

Today I went to this location to give them another chance, bad experience with the lady that drives the F150. I ordered a salad respectfully and the older gentleman working there immediately tells me “try again, we don’t have salads” so I decide to ask for 4 tacos and again in rude matter “try again, we don’t have tacos”. Ended up with a chicken sandwich. He was rude when asking for the payment and just sticking the receipt out the window and food. This occurred 04/13/2025 around 1:20PM

I never come here because they almost never have tacos when I want them, but I decided to give it another shot today (230 pm march 7th). I walked in and off the bat I noticed the place was really smokey, it looked smokey, and smelled pretty bad. Two employees were working back in the kitchen and one was on her break in the front of the store eating. There was a man at the register seemingly waiting for any acknowledgement. I saw the two girls in the back kitchen area (one older lady, one younger woman) each look at the guy, but not saying anything to him. After standing there for about four minutes and shrugging, the guy turned around to me and said "they're not paying any attention to me" and walked out. The girl taking her break looked at him, heard him, but didn't acknowledge him. Maybe because she was on her break, it's not her problem. After standing at the counter for a minute the older gal asked if I was there to pick up doordash, I said no, and she informed me I could order from the kiosk. After I ordered from the kiosk, I had to tell the employees I needed to pay for my food in cash, and the older lady informed me she would have to "see what she could do"? (apparently some cash registers weren't working properly, which is why she told me I had to order from the kiosk, why she never informed the poor guy in front of me, I don't know. )... so I said "don't worry about it" I ended up leaving without food, and with my money still securely on my person, much like the guy before me... Look, I've worked for service, I know what it's like to be slammed and short staffed with Doordash and drive thru. That's NO excuse. The employees need to be trained to acknowledge and help customers who are in front of house when the want or need it. That was, well, ridiculous. When I left I literally said to myself "well, that is the last time I give this Jack in the Box a chance"

The employees don't care about anything here. Restaurant cleanliness, food quality and kindness are non-existent. Lettuce is only brown and slimy when it's old. Save yourself the headache and go to taco bell.
