Gotta give the staff credit for how they handle some of the rude,and impatient customers with PROFESSIONALISM on SUPERBOWL SUNDAY. Yes,no doubt we wait over 2 hours for our food but no reason to get ugly with the staff they trying their best. We understand,we almost canceled but the cashier was aware of my order was up next. Besides the super long wait the food came out perfect 👌
We had a mix up with the order that was in no way the fault of the crew. But when we got there Victoria made sure that our order was correct and that we left happy. Food was fresh, ready when we arrived, and delicious.
Had an issue with my order and management was swift to resolve the issue and was very kind and accommodating. Love this location.
The young lady cashier seemed upset or uninterested in her work and was very impatient with customers. The food was great, but one thing that caught my attention was the ice from the ice machine. It tasted off, as if it had been in the freezer for a long time or something. I'm not sure what was wrong with it. Otherwise, your experience was pleasant and will probably go back.
I did not like the way to do with the registered conducted service. Took way longer than it should have to to order, the guy was pressing on the survey, and the food wasn’t even that great.
Terrible experience overall. Would not recommend this location its to busy and understaffed!
Every time I come here the service is hella slow. They took 1hr and 30mins for an 8pc. The girl at the front looked rly stressed, employees & customers deserve better service than whatever this is idk if they’re understaffed or something
They got my order so wrong it's not even funny. Was in a bit of a rush and the order was very simple, 2 ten piece combos, same flavors, veggie sticks, and 2 extra blue cheese. They give us a feeble amount of veggies sticks, one wrapper with celery and the other with carrots, definitely not enough for 2 combos. Then they mess up one of the wing combos, giving us a random flavor that no one ordered, when it should have been the same 2 flavors for both combos. I don't know how they complain about complicated orders and then mess up even the simple ones. Overpriced for poor quality service! 🤦♂️ Definitely do not recommend! ❎️
Im a frequent customer here and today I went to pick up my order as usual, however, when I got home I notice 5 wings were missing and I called the store right away and they just offered to replace the 5 wings that were missing from my order. Manager Briana expects for me to waste my time and gas to go pick up 5 wings, which in the first place I was SUPPOSED to get. She made it seem like if she was doing me a favor replacing my wings. If they commit a mistake I expect for them to own up to it, I don’t do it to get free food, but that’s the least they could do when they messed up our entire dinner.
Worst wing stop in EP. Ordered a 24pc, got delayed 1 hour, then 6 more times delayed by 10 minutes each time. Tried calling multiple times, no answer. If I could give a negative review I would. Save your money, these clowns can’t manage or do their job.
Extremely rude customer service by Jacqueline, She tried to humiliate my daughter, So head inside to see what the misunderstanding was about our order, She would not let me explain to her what my order was and then when I did she told me not to scream at her when I told her I was simply explaining to her 😂 and then she tells me I don’t need to explain to her anything and hands me my order. As I was walking out she told me I shouldn’t have my daughter out in the cold. Took alot to ignore her and walk away. If I was her mom I would teach that girl some manners and maybe educate her a little on how to treat her elders. And I had my brother who had placed the order call and speak to the GM but she just seemed to have already heard the little girls story to which she did not care to hear ours. Poor customer service and management at this establishment :/ Will no longer get my wings from this place.
If you are a DD driver or Uber be careful accepting from this store. They mark order ready when the order it’s clearly not. They mark everyone’s order ready amd made us wait like 25 minutes for each order.
So I was just told that if I order online and people walk in and order, their orders will jump right infront of mine. Also, There's this other person who placed their order 8 hrs ago online and they are still waiting for their food meanwhile people are walking in, placing their order and picking up their food. Horrible experience.
Extremely disappointing experience at this Wingstop location. It seems the 3.7-star rating is well-deserved. I placed my order and two orders of fries were completely missed. This lack of attention to detail is frustrating and points to ongoing issues with customer service and management. While I do support the company, this location is not a good reflection of it.
I usually go to Wingstop about 2 times a month. I've been going to this location for the last 2 1/2 years now. This location usually under fry my wings, leaving my wings with a weird texture that I don't like so I usually set them to be cooked well-done and they never fully covers all my wings with my selected flavors (leaving roughly 4 of my 10 wings bare with no sauce). This last visit was my last time going to this location. My wife placed my order online but forgot to specify that the wings be cooked well-done. She placed it 2 mins prior to me walking into the store to verbally ask them to fry my wings fries longer. They proceed to tell me that their "General manager" mandated that no alterations can be made after the order is placed. Now this is odd because I went there just 2 weeks prior and did the same thing (and I've done this multiple times when either my wife or I forgot to set the specific preference). When I persisted in asking why I got multiple different answers like "the manager won't allow me" then " the fryer can fry longer than the set time the system sets" and my favorite "if we did this for you, then we would have to do it for everyone". This frustrated beyond belief because I can clearly see them cooking the food in the back and not setting any timers on the food (I literally saw one of the cooks take the wings out, check them, and put the wings back into the fryer). At this point 2 other employees came up behind her as if she needed back up for the angry black guy (not yelling or raising my voice mind you). This exchange went on for roughly 6 mins and since I had already paid online and it was late I decided to just walk out pissed and wait for my usual under fryed wings. Then to top it off, once I got my food the "manager" claimed they called the GM and he graced me with a one time exception. Playing devils advocate, even if you needed God's...I mean the GMs approval to cook wings a few mins longer, why not just do that from the jump after informing me of this magical new rule the "GM" just came up with then if he was going to just do what I requested from the start? Pissed me off and wasted my energy for absolutely nothing lately at night when I already have a screaming baby in the car with my wife cause we were out all day. Very poor and unacceptable level of customer service for such a simple request. Don't go to this location is if want both good service and food!
They lack transparency with their own clients who placed orders, being told that the order is going to be ready by 6:30 and be given times at 6:40 of waiting another hour and 40 min . This place needs better management and more staff , have around 20 people waiting for orders is insane.
Online order was not ready had to wait additional 20 minutes. Cashier at the front had bad attitude and barely spoke or made eye contact. Many other people waiting for orders while staff joked around in the kitchen in plain view.
First off took literally an hr to get food … second they close restrooms while still operating an hr and a half before while having paying customers in store … was a complete mess ..about to try wings pretty sure they’re gonna be trash the way that restaurant runs
I ordered ahead on the app so I wouldn’t be waiting when I picked my order up after work. I ended up having an emergency at work and had to stay a few minutes late. I called 10 minutes before my order was supposed to be ready and asked if it could be delayed so I didn’t receive cold food. The rude woman on the phone told me there’s nothing they can do. It would be ready for the original time. I had chose to pay in store thank goodness, so I hadn’t even paid for my order yet. I told her I’m not going to come in and pay for COLD food. I asked, what happens if I don’t pick it up? She proceeded to tell me “have a good day” and hang up in my face. So beyond rude and unprofessional. If I acted like this in my healthcare job, I’d be fired. Wingstop is one of my favorites but I will never order from this location again. Seems like they have ALOT of bad reviews already. Maybe corporate needs to hear these complaints.
I usually order carry out here to have my food ready once I enter the restaurant, but they never have my order ready on time. This past time we waited an extra 40 minutes on top of what our wait time was. People came in and went and they all had orders ready. Honestly it would have been faster for me to drive to Buffalo Wild Wings and dine inside than go to this Wingstop

I go back to the same problem, this new employees, they act like they own the place and they feel entitled to give attitude and unprofessionalism, talking the way they do to customers, I'm surprised there aren't more complaints. first, idk who is the one in charge of telemarketing, but it's impossible to make orders online now, they limit you to where, they contradict themselves, asking for fewer options of sauce per large amounts of food, then you call in the order, and the kids there, giving the impression they are there by force, almost hang up the phone on you, when you're not even done ordering. When you get there, out of 4 employees, takes about 20 minutes to get one of their attention, while the i assume Manager, is on his cell phone by the kitchen. Just looking. You pay, they toss your bag on the opposite side of the counter, and tell you, "that's yours" not even verifying if it's actually mine. The food was ordered in a specific way, and it was done dry, almost naked, fries dis not have any seasoning, and we didn't even get the sodas that come with the family pack. Sunland park is the closest to me, but they never answer, they have the phone off the jack so it sounds busy all the time, so it's pointless to go, just to argue with kids.
This spot used to be my favorite and im honestly so disappointed that they are absolute trash now. It's not the food itself but the employees who take 0 care in preparing it. This was the last time I spend my money at this place. They've disappointed me too many times in a row. these are my crispy fries with extra seasoning....barely seasoned and barely cooked. I was so mad I didn't even grab my drink just turned around and left. I dont recommend going here if you like your fries a specific way or your order to be prepared properly.
I am gonna drop this like its hot because nothing from Wingstop was! Nothing was edible when I went to this location and not even fresh. When my kids don't even want to eat the items that we got for $70+ it is an issue. Especially when they love the bread. The bread was old and hard which was unappetizing. The fries weren't fresh instead they were old and had black spots on most of the fries. Most of the items was hard or old and why should someone go to a place to pay $70 if I am getting old food. There was an upside there was one thing that was good which was edible and that was the potato salad we got from Ruby's. At least at Rudy's they weren't rude when I arrived like Wingstop who ignored me for 3-5 minutes. At Wingstop they helped the person behind me first and didn't greet me until I said something. The hostess at Wingstop was rude plus the food was terrible!!!
So we decided to visit this location today we were skeptical, but we decided to give it a try. Oh man! We were wrong to go here the food was not tasty, good or anything of the expectation we had for this location. The fries were cold, old, and sogy. The wings were meh I love to wash it down with a nice refreshing cold drink no vanilla for the coke, no ginger ale, none of the flavor shots were available that the machine was advertising what's up with that?!!! So did I need to make management aware of this? NO they should be on top of it. So then I say I'm gonna wash my hands..... Who in there right mind washes they're hand in a restroom like this let alone eat the place is dirty no attention was paid to it it wasn't even busy for this establishment to be like this look at the pictures they tell the truth it there for you to see I'm never coming back I'm not giving it another chance. I'm warming you not to spend your hard earned money here at all!!!
