I love this little hole in the wall smoothie shop! It's so cute and has parking seemingly all the time and I just love their options of acai bowls and smoothie mixtures and granola and ahhh so good!!
Fantastic experience. One female worker on July 3, 2017 at 5:30 with brown hair and a nose piercing was so helpful and kind I gave her a large tip. I definitely think she should get a raise for how well she can work with customers. Totally coming back!
Super friendly people at this location. I had the Mango-a-go-go. Delicious! The boosts are now $0.25 which is not bad at all. Parking spaces are limited so come with extra time to look for a spot.
Jamba Juice is still around and made it through the good and bad times. I like their protein drink PB chocolate love and an apple cinnamon pretzel. Good to order online and the food and drink is ready to go.
Always refreshing.... especially on a hot day after working outdoors under the scorching ball of fire that we call the sun!
This store is so much better then the one in the Carlsbad/Oceanside area, this store Is always clean and well stocked, the staff are friendly and helpful, definitely a location I'll be back to, my mom even likes this store over the Carlsbad/Oceanside one.

Don’t tip it hinders the employees and the customer service , a business should overcompensate their employees pay them fair livable wage and give them good benefits , Jamba Juice is billion dollar franchise they need to up they pay so they get happier workers not pass that responsibility to consumers who are already taxed and living pay check to pay check
Very quick location. Always very clean! I like that they now offer more than just smoothies. The bowls are delicious!

The smoothie is good. The (Paper) straws are terrible though. Two sips in and the suction turns to nil. Had to walk to Starbucks next door and get an equally terrible straw.
My kids always ask for Jamba Juice. They generally really quick at this location. We really like Razzmatazz, Strawberries Wild & Peach Pleasure (all of which I've been getting since I was a kid). My daughter really likes the Carribean Passion. I also like the Apple & Greens & Greens & Ginger. Still need to try the berry & beets & the orange & carrot ones. I also see a lot of people getting the Acai bowl, which I want to try as well.
Pricy, but most smoothie places are. Great quality drinks. Can expect a wait around 3:30-4 as well as breakfast time, but otherwise usually pretty fast.

This is my go to smoothie spot. I usually order over the phone and they pick up the phone quick and ready my smoothie in 5 min .

My boyfriend and I came in and waited for about 3 minutes until someone would come to take our order (there was no one there, this was around 7:30 PM). Finally a guy and a girl come out and the guy takes my order. I don’t mean to prematurely judge anyone or anything, but they seemed a little sus. I know about businesses where young people primarily work involves hitting their shacks or pens, and I just think it’s really unprofessional. Apple n greens was good though.

I recently visited the Jamba Juice in Encinitas and had an absolutely horrible experience. The moment I walked in, it was dead silent—you could probably hear a pin drop. The atmosphere was incredibly awkward and uncomfortable. The person at the register didn’t say a single word to me, just stared blankly. I placed my order, and then watched as the person who was supposed to make my drink spent an excessive amount of time in the back cleaning instead of preparing my order. When they finally got around to making my drink, it was a complete rip-off. I ordered a medium-sized drink with whey protein, which usually means you get a bit more, often in a bigger cup. However, my drink barely filled the cup halfway, and this sorry excuse for a smoothie cost me $12. The whole experience was mind-blowing in the worst way. The staff clearly didn’t care about customer service, and the value for money was atrocious. If you’re considering coming here, be prepared for an uncomfortable, silent environment and a serious overcharge for a subpar drink. Never going back.
I have always loved Jamba Juice and their products but this location specifically has been a disappointment the last 2 times I stopped by. I ordered a breakfast item and asked for hot sauce on the side and the employee immediately told me they had no hot sauce but a few seconds later said she’d check in the back... um okay you said you were out without actually knowing/checking first?! I know sometimes inventory runs out so it’s fine, I used to work at a different Jamba location so I understand. Just stopped by again and wanted to order a cucumber orange cooler juice and the employee told me they were out of cucumbers! Super frustrating that both times I was not able to order what I came here for. Management needs to do a better job at updating inventory orders. We never had this issue at Palomar airport Jamba. Guess I will have to make a longer drive simply because this location is inconsistent.
No one ever answers the phone at this location. It’s SO frustrating! I called 4-5 times over 20 minutes, at 10:30am on a weekday. No answer. I guess they don’t want the business??? It’s just so frustrating when trying to place a large order by phone. They don’t allow for any changes or substitutions on the mobile delivery apps, so I needed to call it in. This has happened multiple times now. Please tell your employees it’s important to answer the phone, if you want more business.

Gosh, this place is bad! Very slow which I can deal with but when you get two Ascai bowls that are filled up a third of the way, that's just ridiculous. I asked the lady and she put a tiny scoop of Ascai on top. Not sure if the employee didn't know or it's a new Jamba juice thing. Definitely better options considering how they are now cost reducing so much.

Hours on the door and on Google say they’re open at 8am. It’s 8:27am and the place is closed. Epic fail.
Customer service ? Walked in at 6:45AM to get breakfast I ordered oatmeal but the lady responds back it might not be ready because I was late and I didn't start it till later. She goes to check on it and it isn't ready like she said. This may not seem like a big deal but I work in retail and know that if your not there on time customers won't get the what they come to our store for. So now I have to miss my breakfast ( which I chose not to eat at home but spend my money at Jamba Juice because they are open early ) and wait 6 hours for my lunch time at work because someone was late to their job.
Absolutely disgusting. The teenagers working inside all act like they are deer in the headlights, had to have my drink remade twice and it still was incorrect. Drinks were watery and not well made. Won't be returning to this location again.
