My autistic grandson's birthday was Wednesday 2/11 and he loves Wendys. We had a large order for all of his family and if something was wrong being autistic he would have a meltdown. I wanted to let you know it was perfect and you made his birthday! With such teamwork getting the specialty burgers correct and out in a timely fashion I wanted to thank you all who made it happen.
Great food, friendly employees, fast. They also have an app where you can order ahead and then drive up, say online order, then your name and pull up, no dealing with making sure you’re ordering everything and they’re hearing you correctly on the spot. Worked well. Would recommend.
One of the nicest Wendy’s I’ve been to! The staff was so helpful & positive, the food was very hot & fresh, & everything was clean. This place knows what they are doing.
Always been a great location. The service is great and food what you expect from a well run wendys. The inside of this location is a great place to sit and eat lunch. Large dining area including two separate areas with large dome windows that look out on perinton square. Easy to find a quiet table.
Very friendly staff. Fresh food. Best quality Southwest salad I’ve ever had at any Wendy’s. It can be a gamble because of the guacamole but it was very fresh, bacon and chicken perfectly cooked, fries cooked well too.
Today's visit was very good. HOT French Fries and surprisingly good fish sandwich! Thick, flaky inside and crispy outside. Don't forget to say hold the pickle and cheese if you don't want these since they are standard with the sandwich.
Sandwiches were really good, haven't had a sandwich from Wendy's in a while cause the ones around us are horrible. Gave napkins in bag which is a rarity
Typical Wendy's food, not great, not bad, same as any Wendy's, but they had fantastic service!! Very friendly cashier took our order, just super nice employees! Wish our home Wendy's had service like this.

Used mobile app. Would be better if you didn't have to wait for several cars in front of you, but still fast once you get to the window. Requested custom order and they got it right. Rarely happens at the East Rochester one even when urgent inside, almost never happens at competitors. Good job Wendy's. Looking forward to the new breakfast menu. The food came out quick and tasted as expected for a Wendy's. 4 stars because it is not the cleanest place around. It smelled like a dirty dishwashing station in the back of a restaurant. Just based off that, I will go down the road to a cleaner spot.

I've come to this location off and on for over 20 years. Some things have changed over time, but some things are the same. Service has its ups and downs as employees come and go. Food changes based on menu changes as well as staff. I do miss the bacon mushroom melt!
I’m amazed that this place is still open as the interior is extremely in need of a complete remodel. Who ever owns this franchise needs to hand it over to someone who can afford to keep it looking welcoming. If Dave was alive I wonder what he would say . . . Probably would be quite disappointed!
This Wendy's is normally great today I got 5 meals all the burgers were either way overdone(hard as a rock) or raw the fries were dripping grease and gross 🤢 to top it off they didn't offer a receipt or include one in the bag so no chance at getting my money back or replacement food. I'll definitely go to the other location from now on

Was missing something from our order, but didn't return or call to say anything. We don't usually have this issue, but when I have, I brought it to their attention and they have fixed the order upon calling or returning. Wendy's is ok. I like their 4 for 4 and usually get the original wrap from there with that order.
So I was out early this morning and decided to try out their two breakfast sandwiches for $4. Pulled up to the drive thru and ordered two breakfast sandwiches. Got to the window and the young lady said, "that will be $8.20". So I asked her if the sandwiches weren't 2 for 4 and she replied, "yes,that's the deal but you have to ask for it" I was a little surprised so I repeated back to her what she'd said hoping she'd see the error in her ways but she just confirmed that since I didn't specifically ask for "the deal" I was being charged twice as much. So I said specifically I wanted the deal,paid the 4 dollars and left shaking my head.
This place always messes up orders. Maybe it would help if they repeated back your order or if they had a screen that showed your order but they don't. Then unless you check before you leave you'll over pay and end up with the wrong order. I guess we will just stick with McDonald's across the street.
I mean, it's Wendy's. You get what you expect when you go there. No Surprises. The credit card machine was not working at the drive through, so I had to go inside. It was nearly empty inside.
The food is on par with fast food restaurants and better than some. My concern is that the concept that you could get your family a meal cheap and fast is gone. After buying 3 unhealthy greasy meals for $36, I am convinced that I can buy healthy food cheaper. The only thing fast food restaurants have going for them is that they have drive-throughs..
It was pretty busy so pretty slow. Not a big fan of their parking lot, a little difficult to maneuver but they don't have any better options. Did a good job socially distancing though. Markers everywhere and on tables. All the food was correct for our large pickup order which was nice
3/6/20 1215 pm I Ordered 3 of the 4.44 double stack combos one was incorrect was supposed to be only ketchup was,made just no mustard. Didnt catch that till we were on our way back to,work however maybe the fact 2 of the 3 drinks were also incorrect that I did catch was a clue that I probably should of checked rest of my order. Food was hot tho on the good side thats why I gave it 2 stars.
Moved here a few months ago and decided to try this Wendy's. The first time the food was not good, didn't taste fresh and the cookie was rock hard and crumbled into sand. Nothing changed in the following visits, I won't be going back here again.

When they are open it's decent. Google and their sign say they're open til 9 PM, but not only is not a soul in the building by 7 PM, there are employees working but nobody serving any food by 4 PM. They literally close before it gets dark out. Then when you try to walk in, they look at you like you're stupid.
Kinda dirty and run down. Utility 'closet' was a corner in dining room, wet mop, brooms. Yet, floor needed a serious vacuum. Fries were cold and my Jr burger was rare. A 1/4 inch burger slab was raw, yet my partner's large double cheese burger wasn't. For the price, go some place else.
I love Wendy's, and have had many great experiences there (even this location), but this one was just bad, all around. Chicken nuggets and sandwich looked like they had been fried multiple times. They were dried out and extra dark. Everything just seemed like it was smaller than the last time I was there. The junior cheeseburger in the biggie bag was comically small. I'll certainly be going back, and just felt like they were having an off night.
This has to be the most disgusting Wendy’s I’ve ever been in. It smells like they have a sewer back up. The tables are dirtier than the floor of a taxicab. I won’t even get started with the food. Genuinely would avoid this restaurant at all cost.
Sorry to say this Perinton NY location is dingy and dirty. Condiment dispensers are not filled with anything. Service slow, and food was not put together appealing. Very disappointed at this particular Wendy's. Usually I can count on Wendy's to be a decent dining experience for fast food. Stop it up guys!
Every time I stop in at this Wendy's location, the lobby is closed. They tend to close the lobby way too early and force their customers to order through the drive-thru which is an inconvenience. This location also has poor management. Avoid this Wendy's location at all costs.
I like Wendy’s food overall and I work in the area so it was on my rotation of lunch. Over the last year or more this place has gone downhill. The inside is dirty and has a bad smell and the service more times than not is nonexistent at the counter. They are definitely drive-through focused that really is your only chance of getting out in a timely manner. Even ordering mobile ahead of time the food is never ready. I have given them many chances, hoping they were just having an off day, but off days are now the norm at this location and I will no longer be going there.
Great, as long as you come during the day. I've visited this location primarily over the past two years due to my proximity to it, and night time orders tend to take at minimum, 10 minutes, if not more. The food also doesn't taste nearly as good as it does during daytime hours.
The dinning room is almost always closed due to short staffing. Maybe you might want to look at what your pay rate is. You never see McDonald's dinning room closed. Just waited over 10 minutes in the drive through and there was only 1 car ahead of me and they were at the window when I pulled upto the speaker
I'd give zero stars if that was an option. Ordering takes FOREVER. They NEVER get the order correct. The food is subpar and usually cold. I only ever go to order fries and a frosty ( at least that's cold) for my 12 year old. A large vanilla frosty, a large order of fries, it shouldn't be hard to get correct, but they seldom do. It's dirty and dingy. Even being understaffed isn't an excuse to make a mistake on that simple order. I ordered a drink, it was so watery I took it back up, and was told they couldn't "just give me another drink. Especially since I had already drank some." How would I know it was too watery if I didn't take a drink? Anyway, it seems to be only this location, perhaps the owner should visit more often and make some changes.

I ordered a large combo and the girl didn’t have gloves on when she grabbed my fries with her thumb inside the fries! Your workers need to wear gloves when handling food! Fries were cold and I had to toss them!
Went to this location for a 2 for $5... The guy tried to overcharge me and said I needed to ask for the 2 for $5 for them to apply the discount.... then they refused to honor the $2 frosty key tag valid everywhere. Low life managers for sure

Honestly sad and pathetic employees, service was absolutely awful. refused to give us food that was payed for 40 minutes before they closed, dasher got there 10 minutes before and they closed the doors on him. Never had a good experience here

This wendys makes you wait a long time give you cold food and never give me the sauces that I ask for. I always have to keep repeating my order to the person taking my order over and over again. They always mess up my order charge for certain foods that I want and don't put it in the bag.
This Wendy’s had very poor service. They cut my girlfriend off when ordering her food and I didn’t get my fries. They also didn’t give me my receipt when I asked for it. This service was slow and poor af. Do better. ☹️
Very rude staff. We arrived with a volleyball team and were informed we should have called ahead prior to our arrival as they have short staff at night. Call ahead for what purpose? To call people in for the maybe twenty minutes we would have been there? Absolute ignorance. They lost over $100 in profit. If you are looking for rude staff and overall harsh vibes, this is your place. Never again.
This place is terrible, bad service and very slow. My concern mainly...must make a purchase to get Sr coffee. All Wendy’s i visited, from Rochester to Denver Co,, coffee was free without a purchase. The management sucks with their attitude regarding Sr coffee...will never visit ‘‘this location” again! Keep your coffee and I hope you enjoy it.
Was in a hurry to change my oil. Ordered a Baconator to go. Lady was incredibly rude at window might I add. Anyways...Had my car jacked up and began eating while oil drained. Half way through I found two thick hairs in my cheeseburger and wanted to puke. Couldn't drive and speak to a manager... but now a days that doesn't matter because nobody's cares. These people want to more money yet can't even follow simple hygiene rules. So I'll just leave this here. Won't be going this franchise again.

The particular Wendys is a mess. It is right across the street from my apartment so its convienent, but from now on I am driving to the East Rochester or Victor Wendys. The last few times we have gone there has been something wrong with a part of our order. Inedible cold fries OLD fries, the wrong kind of kids meal, out of chocolate frosty mix, flat soda, veggie-less burgers (lets be honest the veggies is what makes wendys different in the first place), ridiculously long drive thru wait times because the NEVER have chicken nuggets ready. Tonight was the final straw. I Moblie order for the first time ever, what a great idea, as long as the employees remember to check the mobile orders. It took longer than normal to get my food tonight because they had to go find my mobile order before making it. The District Manager needs to spend some time at that store because it is a dumpster fire.
omg it was so bad, we pulled up to the side door (that is open to the public 100%) and there was rust all over the Wendy's sign first, it didn't bug me much but it was kinda creepy, then I order a salad with a drink, then realized I wanted fries, so made it into a combo, the worker didn't change it correctly, and then also asked for my free junior frosty with my key chain, and then so did my sister; with hers as well, but didn't take off both of them, then we get our stuff, my salad takes so long to come, the frostys were over filled, if defrosted, would have just spilled every where. and then all of our food was cold, especially the fries. and then I'm eating my apple pecan salad (w/o chicken) and there is no pecans, didn't give me the topping that was requested, and they closed the dining while we were there and they made us walk out the front in like 20° F weather. and the employees and managers were just yelling swearing, and joking the whole time.
Service is marginal at best consistently. Feels like they continue to struggle with staff. It's just getting worse. The service especially during the day is horrible. Cold/old breakfast sandwich this morning. They just done seem to care anymore. I love Wendy's but avoid this one at all costs!

Giant African American woman threw 55$ worth of food at my wife without speaking a word (online order). Slammed window repeatedly and did not want to be bothered. Also do not go to this garbage dumpster fire of an establishment for any promotions because apparently they do the bare minimum (krabby patty combo comes out in basic wrappers and bags). Wendys should eliminate this embarrassing location.
Went back try see if any changes and NO!!! !still disgusting!!!! Never going back....Wendy's lost my business!!!!? Do not go there!!! Disgusting dirty!!! Floor sticky....table area floor dirty beyond belief. Tables not wiped. Bathroom absolutely awful!!! Doesn't look like it's been cleaned in years. Blacks mold in sink and urinals.... Never going here again and two people $35 too expensive for two burgers fries and soda!! Goodbye!!!
This is my second trip stopping at the pearington Wendy's in New York and both times the doors have been locked and we have been unable to eat inside. I'm not going to have three children eat inside my truck. The least management could do is leave a reason as to why the doors are always locked. There seem to be plenty of employees inside and two looked like they were playing on their cell phone. We left hungry and disappointed
Doors locked at 3 pm. Called the store, girl says only 2 of us in here, only drive thru open. I said, how about a sign on the door explaining, she said it's against Wendy's policy to put a sign on the door, really??
Possibly the most disgusting, filthy restaurant I have ever been in. I walked in and walked right out. Would never order food here. Came at 3:30 in the afternoon when it wasn’t busy; no excuse. But even so, it was obvious it has been this way for a while.
No longer carries ghost pepper fries even though they're on the menu and other locations have them. Workers are also super slow and rude. Burgers are Luke warm or cold, never hot, every single time I go here. I literally drive out of my way to the Newark NY location where food comes out hot, service is friendly, and they serve what's on the menu.
Both times Ive driven through this Wendy's drive-through it's taken almost 20 minutes to get my order. One frosty and two cars in front of me shouldn't take as long as a restaurant. Even when i picked up my order the server was quick to rush me out and didn't even confirm what I ordered before taking my money lol. The inside hasnt been updated in 25 years and is still carpeted resulting in a pungent smell I can only describe as being like a Goodwill. Go to the webster one instead.
After waiting 30 minutes in drive threw I received wrong order I ordered Dave's single with cheese lettuce tomato and son of bacon aterand Med fri. Got home had some kind of double burger with bacon and a single one with onion rings. I was going to deal with on top of if everything was very cold ...they didn't give me a receipt or answer when I called repeatedly no answer..I will never go back this is not the first time they got something wrong but definitely the entire order I paid $17.00 for food that wasn't what I ordered not edible...
If I could leave 0 stars I would. We don't eat out much because of the size of our family but we decided to tonight. We ordered 6 meals. At first we thought it was just a burger missing ... No big deal. But when we got home, our son was missing his ENTIRE meal. This has happened the 2 other times we have gone here in the past. Not to mention they had 3 people working and the drive thru line was a half mile long! They need more workers to help with the tension of increased consumers. The ratio wasn't right.
Very disappointed in this Wendy's and have no plans to return. Staff botched a take out order for another customer. That customer returned to take out window to fix the problem and they had him sit at the window while they made him a new burger. In the meanwhile a line of 7 cars formed behind him. I was directly behind him. We were all trapped there. They should have had the customer pull up so the rest of us could get our food. I finally walked up to the window to complain and then returned to my car. They finally gave the guy his order and when I pulled up to the window they refused to serve me because I had complained. The manger was rude and sarcastic. She told me never to return to the restaurant. I don't plan to. She was also cooking and I suspect she was already stressed because of the botched order and the line which was forming, but her behavior towards me was not okay. Looking back, I could have been more patient, but it was frustrating to be trapped there. Even if the manager was upset that I walked up to the window to complain, she did not handle it well. I could hear the cashier call me an "f....ing a..hole" through the take out window. I never cursed or yelled. I just complained and tried to explain that they needed to get the line moving and suggested they have this vehicle pull ahead. The days of the customer is always right are gone. They days of good customer service are gone. This Wendy's has proven that.
My family likes some of the menu items, but this Wendy’s gets our order wrong so frequently that I’m reluctant to ever go back there. Tonight was typical: explained two times that I didn’t want cheese on my double burger. One of the servers even came over to ask me again just before giving me my take out order if the burger was plain. I confirmed again that that was correct. Got home and there was cheese on it! Had to drive back (five miles) to get it replaced. I shouldn’t have to sit in my car and check my order every time I go to Wendy’s! Very irritating! I can accept occasional mistakes, but it is chronic at this location.
Their card reader was down but they neglected to tell customers when ordering through the drive through that it was cash only. So when my husband got to the window, they asked how he expected to pay without cash…to which my husband replied,” I don’t, since I didn’t know and don’t have cash on me.” They then turned him and several others away after ordering. We assume, they were just throwing the food away from several customers who weren’t told it was cash only at the time of making the order. My husband then had to go wait in line somewhere else with a screaming toddler in the car.
I waited 32 minutes from the time I ordered a Homestyle chicken sandwich, a small fry and 1 baked potato....that's all I ordered from the drive thru this evening. There were 5 cars that had already ordered ahead of mine, and then EACH car waited at LEAST 5 minutes at the window for their order to come. WHY?? While waiting at the window I saw 5 employees walking around inside!!! The orders should have been ready when arriving at the window. NOT all orders could have been that difficult to fill. (There was 1 car parked outside the restaurant, so I presume inside there were very few people) Then, when I got home, the chicken was burned and the roll was hard!! AND, the fries were WELL done. I paid $10 for this?? I would like a refund!!
I decided it's been a year so I would give the breakfast menu a try due to the long line at McDonald's. I should have known no one was eating here for a reason. The breakfast sandwich (combo 6) was completely cold and un cooked. The staff here must hate working, their motivation must be to have zero repeat customers. 2019 Ordered the new Pretzel Pub Burger and got a cold Burger with a stale bun. Try any of the other choices for food in this area, avoid Wendy's.
Place was under stocked. French fries were cold and burgers had a garlic taste on them from not cleaning grill area.
First they had me pull up when there was no one behind me. Then they served another car that showed up 4 minutes later that clearly had meals and let them go. I was waiting for 10 minutes before I drove around to the speaker again, only this time my food was apparently ready. I got home... WRONG SANDWICH! I ordered a baconator and fries, how hard is that? And does the phone line even work??? I called 4 times and no one answered. This is the worst Wendy's around. I instantly understood why there wasn't a single car in the parking lot. Absolutely ridiculous...
This place is in need of remodeling! There is an awful oder in the dine-in area, and it is shabby. The service was ok, but the food was cold and lacking in sauce. I took back my chicken wrap because of this, and it was no better the second time. I brought it home and then threw it away. We will not eat there again! COME ON PEOPLE!
They literally need help inside of there! They have the doors locked, can’t go inside! When they took my order through the drive thru, they only had my two kids meals and nothing else…. UNBELIEVABLE! Then when they did take the rest of my order, it was completely WRONG! While waiting for my food, you can hear the manager yelling at her employees! No wonder why you’re short staffed! Won’t be coming back!
1. The lady speaking to us was beyond rude and acted like we were a nuisance to her. 2. When we pulled up to the window she was swearing to her coworkers and was causing a scene. 3. The wait to get our food was out of control… we were at the window for 15 minutes and to top it off we got the wrong order. 4. We had to go back inside to get the right order and the staff was coughing all over the food and utilities while working with them. 5. Food was outrageously expensive for one meal and an extra fry it was $18.50!!! I could have gone to any other fast food chain and gotten double the food for the same price Overall worst experience I have ever had at a Wendys and can honestly say I will not be coming back
At 7:00 pm tonight I was in the drive through. One car in front of me was at the window to pick up food. The person on the speaker said “I’ll be right with you.” The car at window drove away. I said “ Hello” and again I’ll be right with you. I waited for 8 minutes without anyone taking my order. A line was behind me. I drove away and went to Five Guys where I got a much better meal for about the same price and no long wait. Wendy’s you should not be open if you don’t have enough staff to handle the customers. Or perhaps you should take a good long look at who was not doing their job on Wednesday evening, January 24, 2024.
Place has fallen apart. Lights are broken, drive thru speaker doesn’t work. Who ever owns this place has checked out. Drive thru took 20 minutes. Dont waste your time
The dining room is disgusting. They have carpets that are so dirty they are black and the amount of dirt/dust on the ceiling is thick. If the dining room is that bad, you know what the kitchen must be like. There are resturants that you sit down at they serve 5 course meals faster then this place does. Stay away!
Just ordered thru the mobile app and good thing I did. 9:30pm on a Friday night they say at the drive thru that they are only taking mobile orders DoorDash and other platforms. My order was printed on the tag correctly but order was ALL WRONG. All 4 burgers.. wasn’t hard order.. 3 baconators and 1 baconator with no mayo or cheese but add onion. How can that be so hard??? Were they pissed because they seemed short staffed? I only waited 20 minutes behind 4 other cars.. last trip to the fairport Wendy’s

i just went through drive thru at this wendy’s. i got 3 things of food and 2 drinks for $30. I noticed he was handing me a medium when i ordered large and then claimed he had no large and i said ok well it is coke zero and he claims they don’t sell it but my bf gets it everytime because of his diabetes. i live 5 mins away and i got home to realize all of my food was cold like ice cold. my food should still be at least room temp by the time im home. the guy i ordered from had hickeys all over his neck and was barely even talking to me. Apparently the diet coke tastes like carbonated water and has no taste. If you guys want wendy’s don’t go here go to MCDONALDS!
Can only order at window. Cash only and employees aren’t ringing it up and putting the money straight in their pockets. Should look into that
If you are planning on going through the drive thru in the evenings make sure you have ALOT of time to sit and wait in line. They don’t have enough workers so they only do one customer at a time and it takes an extreme amount of time

Normally, I would leave a review on their website but I don't have my receipt. Came around 7pm, the drive thru was down so I went inside. Okay. Then, I placed the order at the register with a staff. Place was empty so not busy at all. Ordered a #3, simple. I got my food and went to my car to eat. Food was all stale. Fries probably were like 40 minutes old and covered in salt. And nuggets were also covered in salt and stale. If i wasn't in a rush to go back to work I would have went in and asked to have it made fresh. Sad they would even give this out. Only thing fresh my root beer.
Actual garbage food. Buns are stale on the burgers, all good is good damn cold, they forgot the baked potato, and didn't give a receipt so we can't even file a complaint. Never going to this Wendy's again.
Absolutely ridiculous that this location doesn’t serve breakfast. Wendy’s has a breakfast menu they need to serve it. The app lets you order breakfast at 830 and they don’t even start serving anything until 9.
manager or whoever her she is has a little attitude with everyone, not our fault your stuck working fast food go back to school if you're not happy and going to greet customers in a rude manner
Half the time you go here you can't go into the restaurant. You have to wait forever in the drive thru. When you can get into the restaurant it smells of sewage. Always teenagers with attitudes working that feel some type of way when you check your bag to ensure order accuracy. Total joke of an establishment
The inside of this restaurant is absolutely despicable. It smells like someone crapped their pants then left them in the corner somewhere. The carpets are black from years of neglect. The staff seemed desensitized like they were being held hostage and can no longer scream, even from the inside. The food was trash and it being on the floor would make it cleaner
Drive through cashier screwed up my order and had to be corrected at window. Fries were old and cold. Burger and sandwich were good. Building is pretty run down and shabby. Probably won’t go back.
Quite disappointing. I am normally a diehard Wendy’s fan but this location doesn’t meet the Wendy’s standards. The floors are often quite dirty and sticky. When I went today there was a distinct smell of sewage in the dining area. Service here is always very slow and there is almost never someone behind the counter when you come. The sidewalk to the entrance has not been cleared and is covered in ice, causing dangerous conditions for everyone who wants to enter the restaurant.
