took 15 mins to get my food in drive thru. when i got it, i didn’t get the ketchup and ranch i paid for, and it was also missing tomatoes lettuce and cheese.the fries also needed salt, which other locations provide

They got my order wrong and the guy who made my whopper was rude to me like it was my fault. The employees dont care about giving good customer service. I was thinking in my mind why are these people working in customer service if they are rude and don't like dealing with people? The WORST Burger King I've ever been to. I will not be coming back. This place is complete TRASH.

Unfriendly employees. Asked for a burger with no bun, and only the sandwich, no combo. Still was given and charged for a combo, and still gave me the bun. Run down place. Please do better.

Worst experience ever, to begin with. By law, in virginia, law says that any restaurant that serves prepared food like the case of burger king. Is required to provide a restroom. Employees were yelling, no public restroom!!! While using metals rods to drumb annoying on the counter. I should have left. Long story short. Food was nasty. But absolutly nasty. You can tell when who cooks hates to work. Everyone rude and lazy. Never ever go to this place. Makes worst mcdonalds look decents compared to this. Avoid it at all cause like the plague.

So it’s snowing really heavy and it’s bitter cold . I went into the Burger King to get warm and wait for the bus .. 10 min. I was gonna buy something the door was open. And the 2 people working said I could not wait inside for a few minutes . Idk what’s up with people any more. Someone is doing something wrong .. there are no emotions , manors . It was not like this before Covid. I am 62 years old and honestly get treated with no respect at all.. it’s sad. But companies need to teach customer service. To top it off 2 people just walked in and are sitting inside. So upsetting

THE WORST BK IN RICHMOND! I WENT WITH MY FAMILY TO EAT AND WHEN I HAD ALREADY EATEN MOST OF THE AMERICAN SANDWICH MY HUSBAND REALIZED THAT BOTH SANDWICH BREADS HAD FUNGUS!!!! I WENT AGAIN TODAY TO GIVE IT A SECOND CHANCE AND ORDERED TWO WHOPPER'S IN COMBO,SOME ONION RINGS,AND HAD TO WAIT ALMOST 15 MINUTES IN THE PARKING LOT FOR THEM TO GIVE THEM TO ME. THEY DIDN'T GIVE ME THE DRINKS EITHER. THE SERVICE IS THE WORST. DON'T GO THERE FOR ANYTHING IN THE WORLD!

Very disappointing. Employees are friendly, but notoriously slow. I wanted to try their new CH'king sandwich, which was a little disappointing. Can't touch Wendy's, imo. But the worst part was the 12 minute wait...there was one car behind us and no one inside. Ticket time was 8:02. At 8:13 my wife decided to go inside to discern the delay, figuring her burger would be ice cold by now. This is a "fast food" restaurant, right? Guy is just sticking the food in the bag and says "the chicken takes 7 minutes to cook." (Not only does that seem a little unreasonable, it also doesn't account for the other 5 minutes.) Then we get home and my wife finds her cold burger slathered in ketchup...please see burger description on ticket. And those "medium fries"...makes you long for Five Guys. I don't know how a restaurant expects to compete in a tough industry with this kind of service. (The 5 or 6 fries on my wife's plate were removed before the picture was taken...and I added some ranch dressing to the over-breaded chicken to make it more palatable)
