I ordered a Double Cheeseburger and a Quarter Pounder, and both were a mess. The double cheese was cold and somehow had melted cheese sitting on top of ketchup, which made no sense at all. It honestly felt like whoever made it didn’t care. The Quarter Pounder had the cheese underneath the patty and came with no onions. I order this same meal from other McDonald’s all the time, and I’ve never had anything this bad. This location really needs to tighten up on quality and consistency.

Very rarely do I leave reviews for fast food but there was black lettuce in the mcchiken and the fry’s were somehow both over cooked and extra oily

These see you next tuesdays stole money from me through doordash this morning. They claim I didn't get my order in in time but I wouldn't have had breakfast options on door dash if I didn't do it in time. They're too lazy to do their job and won't look at the screen to do the orders that are there. Now they've stolen almost $27 from me and I'm not gonna be able to get that back.

Rude employees, slow drive thru, and ridiculous refund policies. Came here at 3:30, so nowhere near lunch or dinner. There was a grand total of 3 cars ahead of me. I was in the drive thru until 3:55 until I had to leave for an important appointment, because I wasn't expecting a 3 car line to take 25 minutes to clear. Apparently I was wrong. Not only will they not refund me, McDonald's corporate won't respond to my complaints. Lesson learned? McDonald's is a horrible company that doesn't value its customers, and the employees at this location have one brain cell to share amongst them all.

I visit the fort Edward McDonald’s frequently. My food is almost always hard or dry and more often than not I’m missing items. But it’s a fast paced food service location and they are humans so mistakes can be made. I typically just go on with my day. A couple days ago however I experienced the worst visit I’ve had at any food service establishment I’ve visited. The lady who cashed me out ( a manager ) was wearing gloves. That had me a little concerned so I watched her to make sure she changed them, but she didn’t. I watched her walk over to the food line and start preparing food. I waited for the guy to bring me my food and informed him that the lady did not change her gloves. Acting concerned he told me he’d go talk to her. Once he came back he said she told him she changed her gloves and that because there were no cameras pointing in that general direction and no proof that he’d have to believe her over me. I was completely shocked, not only did he basically call me a liar absolutely nothing was done. So I said ok, not wanting to cause a scene and left. Once I got home I put in a complaint on the app and today I got a call back. The lady on the phone told me that the store manager checked the cameras and that she changed her gloves. I watched the lady walk straight to the food line and start preparing food right after cashing me out, there is no way she did. I was also told there wasn’t a camera pointed in that direction by the employee that I talked to so what cameras did they check? I know what I saw, and not only is not changing gloves gross it contaminates food and can cause food borne illness. I caution anyone who goes to this location please watch and make sure they change there gloves before making your food. I don’t want anyone to go through what I did.

Went for breakfast took 18 minutes from the time we ordered to the time we got the food! We were told they didn't have folded egg when we ordered then when we paid they said they had folded egg! Everything was cold for paying over 30.00 it wasn't worth it 😒

Disgusting place to eat. Among other things when I got home and went to eat my quarter pounder with cheese it was raw, see photo. I just don't understand this place at all, we will never dine there again for sure and neither will anyone I talk to.

Went for meal on way home just wanted quarter pounder with cheese no onions. I threw quarter pounder out the window salted like crazy hopefully the wildlife doesn't have high blood pressure. The order also had extra instead of no onions 😣
