This place is really consistent with my orders. The staff worked with me for some confusion with the coupon deal they had and honored my order. When inside the person taking the orders is really friendly, the guy & the girl. Gets a 5 star for pizza quality but a 4 star for the way the place looks inside.

GO TO ITALIAN SPOT. Customer service goes a long way but amazing food and amazing service, my god it can’t possibly get better than that! I am so satisfied with my food right now and I have barely taken a few bites. They made my order with the wrong pasta which was a little upsetting but they were so more than willing to remake and who i assume is either the owner or at the least manager was very quick to apologize and tell me I’m more than welcome to keep the mistake. Kind you everything was right except the pasta style..,I am for one am happy! Had not been in a little while since I am very unfamiliar with traditional names for these dishes but now i know what to always get!

The pizza is WAY better than their star rating on Google. The margherita pizza with stuffed crust was soo good! I wish they had roasted garlic as a pizza topping option too, just my opinion.

I didn’t get pics of the food but it was all really good. No complaints. They even gave the moms on our group a rose for Mothers Day!

I ordered a group lunch through UberEats. For the second day in a row (yesterday was a different restaurant) my order arrived with a missing item. I called Soprano's to see where the breakdown happened and they owned that they missed the sandwich ordered. That was admirable (in this day & age where few take responsibility for mistakes) and had someone from their location deliver the missing item. It was hot out of the oven. I order from Soprano's almost weekly and will continue to do so because the food is good and the customer service is even better. Well done, Soprano's! Well done!

Love the food. Dervice has always been good however I called i and order not long ago and was having a hard time hearing. Bad connection but felt like I was irritating the young lady that took my order. Not friendly

I ordered a veggie pizza delivered, it arrived a few minutes earlier than the estimate and the delivery driver was happy and pleasant, which is great! The pizza was absolutely delicious, loaded with healthy vegetables, crispy and very tasty.

I come here very often and Amelia is the most sweetest person behind the counter when I go here!! I absolutely enjoy her attitude and the sweet heart of a person she is. Thank you for everything Amelia and being the person you are today! 🙏

Exceptionally good quality food and service. @Kirk Helm I’m not sure what restaurant you are referring to or the “fake” reviews, but this was my First Time to eat at Soprano’s and I will definitely be sharing their exceptional food, services, and cleanliness and I will be a regular customer.

Hands down my sons favorite pizza. We are just outside on the other side of the street of their delivery zone so whenever I am near there I always bring home a surprise. Breadstick were dry, but as usual pizza was fresh, hot and delicious.

I’ve ordered three times and have never been disappointed. First, I tried a calzone and a pizza—both were awesome! The second time, I ordered a different pizza, which was just as great. Most recently, I had two quesadillas, and they were amazing! Excellent customer service, too—keep it up!

Great value for lunch, most dishes are $9.99. We have the spaghetti with meatballs and lasagna lunch specials. Both came with a salad and garlic bread.

Really enjoyed the pizza. Service was good but distracted as they had a huge mess to cleanup from another tables accident. Will go again in hopes of the same great food and hopefully no distractions!

Margarita Pizza! NOT tasty at all. probably won't eat here again. The dinning room really needs some updates. But the service was good!!

I’ve been coming here since it opened and when Tony owned it, prices were great and the food was amazing. It really was the best kept secret in garland. Now the food sucks and the prices have been jacked up by the new owner. I really don’t want to drive further to get something else but I’m going to have to.

Placed an order for 10 items for delivery. 5 items were missing, and it still took over an hour just to complete the order. When asked what the hold up was, was told that other tickets had arrived before "yours", and this was 55 minutes after placing the order... and before not delivering the whole order...

Has anyone noticed that the good reviews are from people that have never been here and or from paid so called professional critics. This place was sold a few years back to a group of people that have ruined this pizza spot. I have lived in Richardson for 20 years and used Soprano’s for our go to pizza. The store is now gross and smells bad. The pizza is now terrible. Do not waist your money here.
