My little girl and I stop here most mornings before school and get her breakfast. Ms. Nelly and Neomy make her morning so special by greeting her and being so kind. We have always been treated good and our order is always as it should be . Thanks so much for the hospitality.

This was a good experience, usually I don't go to McDonald's because the food is not freshly made, but must have got there at a good time on this day.

Your usual McDonalds. Was very clean all the tables wiped down and dining room open. This is at the local gas station and at peak times can have a long line and wait time, using the app is best at that time.

Love this Location. Always Been pretty much the BEST McDonald's(my Favorite) around. Been just a few Hiccups with new employees last month but they got it resolved. Keep it up guys

Food was decent, the staff were a bit scattered but they were very busy so it was understandable. The atmosphere was lacking and the airconditioning unit was right next to the drive thru microphone making communication hard.

Average quality for a McDonald's, though the food was done quickly. Enough parking for the small location, Wheel chair accessible parking, room between tables is spacious enough for walkers or wheelchairs, and a handicapped friendly bathroom on site.

Only order happy meal and specifically ask for honey and soon as we got home no honey and kid was furious.

I'm only giving it a 3 star because when I had them remake my food after they tried to give me that old chicken sandwich... But after they fixed it it was better...if they would have done it right the first time it would have gotten a 4 star

Employees are usually friendly but not in a hurry to wait on customers promptly. The food is not always fresh and hot. Their quality control leaves a lot to be desired.

It's hit or miss on the service, and the atmosphere is that of a gas station. On the good days, the service is amazing. The food is pretty good. The only complaint is that every once in a while, their fries aren't hot.

It's great if you don't have any other options. Love McDonalds in general, but this location has an issue with running out of things...primarily sweet tea. If you arrive anytime after 7:30pm they might be out of sweet tea and some how can't make anymore. Otherwise food is good, taste the way it does at any other location.

Definitely not my favorite choice for fast food! The staff was friendly and if McDonald's is your thing, then this is good location. This location does get pretty busy at the drive through and it's narrow, so if you get in line at the drive through, be prepared to wait it out.

Slow and rude employees would rather talk about what they are doing on the weekend or other customers infront of new customers. Food is damn sure not what you see on the board for ordering and the tea is spoiled all the darn time. Could use a little better management if you ask me. But hey I guess that's what you get when you hire all high school kids for the weekend and afternoon shift.

I usually don’t have a problem with this McDonalds but the manager or whoever the lady is on the headsets is annoying. I had an online order it took her about 4 to 5 mins to get my code. I didn’t rush or anything. I finally gave her my code but then asked if I could add on she said I couldn’t, which was fine. So I asked if I could make a separate order then she told me if someone was behind I couldn’t but if not I can. What kind of sense does that make. I was patient with her but she couldn’t do the same for me is crazy. The most stupidest thing ever. Lost my service

have to admit, I was hoping for a better experience. While I usually don’t expect much from fast food, this particular branch really seems to be in need of a fresh start.The manager is friendly, which is a plus, but there were moments when their attitude came off as rude and unprofessional. It’s important for management to set a positive tone, and unfortunately, that wasn’t always the case here. I also noticed that many of the staff members aren’t bilingual, which made communication a bit tricky. On top of that, I observed them chatting about unrelated topics while on the job, which can be distracting and unprofessional in a busy environment.To make matters worse, my orders have been incorrect on several occasions, and the food I received didn’t seem fresh. It’s frustrating to wait over five minutes just to get my order taken, especially when I had to remind them I was waiting.I really think this location could benefit from a complete overhaul. Bringing in new staff and providing some solid training in customer service could make a huge difference. I hope they take this feedback seriously and work towards improving the experience for everyone in our community

Most orders that I order have been incorrect. I have gone back to have the order to be corrected. The employees (no manager present) - argued with me even after seeing my bag and receipt. They may have been busy? This is understandable. The staff is so rushed, they make mistakes and seem very unhappy. This leads the customer away. Please help your new employees gain confidence and SMILE!

Not sure if I came on a bad day, a shift change, or what?! The restaurant hadn't been swept or mopped and my cashier had an attitude. Think I'll bypass this McDonald's if ever I have the urge for some fries again.

Me and my bf just left there. We were sitting in the lobby just listening to this employee idk if he was new or not he was wearing a green shirt. It was very disappointing to see how he talked to the other employees. He was unprofessional and disrespectful please do better

I went out to get breakfast this morning, and one employee screamed at me that they don’t serve breakfast. I have no clue what happened, but she had a bad behavior. She was so mad at me, and the costumers.

I repeated my self three times double cheese was to kecthup only if was dry I said extra fries we got no extra fries and you can't even get anyone to answer the phone it sounds like it is off the hook. This is the worst McDonald's ever

Once again, McDonald's in Hallsville screwed up my order. A simple order of a sausage egg McMuffin with hash browns turned into a sausage egg McMuffin with no hash browns. Being in a rush, I couldn't turn around to get it made right but they got my money for something I didn't get.

The person working the drive-thru was clueless on how to do his job. He never could figure out what i wanted. When we got to the window his appearance was as bad as his order taking skills. I'm surprised this place is still open.

Stood at front counter for 3 minutes while a male employee was doing drive thru orders. No other employees visible and he never said a word to me. He even walked right past me to carry an order to someone in the parking lot. Finally, a very nice female employee came running from the back and apologized to me for the wait.

I don't mind going to this McDonald's at all BUT, to the lady running drive thru, it's pretty gross to see you picking at a sore on your arm while bagging people's food.

Went through drive through and tried to use the app to pay and literally nobody there knew how to do it. They made a huge deal over not knowing and were rude. It took all of the managers there to try and none could figure it out. Food was cold because of this delay.

Went here with my daughter to get some nuggets and fries. The drive thru was pretty full so we came inside. Walking in we noticed it was very smoky inside. Almost like the vent hoods weren’t working. The guy who walked in before us was able to order pretty quickly. After finishing that order the employee asked us if we could give him a second he’ll be right back. I thought, okay. They’re busy it’s pretty chaotic back there. I’ll wait. We waited 15 minutes! The employee who asked us to wait was filling bags, taking orders outside, dropping fries, running to the back, etc… I could understand if they were under staffed but there was a ton of people there being loud joking and cutting up! More people had walked in within this 15 minute gap and a large line was forming. Still we were all ignored. My daughter and I left and decided to go through the drive thru because the car that pulled up when we got there, had already made it thru. The drive thru was fairly quick. However, no ketchup or napkins were in the bag. Just a bad experience all in all.

I only go here when I feel I have to. This McDonald's chooses to charge extra for tea, and always lie and have you park in a parking spot to wait for their food, even when there's not a car behind you. I understand the reason is to inflate their numbers and pretend they're fast at getting food but they don't have to lie pretending they're making fresh patties which still end up coming out in less time than it would take to cook a patty

Got a free item for my birthday, and they weren’t open too much about the options other than telling me no until I asked, then tried to order food with the item for them to tell me it’s just the item. I told them I was ALSO trying to order food then was told they were out of what I wanted so I ordered everything I could for myself and family and they pulled me forward for them to not give me my ice cream cone I was charged for but also no sauce that I asked for for my families nuggets. The food I DID receive was good so I won’t give 1 star but definitely disappointed overall this experience was not worth more then 2 stars.

This McDonald's has really gone downhill since the new owner took over. Service is bad. They mess up your order and then the evening manager was laughing at me when I told them of the mistake and showed them proof with the receipt. Mess ups always happens now.

Ok so I thought I would drop in at mcdonalds to get my.husband food so I have been in line for 20 minutes and still not to window . took 10 min to get my.order. this place is horrible when it comes to service . the owner needs to clean house

No wi fi anymore, they are slow and sometimes rude, lanette is the only manager that does job right. I'm not even sure if she still works there anymore. I think they may have fired her for being sick.

You see I ordered a bacon egg and cheese McGriddle and I got 2 pieces of bacon and the bun!!! I never been so disappointed in a McDonald’s before but the one in hallsville thinks it funny to play games. And my coffee tastes bad!

If you enjoy ordering the larger burgers and getting smaller patties than ordered, this is the place for you. How a business manages to maintain a record like this is beyond me.

This is the second time I've ordered food and been given one bag with a 40 piece nugget and 4 large fries shoved in one bag. Fries are dumped out. They brought it out open, packed to the rim where rain and God knows what else got in it. YOU TOUCH THE HANDLE THEN MY FOOD AGAIN AND RAIN AND COVID!

Waited 25 min after ordering. One employee cussed in front of customers. Super slow. Said employee threatens to quit. No good for food. DON’T GO HERE

When using the drive through they always take your money and ask you to pull up and even after verifying your order 3 times they still manage to not put all of it in the bag before bringing it out to you then when you do get you order they bring you soggy nasty fries that have apparently been sitting there half the day , the lady that brought us our food was trying to carry out multiple orders an didn't even know who's was who's an then was confused when I told her that part of our order was missing the food and service is getting worse and worse while prices are getting higher and higher

The girl take my order and handed to me was very rude. She forgot my drink. Kept rolling her eyes at me and they gave me the wrong order as well. There was no manger in side what so ever.

Isabella charged me twice then got upset she had to give me my money back. I showed her my bank app and the mcds app and she said I needed to get a print out from my bank to prove it.

Forgot half the order, didn't notice til I was home. Went back, got the missing half, realized they had forgotten even more of it. Didn't feel like going back. I'm not going back and I'd suggest triple checking your receipt you actually got what you paid for.

Waited in line for at least 15 minutes. Fries sucked and my mcchicken was drenched in a pound of mayonnaise and only had three pieces of lettuce. Might as well drive to Longview if you want Mcdonalds.

Morning crew are awesome, the evening crew are horrible. They talk real fast saying what else everytime you say a word and you can't even order cause they clearly don't want to be there. Asked for a six peace nugget happy meal with extra fries and received a four peace with apples. Asked for Barbecue sauce and the guy slams the window and then comes back with attitude saying they don't have any. Called the evening manager to tell him about the mess up and without hesitation said right away...so do you want a refund like it's a normal thing and he ain't taking it seriously. Buns are always old and hard etc. Can't tell you how many times I've sit in line in the drive-thru for 20 minutes plus. One day I watched 5 or 6 vehicles just drive off from waiting so long. Only in the evening do you have this....guess in the evening Chic-fil-a it is.

The man working the window this morning attempted to steal from me. He claimed my total was $3.00.. then $2.99 All the while i knew my total was $2.71 Will be contacting corporate

If I could give no stars I would!!! I stop going to McDonald's in Hallsville Tx because the FOOD and SERVICE is normally horrible. Thought if I ordered a Blueberry muffin I would be fine.WRONG!! Clearly it has been sitting in the fridge. It's cold as ice!! My goodness this is the worse restaurant we have here. I wouldn't so much as order a beverage again, this is ridiculous.

Ordered Double Quarter Pounder with no cheese. Asked to pull up and wait for my order. After 5 min wait they still got it wrong. Sale ticket clearly states no Cheese.. And to think these folks want a $15.00 min wage.... Not even worth the min wage now. Happen way too many time at this location.

I can't rate the food because I was not able to order. I stood at the counter and two EE's with head sets looked but never came to take my order.

This McDonalds had me wait in the drive thru for 20 minutes only to tell me that they stop selling breakfast at 10:00. While selling breakfast items to the car in front of me. Their website says they serve breakfast all day, lie. The time I ordered was 10:15. The last time I went here I got sick. I know it’s McDonalds, but following your own posted hours and not making people sick should be a priority. Other nearby McDonalds don’t have this issue. It’s obviously an issue with management and the franchise license should be revoked.

The place was awful. The whole time I was there the so called manager was cussing out the other employees. Completely out of control. I stood there for 10 minutes and never once was helped by anyone. So I left.

My order took almost 10 minutes inside, again. I only had one order that went out before me at the Drive Thru. They weren't busy and I ordered a simple mcgriddle value meal. The place is ridiculous! Unfortunately I work in town and will probably give them another chance in the future

They never have their lobby open. They won't let anyone use the bathroom. They make their customers use the bathroom at the shell next door after being told multiple times to please stop doing do. They won't even use their own trash can they throw in in the store trash and leave all the debris behind

Very rude customer service and completely forgot about my order totally and many people went through the drive thru very upset with them usually is good customer service but today wasn’t it at all tea was basically water and took over 10mins for one sandwich very disappointing and was cold

The employee need better training. Waited 20 minutes in the drive-thru. Got handed drinks but they didn't know which was which and didn't care.

Have you ever been driving by a Mcdonalds and thought to yourself "I'm feeling a little peckish, I could go for a snack"? Well make sure to order an actual meal because by the time you actually get through the drive-thru and get your food you will be starving. It takes an average of 5 minutes per car to order and then another 10-15 to grill a hamburger. God forbid you want some fries, the potatoes haven't finished growing yet. Are you on a diet? This McDonald's is great for you! The caring employees at this establishment will leave stuff off all of your sandwiches so that you don't get those excess calories. They also only fill up your fries halfway. Thanks for helping to keep me in the right track to a healthier lifestyle! One day I might just forgo Mcdonalds entirely and save all those calories! Maybe today. Be the change you want to see in the world.

Make sure to check your bags before you leave the store. We went inside the restaurant to order, and tried to use our code to redeem 4500 points for some fries. We ordered that with 2 double cheeseburgers ($3.50 each)with bacon, 2 hot n spicy mcchickens, and a large drink. When we saw the total, it included the price of the fries. We asked to have the cashier use our points, which he said there was something going on with the system and went to get the manager. She told us the code which we had given to the cashier was "only for the drive through" and we were out our points. The cashier never brought this up to us the entire time through the transaction. The manager insisted we pay for the fries instead, and we had to argue to get our free fries, which we used our points for! After some back and forth, she finally allowed the cashier to discount the fries from the total, also commenting "I don't have time for this". When we had opened the "double cheeseburgers", we discovered it was only a single patty, with no bacon. My fiancé asked to simply have them cook some bacon and bring it to us so we could put it on our burgers ourselves. They sent another employee to come out and charge us for the bacon, which we had already paid for. It became a whole mess, arguing back and forth to just try to get the order we wanted, or at very least paid for. When we finally got it handled, we started to leave the restaurant. I checked the receipt, and noticed they charged us for an upsize drink on one "meal" and an additional charge for another large drink. We weren't even given our cups. We went back in to get our drinks, and they were going to give us the three on the receipt. The issue with this was that 1, we only wanted two, and 2, we don't have enough room in our car. We simply asked for a refund for one of the drinks, which became another issue. The cashiers couldn't do it themselves, and had the manager come out again to help them. She came out and had a bad attitude, and finally refunded us some money back. Then she had the audacity to ask us to bring the burgers back to them. (Which I know for a fact they would have thrown in the trash) The service we received today was unacceptable, and completely unprofessional. The cashiers need additional training, and the manager needs to fix her attitude or find another profession. This was the worst experience with any McDonalds, and we have traveled all over the country so that's saying a lot.

The guy on window can't speak English very well he is very hard to understand . It took us 4 times to get him to understand the order and it was still wrong . Please put someone at window that is easier to give order to

This is the one that doesn't know how to change there oil the one inside with the convenient store, there service is not good, always smokey, and they don't even give you your whole order definantly check your bags before leaving this mcdonalds and if the food don't look freshly cooked its because it's not, I do not recommend eating at this mcdonalds.

Had to revise this review. What happened to us made me not want to go there again. We're ordered our food in drive thu and pulled up to window and heard the girl in there say "should I put that ice I put in my shirt in the next customers drink and the other girls in there said yes". They weren't talking about us but to hear them say that was disgusting and will not be going back to this mcdonalds in hallsville again.

The bathroom door wouldn’t lock, not sure if that’s McDonald’s fault or the gas station attached to it. Also went to order, the people were more worried about the drive thru and didn’t even acknowledge me. I decided to use the kiosk to order and that finally stirred the rudest woman I have ever seen to come to the register. No welcome, greeting, or words were exchanged other then my total. I thanked HER for giving my food as I was walked away from. Good thing I don’t live here and will prob never be back. Also no straw. Had to find that one myself. (Edit) Also also, convenient she wasn’t wearing a name badge so I could see who she was….

Ordered a double quater pounder with cheese. ITS RAW!!

I ordered a happy meal an got no toy. Ordered a 20 peice nugget got no sauce an 16 nuggets. Ordered chocolate cookies got none. Asked for apple slices got none Asked for chocolate milk with happy meal got white milk. Just horrible to say the least. Did not give me the receipt but sure charged me for items I didn't get.

Not clean. Water on the floor at the drink bar and restroom, employees were not aware. Frys were old and cold. The list goes on. The manager and owner needs to know. The worse McDonald's ever.

I will never go there again!! The man taking my order couldn't understand me at all!! Then they didn't give me all my order, so I had to come back and I walked in to get the rest of my order, and there were 🪰 everywhere!!! Nasty 🪰 flys!!!! I throw it all in the trash!!!

This branch does not maintain their equipment. They have been saying for months that their machine for a shake is broken. We have gone through the drive through several time and they’re always out of certain menu items and usually get the order incorrect. Poor poor management!

Who ever the manager is needs training. We were passing through and needed some WiFi, we bought a drink tried to get on the WiFi and couldn't. Asked for the information and she was to busy to give the information and told us to go elsewhere. So we left. From what I understand if you buy a drink you should be able to use the WiFi. We were there Dec. 23rd, 2021.

Very poor service! Super slow and they always mess up your food. The place is always dirty, sinks don’t work. The manager had gloves on while messing with food, went outside touched the door with the gloves handed someone there food, came back in grabbed the mop and bucket put it behind the counter and then with the same gloves touched food again. This McDonald’s is nasty. And the employees are rude. The only thing they are worried about is the time in the window. And we need chris back. I miss going thru the drive thru and hearing his cheerful “Welcome to Hallsville McDonald’s”.

Change your open time to 6am and quit wasting everyone’s time.

They took the money and didn’t refund me

They will not take your order even though it's their job and almost always like 95% of the time tell you to use the kiosk to place your order even though you don't work there. They aren't short staffed they just don't want to take the time to take your order and would rather you do their work for free. I have a job and it's not working at McDonald's.

I basically stopped going to this location because out of the last 3 times I went, they've forgotten me. first time was dine in, they just didn't ever make my food. fine, no problem, accidents happen. but the next TWO times in a row I ordered at the drive through, was asked to pull forward and after a fifteen minute wait I had to get out, go inside, and ask where the heck my food was and on both occasions they hadn't even made it or given it to someone else because I had to order again and wait again for them to make it. twice in a row. I doubt I'm the only one.this place has serious management issues I won't be back.

They don't ever give you all items in the order. Can't call because the phone is off the hook. Even if you leave a complaint, nothing is ever done about the horrible service at this location.

I recently stopped at the Hallsville McDonald’s. I was traveling through the town had to go to the bathroom to wash my hands. There was a young man that came out ahead of me and as I went, in I noticed that the men’s toilet was just steady, running and overflowing all over the floor! There was a wet floor sign up, which tells me that they probably had Previous knowledge of the situation. At any rate, I went to the front-the man that I assumed would be the manager the Indian guy there. I said your bathroom floor is wet. The urinal is overflowing running and before I get it all out he went. Yes yes yes yes yes I said a slip and fall waiting to happen. No further comment.

Gave me a hamburger that must have been sitting out at least for 3 or 4 hours it was dry the meat was dry very unfresh chicken nuggets for halfway cooked I'll never come back to this McDonald's again I'll go all the way to Longview before I stopped in for McDonald's every time we go we have a problem and I've known other people that have the same issue with this McDonald's I wish they just closed it down already

Like the 3rd time I came to this McDonald's (closest to house) and was told , WE UNDER STAFFED, PLEASE USE THE KIOSK TO ORDER. I was warned a few times about this McDonald's. The person in the store should be more important the any lazy person in the drive thru, so I left and went to whataburger like a block over that won't ask me to use a kiosk , treat each customer equal (drive thru or walk in)

Every time I go in the morning the goofy manger . Or at least he said he is . Says frapa machine don't work. You go back when he's not there it's working fine. He is too lazy to make it. The lady at drive thru had one in her hand giving it to drive thru. Don't need a manger that lies to customer..

Only because I can’t rate a ZERO; HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE this morning! I mean.. worst EVER! Young staff was amazing and tried to be so helpful, but management is beyond awful! Long story (as short as possible): Ordered a #2 breakfast; sausage egg and cheese McMuffin.. order comes out, no egg. My husband (who NEVER complains) went to the counter to ask for egg. Girl takes his food to the back, comes out, goes straight to the register to CHARGE HIM for an egg. I politely ask, “why are you charging him for an egg that CAME WITH HIS BREAKFAST?” The young girl said “my manager said I had to.” To make a long story even shorter, after 20 minutes of waiting on said egg, the manager refused to speak with me and made the young girl PAY FOR THE EGG. Are you serious? Of course we took care of situation with the poor girl, but WHO DOES THIS?! My heart hurts for this young employee, and I’m more than furious at the management! Do better! After about 25 minutes, we walked out. While we were waiting, a local informed us this has been the norm since new management took over. Nelly, the “manager” should be ashamed of herself for the way she treats her employees and her customers!

8/16 you turned away an ambulance at your location. An employee comes to the door and tells them to go through the drive thru. They told you they did not fit. They are first responders just like police and fire. You should be ashamed of yourself. I do not care if the lobby was closed or not. You should go above and beyond to fill their order. All they wanted were drinks. Not that hard to take care of. Shame on you.
