I cannot believe how dirty this place is. I was there today about 3:00. Only 6 customers in restaurant , and only two more came in during the 40 minutes I was there, yet I saw 2 employees use the restroom, but they didn't do anything to address the dirty dining area when they came out and saw the mess. Food and trash on the floor, every single table was dirty, no trash can in the mens room. Patrons were throwing their used paper towels onto the diaper changing table. I washed my table with my hand sanitizer. I've seen some pretty dirty fast food restaurants, but this was one of the worse. And knowing it wasn't busy, yet staff did nothing to clean it, makes me wonder how clean the kitchen was. I will never go there again.
We love Wendy's all the time. It is a fun pace to take a child you love too. They can celebrate an accomplishment with a delicious frosty, or yummy mazing fries. They even have a one time purchase keychain to use for a child year round what's cool gift at a reasonable price! The food here whatever you get is Always delicious. Never disappointed here with service, cleanliness, aesthetics, or quality of food. Wendy's is simply the best always!

There’s no mistaking that after the pandemic Rochester and New York State in general has staffing shortages, and reduced hours. You no longer have options in the entire city if you are looking to get food, a drink or anything really after 10pm. We pulled in to Wendy’s at 10:15 with a line of 10+ cars at the time as the McDonalds across the street had closed early. We waited in line and pulled up to take our order at 10:30 on the dot. They shut the drive thru down with cars still in line. The sign on the screen said closing at 10:30, which is understandable. My mother decided to pull up to the window after the last car to see if we could still get drinks which was all we were looking for, mainly for my dog who had ran out of water. The kind man told us they were closed due to short staff. My mother asked if it was still possible just to get a drink, we really only needed the water for my dog. He took our order for three drinks and then told us we didn’t have to pay. After the horrible night we had, we felt a tiny piece of humanity was restored in that small act of kindness. My mother was a manager at Wendy’s years ago, having spent some time at this location. She’s normally the most critical of fast food service especially Wendy’s, but even she was thankful tonight.
Wendy's is one of the few fast food places that doesn't make my tummy a mess. I always use the app to order and pay. It saves time and you earn rewards! The food is good and the service is usually good as well. I know during peak hours, it can get very backed up. I just go at non-peak times.
I love this Wendy's, especially for the drive thru during weekdays in the evenings. Whoever takes orders is professional/courteous and gets my order correct. I'm used to rude and disinterested employees at other fast food locations. I'll go to this Wendy's above other fast food locations because I know I'll be disappointed I didn't if I choose otherwise.
I get lunch here all the time it is actually the greatest Wendy's establishment ever erected unto planet earth. I have never had soggy or cold fries and the chicken sandwiches are crispy every time.
The employees are very polite and friendly. Quick service and good food. I think this is the best location I have been too. I don't get fast food regularly but when I do, I go here.
I was just driving threw the area and needed to feed a group of 9 people. We stopped in, ordered all of our food and drinks. The cashier was friendly. The food came out relatively quickly. The order was complete and all food was fresh.
They are SO clean! The young man who got my Frosty for me, had just been working fries, but he put a clean pair of gloves on for me (without being asked!) And the manager lady was very interactive. And the lady's room was clean and actually has paper towling! --I'll be back!

Hands down the best Wendy's in the entire Rochester area. Always friendly. Always correct orders served with smiles. Literally, from downtown Rochester to batavia this store has the best employees. Thanks guys for all that you do.
I’ve been eating here since I was a kid. I really like this location, the food is fresh and delicious. I’d highly recommend Baconator fries and any burger on the menu. The nuggets are good too. The frosty is a classic. Gotta love Wendy’s.

It's not the fault of the staff that the restaurant doesn't exactly feel inviting, nor does it matter. It's fast food. What do you expect? All I cared about was my food being fast. I knew it wasn't going to be great, again, it's fast food. The staff were extremely fast, hence the high rating.
I think his name Parrish but the receipt say white , long story short the food was amazing, hot, and ready to go. My chili even had meat in it, usually this location only gives me sauce lol bare minimum of even beans . Thanks for understanding I’m spending MY money , it means a lot .
The people at this Wendy's are absolute professionals. They're insanely fast without sacrificing quality or order accuracy. These people are underpaid and it's a crime, best Wendy's ever.
This is the Wendy's to go to. Significantly better than the ome by the mall. The food was good, staff was friendly and service was quick. It took 45 seconds for them to get me my food after order completion. GOATed Wendy's.

If you're looking for Wendy's in Henrietta area, skip that one on Jefferson Road where the employees are unfriendly, borderline rude, and could care less about keeping your business (experienced this at all times of day and night--not based on just one bad experience), and head a couple miles south to this one--on the corner of Lehigh Station Rd. They are always BEYOND friendly any time of day or night, food is always good and fresh. Honestly it's beyond me how it can be such a different experience at the same chain.
I’ve been coming here for years. Overall had very good experiences using the drive thru. Lately things have been hard from understaffing so sometimes things take longer or aren’t quite right, but cut them some slack. running a 7 person shift with 4 people is hard.
We've been in here a number of times throughout the years. Yesterday, I was impressed at how clean the restaurant was. My husband was impressed at how quick the food was ready. The employees were friendly. The food was hot and fresh. It was a great experience.
Service is always courteous and considerate, food is cooked throughly and is served hot. Quality of food is what I expect from Wendy's , and they never mess up my order. The one complaint I have is that they seem quite understaffed around dinner hour on weekdays, especially if you use the drive thru. It seems to take a good 15 minutes to order, pay for, then receive your food. So if you don't mind waiting a little longer than normal for your meal, then this place will live up to your expectations.

Single drive through and a very long line. It could use an upgrade for the traffic control. I went inside because of the long line and was out in no time. It was nice and clean. The cashier was friendly and professional.

The lunch shift is great but the dinner/evening crew seems to consistantly be less than ideal. Always seems to either be ridiculously slow, or mess up the order, or forget parts of the order entirely (or seen them screwing around on their phones during a rush which explains why they were 15 cars deep in the drive through) and also I got pretty sick after dinner. Definitely gonna call and complain about the evenings, but besides that, at lunch time they're great. Drivethrough cashier gave my dog a biscuit!
Me and my son stopped by this Wendy’s, we are from out of state. I am extremely disappointed with there service. My son wanted a vanilla and chocolate frosty. “Mixed”. So I asked for two medium mixed frostys. My head fell down to the floor when we received them as a chocolate and strawberry small frostys. My son is allergic to artificial strawberry. My son took a bite before he realized, assuming it was vanilla and chocolate. But the workers were super nice. Will never be coming again. The car ride home was nasty. We had to stop 17 times for “quick” bathroom trips. Next time Wendy’s ask what kind of mixed and give us a medium.
At least 5 mins passed before my order was taken. Which meant that some jerk decided to drive around me and shout profanities. I understand sometimes things get busy but it would have been nice to be acknowleded by the employees regarding the wait time.
Food is decent, for fast food, but service is often slow. About half the time when going through the drive through, I'm asked to pull up and they'll bring it out.... For a salad or a single burger?
Cooking was ight but they didn't get my order right. We did order online and there could've been a problem with them and the order but the cooking was good and the drinks were great. I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt for them not getting my order right but other than that it was ok. I will edit my review if I go back and get my order right. But 3 stars for now. TL;DR food was good, order wasn't right, drinks good.
The food itself is always good however they need to update their hours. There has been many a time that I go through the drive thru between 6:40 and 7 and they still are not open even though google says they open at 6:30
The food is good, but the setup of the parking lot is terrible if there's a line for the drive thru. People who eat inside get stuck in their parking place because the line blocks them in. Also, routinely we ask for the sandwich to have no bun due to gluten intolerance. They usually still put the bun.
Food not as good as other Wendy's locations. Area could be cleaner, wouldn't be my first choice to go back to.
You, have people with attitude and they always get our orders wrong.
My husband ordered food for me tonight, being the driver. There must have been some miscommunication because 3 small items came to $19. In the attempt to correct, there was further miscommunication, and the servers were unkind. In the end, I did not get the frosty I ordered.
Food is standard for a Wendy's. Their ability to utilize the drive thru is lacking. The window for payment has been broken for months at this point. They regularly get any non standard order wrong through the drive thru. Finally for the buy one get one deal, they were incredibly unclear in explaining that unlike the prior two for six it was of the same item. (they didn't confirm this till I asked multiple times). All in all either go in and order directly, or take your business elsewhere.
I feel like at this location there's a 50/50 chance that the food/service is going to be OK. Drove through on Sunday evening. They were having trouble hearing us on the speaker so we pulled up to the window and tried to order there. They told us to move up to the next window only to ask us to drive back around to the speaker. They weren't very busy so we did. When we got our food the fries were old and cold.
Stopped in for a late lunch when driving through on a Friday by myself. The drive thru line was long so I decided to dine in. There were about 10 people inside waiting to order. They were really backed up. The manager came out of the office and was walking around not doing anything, while everyone else was scrambling to catch up. A customer noted that the ketchup pumps were empty, and instead of filling them up, the manager grabbed her car keys and purse, headed out the door, and in front of the whole restaurant yelled at the staff "you all better get motivated and get this food out," and then joked, "have a nice weekend" as she left. After waiting 10 min for my burger and fries I sat down to eat. Two groups sat near me after waiting a while for their food, and we all chatted about the manager's comments. I would have expected the manager to stick around for a few extra minutes and help the staff get through the rush. I feel bad for the people that work for her. In summary, the food was good just like all Wendy's, the store is very busy on Fridays early afternoon, and the manager is unprofessional and rude to the staff. Go to another Wendy's if you can. If Wendy's reads this, have a talk with the manager who got off her shift on 7/28 around 1:30pm. Note it took me 20 min to eat and write this review while sitting here in Wendy's. The ketchup is still empty!
If give it 1 start for the poor service, but I like Wendy's burgers to much to completely slam this location. Service is super slow and definitely not with a smile. We spent 12-13 minutes waiting in the drive thru last night (in a line of 3 cars). When we got to the window, the woman grabbed our bag that was waiting for us, handed it through the window and walked away. No apologies for being so slow, no words at all, not even eye contact. I'm not going to be patronizing this location again.
Stop at this location and the place was disgusting The silverware trays were bare with ketchup and food spilled over the total area, few napkins. The bathroom was dirty and so we're the tables! The workers seemed to be having some frustration with each other. A couple workers walked in and out of restaurant several times. Over heard if manager did not return they would be closing. The young lady that took my order was very pleasant. She seemed to be the only one that had their act together. Very much distention at this location. Wasn't busy as the workers could of been cleaning the areas. 5/13/17 8:30pm
We got the correct food we ordered, although my burger bun was soggy and my fries were cold, but we opted to get it to go as the place smelled really bad. Whatever they're using to clean it turns you off from wanting to eat their food. I've noticed the same smell at a few of the Wendy's locations in the area.
Wendy's serves standard fast food. Staff efficient and polite but the place needs a serious clean up. Sticky seats, sticky carpet, not clean tables or windows...fountain machine area even worse. It is not good for business, unless business is sooo good that they do not care...
Food was ok but hamburger was dry and crisp like a hockey puck and a single piece of lettuce. Short staffed when I was there, employees have low moral (lower than a typical minimum wage worker) which means a longer wait. Food is not worth the wait.
Just got back from 3rd world country. This Wendy's made me feel like I'm back in the 3rdWorld. Shocker.
This location used to be great but lately the have been extremely slow. Being asked to pull forward every time even when it isn't that busy and then they take 10+ minutes to get my food and 5 cars behind me get theirs first.
Wendy's should really add "ability to read" to their list of hiring qualifications. This location constantly screws up our order, but tonight was really special. 2 burger combos with upgrades on the fries, nothing special, but somehow the drinks were the only thing right. We got the wrong fries, complete wrong burger somehow (we ordered 2 daves doubles and somehow got a bacon cheeseburger) and a burger with toppings that matched neither of our orders.
Very disappointing use to work at this location when I was a teen so know how to food should be presented. Short story not good. Went and picked up my mobile order. First I ordered a Dave's single with NO mustard No onion and no pickles Ordered 10 nuggets meal with medium fries and cola orange cream no ice Ordered biggie bag of bacon double stack just ketchup with the 4 nuggets medium fries and cherry cola no ice Went to pick up my order only one car in front of me dining room closed. Took at least 5 mins to acknowledge me at the speaker order Once acknowledged told I had a mobile order got to window took a min to get my food which is to be expected but gave me my order and told me all set when I stated I was missing my drinks is when I was told they didn't have any of the flavors or drink I had ordered. Okay not a problem. Til I watch him take my cup no gloves on and scoop ice into my cup (using the cup itself which btw is actually a health hazard)when it says no ice. Had stated no ice again. Well I was fine til I got home. Where I open my food to find onions pickles and mustard on my Dave's single the meat looks like it's been sitting for at least over a few hours. The nuggets looks like it was over cooked. Fries where cold (live about 5 mins from wendys btw) and just nothing looked appetizing to eat. Very disappointing since haven't had wendys in awhile and was really excited to eat. All the money wasted.
Love Wendy's breakfast, but can barely ever get it because no one answers at the store until about 7:30am. Even then, nothing is prepped yet and customers still have to wait to get food.
So i just left spent $25 to have 5 long hairs on my burger absoultly wrong and disgusting!!!!! Worat place to go!!!
Well just whent other day to get a chicken on biscuit at lehigh station rd. haven't had in while. only to find out the chicken is fake now ..now it's same as nuggets processed ground up whatever ...needless to say I'm done going there ...whent from 99cents to $4 n some change ..now change product to garabage but price still up there ....thanks no thanks.... I'll spend real money at a real restaurant......
The Wendy's on W. Henrietta Rd is getting worse every time I stop in. This will be the last time for me. Waited in line for a long time. Finally get up to place my order. I was told to wait. Another three minutes go by only to hear when I was asked for my order, sorry no baked potatoes. Just what we wanted. Never enough people working there. I'm done with them.
Not only did i receive a chicken sandwhich after i ordered the new cheddar burger, but when i call to report this. The manager tells me to go ahead and write the bad review because it wont matter. Great company. Hooefully they will fire that low life who answered the phone telling me that.
This location is ridiculous absolutely no since of urgency in getting people's orders and food. The staff uniforms look dirty to the point that you would think that all of them were homeless literally! Don't waste your time or money at this location. Everyone needs to be fired 😤
Ordered a frosty at 11:08am. I left at 11:34 and have asked for my frosty that wasn't given to me. At 11:30 she said that "it isn't done yet." Prior to ordering I stood at the counter waiting to be served, took someone 10 minutes to notice I was standing there and turned away when someone did notice.
Went late at night and got a piece of Gum inside of my burger
rude manager very sassy , all i wanted was my sandwiches fixed couldn't even explain without rude comments being made, staff is touching other surfaces and making peoples food with contaminated gloves & making nasty comments under their breathe . if you guys don't like your jobs quit but don't be nasty towards ppl . Every time I come here theres between 3-4 cars ahead of me and it takes them a half hour just to take my order. One time is fine but every time for the past 6 months. Went to McDonald’s across the street, 10 cars I front of me, I had my food in 5 minutes. Do not waste your time
Stopped in Sunday for dinner your restaurant was dirty and smelled horrible. There was a group of people waiting for there orders and like 6 people in line. after about 5 minutes of no one getting there food and and no orders being taken i left. I remember when Wendy's was the nicest of the fast food restaurant not any more it's sad. You guys use to be my favorite and you have been going down hill fast.
I have work at 7am and wanted a good breakfast. Showed up in the drive-through at 6:35am 5 minutes after open and sat there till 6:45am waiting on someone to take my order, noone ever came. I even said hello multiple times and even honked at one point. Had to leave cause they are too unprofessional to open on time, and they dont care.
I Unfortunately have been staying across the street with no vehicle and went to the restaurant and they are not suppose to close the dining room until 10 pm and the doors were locked at 915 and when I asked if they are closed in the dining room at the drive through window since the line of 6 people got ignored ,I received a nasty reply . Unprofessional , lack of work ethic , causing owner too loose money !
First off very rude dude that checked me out argued about my change that I was given I handed him a bill and he starts arguing with me about what I gave him and refused to give me the correct change. Workers kept going in and out of the place to just smoke on the outside of the door and every time they came in the smell of weed filled the place. Just a horrible experience to have to deal with Wendy’s DO BETTER
Food ok, out of potato's but it was 615pm. Management MUST TEACH employees efficiently. Taking orders inside, only one at a time is ridiculous and there were at least 14 of us in line!! The young guy running register did his best but he had NO backup to fill the trays. I saw a previous order with frys getting cold while waiting for sandwich. When I worked at fast food 40 years ago, we dropped 2 chix, dozen patties a basket of frys to serve the customets quickly because it's FAST FOOD!
This place is terrible. I have been there 3 times between 10/31/20202 and 11/19/2020. I have had poor service all three times. From missing items and burnt fries, cold chicken. The most recent time is the worst. I purchased my wife a baconator for the first time tonight, it had only one piece of bacon split in half. What a joke, you have lost my business forever. I was a chef for many years and know the struggle to please customers, this isn’t even trying. I think I’ll be in touch with corporate.
Drive-thru assistance is very slow. Waited almost 5 minutes at the drive-thru just waiting for somebody to speak to me. Friendly advise, be wary of ordering at night. You may pull up and wait to speak to someone only for them to tell you that you have to order through the mobile app and that they're not taking orders at the drive-thru. Rather frustrating when you don't want to download an app and just want food after work late at night. Staff can also be disrespectful too.
Waited 20 minutes at the drive thru window waiting for them to take our order.. paid and the lady handed us our food with her head the other way talking to her coworker didn't say hi no nothing. Not even a bye have a good night. AWFUL SERVICE. Rude employees who don't care about their job. Many people pulled out of line because she told each customer hold on for about 15-20 minutes.
i order from here frequently and have never had an issue. i placed an order tonight around 11 PM (and was the only customer upon arrival) which included a chocolate frosty, large fry, and drink. we asked for one ranch at the order station which we were prepared to pay for. once we pulled up to the window the employee, who identified himself as Antonio, gave us a frosty and said “i’ll be back with your medium fry”. when he returned my partner informed him that we had ordered a large fry before it was put in the bag. Antonio said, “I said that” to which my partner responded “oh sorry must have misheard you man”. our ranch and straw for a drink was forgotten which was fine oh well. we got home and realized he gave us vanilla. went back through the drive through again to which Antonio said “ I don’t have chocolate”. My partner said “you didn’t tell us that which i would’ve liked to know but ok thanks”. Antonio begin to argue with my partner that he DID say there was no chocolate. he then switched and said “you didn’t see it when i handed it to you?” again it was dark, 11 pm, and unlit. he continued to argue with my partner to which I eventually said, “hey two people are saying you didn’t tell them that. it’s fine that you don’t have it but we would’ve liked to know.” he goes “i’m talking to the him not you. yea i’m talking to the driver of the car”. not only is that incredibly disrespectful, it’s my car and my order lol. this is unacceptable. as a service employee, i empathize with you but you can’t be in a front facing position if you can say “my bad i thought i told you”. ridiculous and you should honestly be ashamed. i’ll be looking for a superior, Antonio, not you.
About twice a year I gaslight myself into thinking that my previous experience at this Wendy's couldn't have been as bad as I remember, but then they have to go and prove how awful they are. I ordered online and my husband went to pick up the order. They forgot my frosty (I have never once been given the correct order/all of my items), the fries were stale and cold, I was given the wrong burger and drink. Absolutely ridiculous how bad the service is for the cost.
Dining room was close 10 min after seven with employees smoking weed at the front door telling you dining room is closed, we proceeded to wait 30 min in drive through line for an online pickup because they refused to go back in and help whomever was working. Food wasn't right and no manager to speak to according to them Two employees outside were a bigger girl wearing a blue jacket and a skinny dude with dreads in a black jacket. Drive thru girl was sweet though

they never give me the chilli toppings i order. i try every time in hopes of cheese and sour cream but never get any, they’ve probably got a free $20 out of me at this point just from food that’s been paid for and not given :(
I recently had one of the worst fast food experiences of my life at Wendy's. First, the service was absolutely abysmal. After waiting for what felt like an eternity in line (despite being the only customer), the staff seemed utterly disorganized and uninterested in serving me. They were chatting among themselves, moving at a snail’s pace, and when I finally reached the window, the cashier didn’t even greet me properly—no smile, no warmth, just a blank stare. It felt like I was inconveniencing them by ordering food. Not a good start.Then, the problems really began. I ordered a simple meal: a Baconator combo with fries and a drink. It shouldn’t have taken long, but after placing my order, I waited over 20 minutes for my food. In a fast-food restaurant, that kind of wait time is ridiculous, especially when there were barely any customers inside! What’s even worse is that the workers didn’t acknowledge the delay or apologize for the inconvenience. When I finally got my food, I almost couldn’t believe how bad it was.The burger was stone cold—like it had been sitting out for hours. The bacon, which is supposed to be one of the highlights of a Baconator, was barely cooked and rubbery. It had no crunch, no flavor, just a chewy, greasy mess. The meat patties were dry, and the cheese wasn’t melted at all; it just sat on top in a sad, unappetizing slice. This wasn’t the fresh, juicy burger that Wendy’s advertises. It tasted like something thrown together carelessly by someone who just didn’t care.The fries were somehow even worse. I don’t know how you can mess up fries this badly, but Wendy’s managed to do it. They were soggy, limp, and tasted like they had been fried in old, dirty oil. Not to mention, they were cold by the time they reached my table. The only redeeming factor was the fact that they were salted, but that’s about the lowest bar you can set for fries. It was like eating wet cardboard, and I couldn’t even finish them.To make matters worse, the drink station was a mess. Several of the soda options were out of order, and there was sticky soda spilled all over the counter with no one bothering to clean it up. The ice machine wasn’t working properly either, so I had to settle for a lukewarm drink. I was hoping at least the soda would be decent, but no—it was flat, watery, and tasted off, like the syrup-to-carbonation ratio was all wrong.As if the food and drink disaster weren’t enough, the cleanliness of the restaurant was appalling. The floors were sticky, the tables were dirty with leftover crumbs and spills from previous customers, and the trash cans were overflowing. It was clear that the staff had no intention of keeping the dining area clean. I would’ve mentioned it to someone, but by this point, I had zero faith that they would actually do anything about it.I decided to cut my losses and leave, but even that wasn’t a smooth process. The cashier forgot to give me a receipt when I first ordered, and when I asked for one on my way out, she acted like it was a huge inconvenience. After fumbling with the register, she finally printed one out, but with no apology or acknowledgment of the poor service I had received throughout the entire ordeal. On top of which, I didn't get the receipt to my meal, someone else's prior!Overall, this visit to Wendy's was a complete disaster. From the atrocious service to the terrible food and filthy environment, it’s clear that this location has serious issues. Fast food doesn’t have to be gourmet, but it should at least be edible and served with a basic level of customer service. Unfortunately, Wendy’s failed on every front, and I’ll be thinking twice before ever stepping foot in one of their restaurants again.Save yourself the time, money, and disappointment—go somewhere else. This was truly one of the worst fast food experiences I’ve ever had.
Don't bother with this place. I went through the drive-thru and ordered a Dave's Double with a medium fries (should've been $12.40). At first, they charged me for someone else's order. Never said the price (which was $19.09). They never offered the recipt, I had to deliberately ask for it. I handed back the bag, and said it was the wrong order. They asked what my order was, and I told them. After that, they gave me what *looked* like my order, but must've been a THIRD person's order, because it ended up being a Baconator and medium fries when I got home and finally checked the thing. But back at the drive-thru, I checked my bank app and saw that I'd been charged for BOTH orders (total of $31.49). They tried to offer me $7 in cash to make up the difference, but I pointed out the charges on my phone. I had to wait what felt like an eternity before someone said I'd be refunded for the $19.09, after which I finally drove off. If I don't see that refund soon, I'm going to be more pissed than I already am. TL;DR: The staff here are about as competent at serving food, as a bag of bananas would be at accounting. If you value your money, you're better off going to the other location down the street.
Honestly the worst service I have seen in a long time ! Waited bout 25 mins just to get my order taken multiple times people walked out the girl running the register keep leaving will not visit again kinda sad experience!
They might be "open" past 9pm but good luck getting anyone to take your order at the drive thru. Standard to wait up to 20 min AT THE MIC while cars pile up behind you. Similar problem at a competitor across the street here late night but not quite to the degree...not sure what it is...management, location, pool of employees, staffing choices, etc. Not my issue to solve but a strange one to have going on at least 4 years. Decided tonight I'm out at 90 sec now. Time better spent hopping down to Jefferson Rd location and then be on my way. See lots of "it's awful" reviews with 3-4 stars here. What does awful even mean, lol? This location is the worst Wendy's I've been to - dirty, slow, staff busy with drama instead of work, did I say slow? Deserving of many 1-star reviews and then perhaps owners will upgrade the management.
The speaker was INSANELY LOUD. Gave me a headache to deal with on my drive home. My fries and food were also cold so I'm not sure what the wait was about. Main thing was the insanely LOUD speaker that was LOUD. Please for the love of god turn it down it's insane to be at the level it is.
The third time I ordered delivery for me and my family and they ALWAYS forget my drinks. It's annoying.
Total joke of a fast food location. Slow, did get food I ordered , I live in Livonia and called the store immediately. The guy who answered the phone said he knew he made a mistake and to come back to the store and ask for Kevin and I would receive the missing food. I go in and the manager says she doesn’t know a Kevin and can’t honor what was promised. Never going back.
Restaurant was empty. Staff was ridiculously SLOW! Zero effort to ensure good service. Highly disappointed
Very poor & didnt do good job since employee don't know anything. And don't have any Gift card at all. And they are in hurry to go home. So I have to drive other 15 mins to see if Wendy's have or not. 👎🤦♀️👎🤦♀️👎
Worst customer service ive ever experienced. Managers really should know who belongs at the drive thru pick up window and who doesnt. Note: not a disgruntled, rude employee.
Terrible service waited 20 mins to take our order when there was only 2 cars then stopped taking order. Galway through to wait another 15 mins for him to come back slowest experience ever
Tell me how you're going to make me wait 5 minutes for you to even acknowledge that I'm in the Drive-Thru and then when I get impatient cuz all I need is two large drinks at 8:00 p.m. The lobby is closed while people are still eating. like all the doors are locked. At 8pm on a Friday ??Make that make sense.
Went to order at west henrietta and Lehigh station rd waited 20 minutes in drivethrough ,parked, went inside 0 staff door unlocked anyone could rob them. On top of that I wasted my lunch break and never got food because I ran out of time. Who ever hired them should be fired with them. Unreal this location.
The employees are rude, unprofessional and they got my order wrong multiple times. The worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. They even tried picking a fight w a guy that was ordering through the drive through. How they keep a job baffles me! DONT GO THERE!!!
Was sold a taco salad without chili. When I came back to ask about it, I was told they didn’t have any chili, something not mentioned when making my order. Manager tried to make it right by offering different options, but why on earth would anyone charge full price for a partial meal?
So I got at this location at 12:35pm & ordered on the mobile app ahead of time because online it said they closed at 1am & when I got to the window the lady said it was closed & that all the food was gone & just closed the window in my face. If that's the case you need to either change the hours online or actually do your job until closing. I had been on the road all day & had a hungry toddler. Not a good experience at all.
If I could give zero stars I would. Last night my mother picked up food and they forgot both of our sandwiches. She drove all the way back as no one answered the phone. Didn’t even get an apology or offer to refresh the fries and nuggets. This isn’t a one off, this has been happening the last few months. Food missing, not made correctly. When did a baconator ever come with lettuce and tomato? You clearly have a staff who doesn’t care and is not customer service oriented and same goes for ownership. I’ve emailed corporate with no response multiple times, so they don’t care either. I’m done wasting my money here. Get it together!!! This store should just be shut down. It’s a joke.
I literally just left this place and got home after waiting about 10 minutes because the woman told me they had to cook the chicken. I get home to take a bite and notice the chicken is completely raw. Attached is my receipt and picture of the chicken they told me would take a bit to "cook"... Now I have to hope I don't get sick
