My son had some work visits to make, so grandparents, DIL and grandson had a few hours free. This is in Ithaca as there is not much for little ones at the Finger Lakes. As great as any other Wendy's. New service person, but finally got the order right.

Absolutely he best Wendy’s around great staff. Foods always hot nice environment to spend your lunch breaks. My only complaint it the App. And the survey is soo long. But I absolutely love this place.

They got my order perfect and it was put together with care, not like their competitor, McDonald's, who has gone downhill. Wendy's fries were hot, crispy, with just the right amount of salt. There was a nice big piece of lettuce and tomato on my sandwich, with the right amount of mustard. I don't eat fast food often, but now I want to go back! I was worried b/c they are always hiring and thought maybe the service would suffer, but I was wrong.

Wendys upgraded! Everything is fresh. The burgers are phenomenal. Fries taste fresh not like month old fry oil. Drive thru goes smooth. Customer service is actually good.

Well after leaving the drive thru at McDonald’s up the road, the line at Wendy’s wasn’t too bad. Well I was impressed because I made it thru 7/8 cars in under 10 minutes. The food was hot, the fries crispy and the Frosty wasn’t melted. The order was correct except for missing a spoon. No baked potatoes though at 8:15pm. Otherwise great service and great food.

Another in my ongoing series of fast food reviews around Ithaca. The dine-in service at this Wendy's was fast, friendly, and overall maybe my best experience in the area for this kind of food. Certainly a huge improvement over a certain hamburger restaurant starting with M next door. Of course a lot depends on the team, but I only have compliments for this one!

Went at lunchtime. They were busy, especially with drive through service. We went inside to eat. Couldn't get the kiosk to work for me because I wanted to upgrade a couple items. Food was good and fresh. The orange frosty was delicious. We got burgers, chicken nuggets, fries and a chicken burger. Restaurant was clean.

Just wanted to shout out a man who I assume to be a manager of this location. I wish I would’ve gotten his name, but today was rather hectic. I work with an elderly person and the manager helped me walk them to my car after a fall. He was so incredibly kind and absolutely did not have to do that. I frequent this location for my job and every time I come in, all of the staff are polite and have great customer service skills, and seem to have great communication. Major props to everyone on this team.

Fast food as it should be. They make food fast, it's cheaper than in restaurants. Pretty tasty, loved their nuggets and burgers. French fries is a little weird for me though, but still normal. Wide range of drinks available. Pretty clean inside, the cleaner was doing his job during our visit. Plenty of seats, short line, no crowd. Can't tell anything about drive through. Good place to simply come and eat.

This Wendy's offers the typical variety of chicken sandwiches and burgers. We went on a Friday night and the dining room was empty. After we placed our order a team of 20 middle school lacrosse girls came in and the decibel levels instantly went off the charts. So much for a quiet meal! The food was good. However, the service was a little slow and it seemed like there was a consistent amount of confusion going on behind the counter about which tray gets what meal items.

I love this Wendy's the cashier's are friendly my only complaint is that the inside area smells of urine since early October , it didn't stop me or anything just like a homeless person peed themselves in the main room. Foods good cheap its Wendy's and their chicken wrap is good :)

I got one of their $5 biggie bags and it was worth the price, perfect meal for one person. The burger was ok, the patty was tiny and it kind of tasted plain. But the bun did taste fresh. The chicken nuggets were almost awful, some of them tasted flaky and had a weird disgusting taste to them. The fries weren't bad, almost like plain fries but I personally don't mind fries like that. Didn't take too long to wait in the drive through, employees were nice.

For drive through they are actually better than most fast food places locally. Now quality wise it's quantity over quality. And if you Order online or download the app. DONT. It's the worst by far. And they will just tell you they can't do anything about it.

It's a standard Wendy's with relatively quick drive through lines and friendly enough staff. Quality of their food has gone down over the years as they try to reduce food costs. If you're craving Wendy's because you're feeling nostalgic, you'll probably leave feeling sick and wondering what happened.

It just seemed like the food quality just wasn't there. I felt like the burger on the Jr double stack was more like the size of a slider than anything, and they had no BBQ sauce. The fries also didn't taste the freshes and more like they had been sitting for a while and reheated and were to salty

Brilliant idea installing the ordering kiosks in front of the cashier station. Perhaps if it took cash and scanned your app offer it wouldn't be so bad but instead you have to wait like 5-10 minutes to order your food.

Usually pretty good but the mobile app hasn’t worked here in weeks. They are aware of it but it doesn’t seem to get fixed. Wouldn’t be a big deal but you can’t take advantage of any specials or points, so it is costing more

Ordered the baked potato and it looked like either it was over cooked or someone dug out some of the inside of the potato. Also had the chili. It was so watery, like it had no meat. I have no complaints about the staff. But they need to check the food before they bag it up.

UPDATE: 20251222 The place re-opened with a completely new decor. The good: The soda machine works. The menu is more expensive. You can place a face-to-face order more quickly, but there is still a delay. The Wi-Fi works great. The bad: The shiny new furniture is about as comfortable as sitting on a wooden board. Surprise! The chair seats *are* wooden boards, about as soft and flat as the ceramic-tiled floor. The in-app coupons have morphed from useful, actual values to small discounts on extra items added to your order (that is, gone from generous to miserly). Speaking without evidence, the portions seem smaller, too. The corporate: pay attention to the methods—like weighing the order—used to ensure accurate fulfillment. Note the emphasis on remote ordering and pickup. Fast food is fast food. There's not much to distinguish this Wendy's from any other. However, I agree with other reviewers who note that *recent* order accuracy is going downward at this location. Other'n all that, the place is pretty well-kept. It's clean, both dining area and bathrooms. There's plenty of parking. You can't get the 4-for-$4 special any more (it went to $4.44 and then to $5, and it seems smaller), but pricing is no worse than other fast food joints these days. So let's talk about the service and the venue and the other things going downhill. The TV was removed some time ago. There's a rumor that the intention was to discourage people from sitting at tables for too long. This Wendy's has switched from personal service to two ordering kiosks (luckily, the kiosks were moved away from the counter during the renovation, so they aren't between the customer and the counter staff!). If you want to order personal-like (or, for that matter, want to scan the QR code required to take advantage of the Wendy's app) or if you want to pay cash, you have to wait until the one person who speaks English and is authorized to use the register...has time to wander over. You can wait few minutes. The kiosks themselves are brain-dead.They work very slowly. Placing anything but the most mundane order takes longer than personal service. As marketing studies have shown, ordering kiosks generate larger (and more expensive) orders. Patrons are on the losing end. It hardly matters what the language is spoken behind the scenes, as long as the customer-facing staff are able to communicate well...and the prep staff fill the orders accurately. That said, some time back there seemed to be a massive personnel change, bringing a new /lingua/franca/ to the kitchen. It happened in the same time period as the missing TV, the lost Wi-Fi, the ordering kiosks, the broken beverage machine, and the inaccurate orders. It's almost as if a new manager decided to cut costs in every way he could, from equipment to staff...and replaced workers with poorly trained and inexpensive new hires. If your order costs more than $10...consider a good sit-down meal (salad, bigger burger, more fries, and beverage) at the place-with-the-chili-pepper-logo down the street...for $14, including 8% tax and 18% tip.

Typical Wendy's chain/ fast food chain food. Was around 4:40 pm when we went. Restaurant appeared clean. Ordered food on kiosk and paid. Food was out promptly. Everything appeared and tasted hot and fresh. Ample parking in parking lot.

The food wasn't bad. We ate inside so it was actually hot. Prices have definitely gone up for what you get. I was definitely not impressed with their choice of channels on the TV they had. They had it on FOX news. Not everyone watches nor likes Fox. And In one of the most liberal towns! Not to mention when I go to a restaurant I don't want to see politics on the TV! And it shows what they care about. People don't want to see that. I will not be eating in there dining room again. Management needs to rethink what they put out there.

Very slow service when there were only 4 cars in the drive-through and what appeared to be a very empty dining area. Unsure if this was a technical issue causing a delay or staff, my experiences here are typically delightful

The food there is normally up to standards. However what is not up to standards is the staff member who gave me attitude and who also gave an 11 year old attitude too. She was extremely nervous and couldn't explain exactly what she wanted to order, the man kept abruptly telling her "what size" over and over again with a very rude and blunt attitude. Upon asking him what his name was, he looked at me and very quietly said "Nate" whilst giving me attitude. I don't expect to pay $20 for lunch and have myself and my Girlfriends 11 year old sister, being given attitude by a man. The funniest thing of all is that the man who gave me my order, was much nicer than Nate.

Dilapidated building speaks volumes about how this place is run, and mirrors the quality of the food they sell. Totally inconsistent service, and even an inability to regulate their hours, say, with doordash, for instance. You place an order, and 20 minutes later you find out that they weren't open during their stated hours. It seems like they operate from the dark, as it is often difficult to know from the visible light inside whether they are open or not, and that, I'm sure, is certainly good for business...🙄 I believe it will soon be going the way of our local Burger Kings and movie theater... That's very frustrating for all involved. Perhaps the owners use it as a tax write off.

Every time I come here they get my order wrong. They correct it every time, but it's not worth the effort. Last visit I made we received 2 free frosties in addition to our newly corrected orders, so that was nice. But still not worth it. Also incredibly slow service and occasionally uncooked french fries.

I ordered a Caesar Parmesan salad and the chicken that was in it was dry and warm along with the cheese and lettuce. All of it was warm. It should’ve been cold. If I get sick from eating it I’m gonna be mad.

I went to this Wendy's location and the attitude the Asian worker gave me was that of a 10 year old. I seen the 2 order screen kiosks at the main counter. I didn't want to use the kiosk because I only had cash on me. I kindly asked this worker if that was to only way to order because I didn't want the digital experience, only human interaction. Then I got huffing and puffing attitude follower by smacking of tongue. Horrible first impression for a place that should have excellent customer service. Get the people off the front end that have a horrible attitude.

Man on counter was rude to people. He could not fill orders, kept opening up burgers saying he did not know what they were. Manager just stood around and watch him mess up orders and insult patrons. I was appalled and complained to manager. She had lost control and asked her to remove him from counter service. It was horrible and I lost my appetite. Never seen such a mess at any food establishment.

I get that it is 9pm but come on. No clean tables to sit at. Watched an employee clean one table to take their break at though. Then a cook came out, opened the side door(in Feb.) and held it open to take a couple puffs off their vape. Not Pwash their hands and go right back to cooking. Had to go back for food we didnt get and while waiting I saw that they were loading orders on dirty trays. Drink station was gross. Food was mediocre.

Our food was terrible! We were headed out of town or I would have returned it. We ordered three breakfast sandwiches and the English muffins were so hard and greasy they were almost not edible. We actually threw most of the breakfast out. Don't waste your money.

Went through the drive through 4 times, once was perfect, twice they forgot sauce which is expected occasionally but still, 4th time they took longer to be ready to take my order than it took to drive next door to Arby's, order, and be handed my food. Went inside the next time and again with the sauces, then was ignored by two of the women talking to each other by the registers when going to ask for the sauce.

Incompetence. Customer service is not a thing here. Waited five minutes to be acknowledged with a "one minute, sorry." Once we were asked what we would like the register was locked and only one person,who was on break and not around, could open it.

We went to Wendy’s at 11:30 and the person at the drive through was very rude and disrespectful. When taking the order she asked what soda and I told her what and she was like “we don’t have that and I asked what they had and she rudely said they were out of a lot so I asked what they had and she rudely again said dr.pepper so we got that and then I asked for the rest of my meal and she said “pull up”. No thank you etc. Then when I got my drinks I was trying to grab them she said “I’m not slow” when I was trying to grab them. So I got everything and then we left she was very mean and I was with my niece and nephew and they were kind of upset bc I got upset bc of the way she was talking to me. I hope you can take care of this. Thank you

Went there before an appointment to get something quick, i ordered an Asiago ranch chicken sandwich and i left and ended up i got the complete wrong order and ended up with a burger, chicken nuggets, and cookies. its a good place if you want to be completely surprised by your order. had to go back and ended up late for my appointment.

The worker was not good at all. I ordered the double meat burger meal. I asked what came on it and then told her I did not want certain items. I then had to tell her three times I wanted the meal. When I got the burger it had all the items on the burger so I had them make it again. I could hear them complaining about me. They don't have the breakfast serving very long. She also complain that they don't have enough help. Not my problem. Next time will go to Arbys we love Arbys anyways or Burger King.

Won't go there again. First I went threw the drive threw. It wasnt busy two cars in front of me. Wait in line all most 10 minutes. Before I even move my car.My fries were cold and burned. My chicken sandwich and chicken nuggets barely warm. Soda taste like it was water down. Second time in a row it was bad. I won't make it a third.

This is the third time in a row that they have messed up my order this time I left out my six piece chicken nugget. I really don’t think I’m gonna be going back. Also, the employee at the drive-through window was more worried about everything going on around him, then handing me my food and almost dumped my drink for the second time.

tried to get uber eats from them, took them two hours and my driver was changed three times because they wouldn't give them the food or tell them to go through the drive thru to pick it up. woman on the phone was ridiculously rude and yelled at me for something that was completely out of my control and then cancelled the order once i hung up even though she said she had it made and in the system because i talked back. love wendys but this was terrible service & won't be ordering from them again

People, double check your order. Almost every time we go there they forget to put it all in the bag and this has caused us many return trips to get what we pay for, plus the extra gas to return for food they forgot to give us. Getting to be ridiculous. How about some reimbursement for all the extra we've had to spend in gas for your mistakes. Get it together folks. You all need some better training.

Don’t go to this place if you have other choice! I came the first time only because I found a promotion. I made the order thu mobile app and said have the order make ASAP. still waited a long line,and when get to my turn, they said can’t find my order and ask me to go back and wait for it again. And there is not an option to cancel since I choose make the order “ASAP”Stupid. I would never go here again.

I came in for a chicken sandwich but the employees kept pushing me to get The Slop. Atmosphere felt off after I got my sandwich, employees kept staring and grumbling about how I was eating chicken and not The Slop. Sandwich was alright though

Disgusting! Walked into the restaurant with my wife and 3 kids, instantly my wife and I were sickened with the grotesque smell coming from the filthy facility. Tables were covered with grime. We couldn't find a place to sit, so we got our frosty's to go. Our shoes stuck to the floor as we ordered our ice cream. The carpet had food and stains everywhere. I can only imagine what the food prep and cooking area looks like if the dining area is so below standards.

I had the Mushroom Cheese Burger Meal. It was the worst burger I ever paid for . It was 1:00 whe I ordered it and tasted like it was cooked 2 days ago. I worked in high end restaurants for 20+ years and we never would have served this to the neighbors dog.

Ordered dinner ahead through the app. Spent ten minutes trying to get the attention at the drive thru, the doors were locked, and eventually cancelled the order after giving up. This was two hours before closing. Really frustrating experience.

Sat outside the drive-through window for 45 minutes. Was asked to pull forward. Food never came out. Had to knock on the window to get my food. Sounds great doesn’t it

Decent food as usual, but I can't recall the last time the line for the drive through was this long.. No worries - sometimes that is what happens. Unfortunately, I didn't have a chance to check the order and got home 30 min away to find one of the salads was missing everything but essentially the green salad ... Oops... Waiting to hear back from Wendy's, but hungry in the meantime... Followup:. No comment from Wendy's in any way - no responses to email, tweets etc. When I stopped in the next time months later, they got the order right, but mentioning the poor experience the previous visit got nothing but a "humph, okay"... One fewer stars due to the compete apathy and disregard for customer satisfaction.

So no body here seams to speak English. Been waiting over 20 minutes for someone to take my order because the only 2 kiosks were being used. Same people on each one for over 20 minutes. Can't pay with cash and when 3 different people including my self asked for help we were just ignored. In total I waited 28 minutes to just walk out and go back to work hungry.

There was a couple of their employees were extremely rude to me and my wife when we were ordering our food then got hit they came out yelling at us for holding up the line while she was on the phone with 911 reporting the accident. Then asked the employee taking out the trash if they would let her use the restroom. He went off on her after hour waiting for hour. They are lucky our truck could move. I just wish they would have more better customer service and hygiene especially in food service.

It Is totally frustrating! I recently ordered two items through the Wendy’s mobile app for pickup. However, when I got home and opened the bag, I discovered that the burger was missing. And it’s my first time to eat Wendy! Shabi Meiguo

If I could put zero stars I would. I went through the drive thru and as soon as I got up to the window for whatever reason they had “lost” my order. The girl spent probably 15 minutes looking through the computer trying to find it after I told her what my order was and she didn’t have it there. She then asked the people in the back if they had made my order and everyone seemed to not know what had happened to it. After another 10 minutes she finally re-took my order and i had to wait about 10 more minutes for them to make it. After waiting that long I would think that the food would be hot and fresh, but the meat on the burgers was cold, the buns were dry and stale, and despite all that they got my order wrong and put stuff on the burger that I had asked for it off. The staff was very rude and didn’t seem to care that they had “lost” my order and kept me waiting way longer than I should have had to. She also never gave me a receipt so I can’t even go online and request any type of help for it because I didn’t get any “proof” of my purchase. Spent roughly 30-40 minutes sitting in the drive thru waiting and didn’t even get a good meal. Very disappointed and frustrated.

I gave this Wendy's many second chances as the only one in the area, but I've gotten very dire food poisoning from this location, the most recent of which was this past Saturday. Near hospitalized. The people have no fire, but why would they when they have college students piling 5 orders in one car and each wanting to pay for themselves, keeping the drive thru line literally out to the street on some nights waiting for one car to leave. Poor management, poor food quality, people are tired. You're gonna go anyway, but like, man, just be careful.

Was there to pick up a order there are no signs or warnings that the lobby is closed full time so after you waste 10 minutes checking all the doors you realize and have to wait in the drive through line for a uber eats order which took about 40 minutes to get through the line. Hopefully they got the order right atleast for the customer? Poor service and poor attitudes also.

the line in the drive through moved quickly however the people inside did not have a good attitude and they charged me a full sandwich when all we wanted was a just piece of chicken. they gave me strawberries instead of apples and charged us full another order of fries when we didn’t want them. they did not care at all and didn’t want to be bothered about it.

Tonight is the second or third night I've come to this location expecting the front door to be unlocked since it's posted on the big sign out front that the dining room is open, only to find the door is locked. I don't understand why you would have it posted that your dining room is open from 7am - 10pm, but it's extremely unprofessional and very upsetting.

Everytime time we come to this location they never give us the sauces we ask for, drive thru worker constantly cuts you off when ordering. The dining room is NEVER open which is highly disappointing as well. I use to work at this location in high school it was one of the busiest places in town and had the best customer service and good. Sad to say this is no longer the case.

Order online for done in and when i got there the doors where locked. I had no choice but to sit in the really long drive thru. They were short staffed and definitely need to hire more people. It's unfair the workers had no other choice but to close a portion of the restaurant because they didn't have enough hands on deck.

The lady in the drive thru was rude when we pulled up to the window to get our Mobil order, than when we did get it, we specifically asked for no mayo... my wife has severe allergies, there was only one sandwich without mayo and all the others had mayo. Very rude about replacing the order as well. The manager helped very quickly, maybe hold some stress training to the employees.

One of the worst Wendy’s anywhere. One would think we are still in the midst of the pandemic. Expect to wait 20+ mins in drive thru. The dining room is almost always locked. The mobile app doesn’t even work much if the time. Incredibly understaffed, especially on weekends when there doesn’t seem to be any managerial oversight. There are some great people who do work there and try to keep up with demand. My guess would be the franchise owner did better with reduced staffing during pandemic and doesn’t see the need to pay people more and staff up. My recommendation is to go to Arbys next door. Almost never wait and service is always nice. The fries are better too! Sad because I do live Wendy’s

Had to repeat my order 4 times! Asked for 2 sausage egg and cheese with Swiss and 2 bacon egg and cheese classic. Lady had an attitude when I had to repeat my order 4 times bc she couldn’t get it the first time Got to the window didn’t say not one word to me snatched my money gave me change handed me my food all with here you go. Got home noticed I had only 3 sandwiches allll of them sausage. Called and a lady named Mary picked up and wanted to argue with how many sandwiches I got. I paid $16 and some change and when each sandwich is $3.29 the math doesn’t add up. Kept telling me I saw the ticket she only charged you for one classic. Okay ma’am how does 3 sandwich add up to $16? When each sandwich is $3.29. Had to tell them they were all rude and I’ve never treated anyone like that working my whole life in a customer service atmosphere. Not a great way to start your morning. Will be passing Wendy’s in the morning from now on.

Was told that this store is locally-owned that's cool and all but I worked at Wendy's for 2 and half years and all Wendy's go with the same practice good quality food. You guys in Ithaca $#!+!!!!! could find some good choice words but I was taught u ain't got nothing good to say then don't say nothing........ bad service. Under cooked food but the best was a note in my burger to enjoy my food that's funny. Whats sad this is the second time I was told well reimburse your money I get down here and they don't know what I'm talking about. What money? Are you sure it's the right store? Games games games

This place I garbo we went in an the manager was already arguing with a customer. We then after 10 min orderd and sh got it wrong, we asked for 2 chocolate frostys and she gave us a orange Creamcicle and a chocolate one too, fire that manager rn she is mad annoying and refused to correct my order.

Not going here ever again. This Wendy's was great 10 years ago but has gone way down hill since. After ordering there several times recently it seems they have trouble even creating their own basic meals. Most recently this week I ordered the same combo 2 separate days I noticed there isn't very much consistency with how they serve food. One day I had fries with so much salt on them it almost made me sick. Today my fries were half burnt half soggy with no salt at all. Now aside from the poor food there was also really poor customer service. The guy on the inercom has no right to be in customer service with his attitude. I was trying to order food while at the same time getting rude remarks and attitude from this guy only to watch home play with his beard then handle my fries with his bare hands right before handing me my food. Needless to say I'm not going to eat there again especially when staff handling my food is not wearing gloves.

I watched as two different people had their order mishandled. The manager was, and I'm really trying to be nice, deeply unpleasant. The way he spoke to both customers and staff was upsettingly rude. Much of the staff seem to struggle, which says more about the incompetency of the management than of the staff. With our order, the fries were cold, our burgers had the wrong ingredients, and we waited a fair bit for our food, mostly because the one poor soul seemingly in charge of getting the food together was being verbally disciplined by the manager in a way that would have anyone stressed out and distracted. The kiosks they use would be great if the order you put in was actually the order you received. Usually Wendy's is a pretty solid experience, consistent and relatively tasty. This was not, and I feel kind of bad for saying it, because my standards are low, like the bar is on the ground, you can step over it low. All I want is the food to be relatively warm when it's supposed to be warm and that no one in earshot is being verbally berated. On a positive note, the chili tasted good and was about the only thing warm. That chili is carrying the single star I gave this Wendy's on it's back, if you're going to this location, get the chili and only the chili and eat it in your car or something, just know you wont get crackers with it.

Nope, never eating here again. The kiosks were working fine, all 10 of the customer's in front of me were allowed to use it. However, when I got to the counter the male cashier INSISTED I needed to let him take my order. Fine, I let him. I didn't receive anything I ordered and I was told my 5 year old daycare kids could not remove the onions from their kids meal burgers! What?! Instead...they put EXTRA onions on both burgers. Didn't get our drinks. It was a mess. NEVER AGAIN.

Bro the white dude who’s apparently the manager literally would not stop harassing me and my friends we were only chill with him because he gave us free shit, he was yelling at his coworkers who spoke Spanish in the worst Spanish accent I’ve ever heard it was so embarrassing for him and then says to my friend who speaks Spanish after she apologized for his disgusting bigoted behavior that he is the only “American in here” Genuinely felt scared for my life (not an exaggeration)

I'm not quite sure how someone can mess up quite so badly as they did the last 2 times I visited this Wendy's location. Fair warning, even though it takes longer to go through the drive thru, if you head inside to order, they will not take your order for 8-10 minutes as you stand there patiently waiting for them to handle every other order before they even take yours. In the drive thru, it will take them a LOOOOONG time to even get around to taking your order and heaven forbid you're ordering more than 2 meals because they will surely completely forget to add at least one of the meals to your order but they'll remember you wanted a soda. They seem to have plenty of staff to handle the amount of orders during a rush, so idk what their issue is. I do want to mention that the food is quite good if you can manage to receive it. So, the cooks are doing a great job.

Took my order and waited 45 minutes in drive thur before getting food. The order was wrong. And we were informed at the window they soda machine was down. After they asked us what we wanted to drink. Super lame. **Decided not to support local fast food corporations in Ithaca anymore**

absolutely awful here. 40 minute wait in the drive-thru. employee was rude and standoffish with horrible attitude. employee was a woman with glasses and big red earrings. pointed at us and barely spoke. will be calling owner. fix this.

My husband is posting this: We drove up to drive thru @ 645 pm Sunday night 3/1/26. There was one car at pickup, one car ordering and us. No one was inside. The car in front of us left after waiting 6 minutes to order. We pulled up, waited another minute and a half then decided to back up and go inside to order. After entering and waiting at the register another minute and a half decided to enter our own order at the kiosk which took another couple minutes. While doing that someone came in after us and was waited on. I asked staff what was going on. They said they were busy. I was tired of waiting and went outside while my wife stayed to get our food. I noticed drive thru was backing up but starting to finally move. Waiting 10 minutes outside, I went back in because another customer was not happy either having to wait 12 minutes for one sandwich. We finally got our food after a half hour. Management was decent explaining they were busy and had grub hub and door dash orders. All fast food restaurants need to prioritize customers who come in (take your order within 1 minute - the customer should not feel like they are imposing or bothering you) and at most it should take 10 minutes to order and get your food especially if it is not busy at the time the customer arrives on drive thru or inside! Corporate needs to change the way they prioritize customers and run the business.

I stop here for lunch, and this location regularly takes up way too much of my break. I only get an hour, and more often than not, a Wendy’s run eats up a big chunk of it. Today I paid almost $10 for a “large” chili and a drink. For clarity, the large chili cup is about 3¾ inches tall. For that price, it’s essentially a small chili and a small drink, just not priced like one. I asked for less ice, and the cup was still filled completely with ice. The chili came with two small packs of crackers, which doesn’t exactly help justify the cost. There was zero communication at the window, not a hello, not a thank you. My card declined once, worked the second time, and there was no apology or explanation, just attitude. Slow service, overpriced portions, ignored requests, and poor customer service. Not worth the money and definitely not worth stopping here if you’re on a lunch break.

I ordered the chicken nugget combo and the nuggets came raw. I didn't notice until the third bite, but I thought they were strangely squishy. I'll regret coming here for the next few days that's for sure 😡

Went through drive thru. Order wasn't right. I ordered bacon double stack and got regular double stack. Fries were not very warm and quite dry. Burger was mediocre. Again, barely warm. 2 small pickle slices, very little ketchup no mustard at all. The lady at the window was not friendly. I haven't had Wendy's in years and it used to be fantastic. Has gone way down hill. Won't be back.

They need to have at least one person available there that can speak and understand ENGLISH. Slow . No one ever there at drive thru. I can see why. Need training on how to take orders and get the prices etc right. . Like this all the time

Horrible service due to the fact that nobody really speaks English. That being said leaving Google reviews doesn’t do much if you really wanna get in contact with them go online at Wendy’s wants to know (Ithaca’s store number is 224). This location really seems to have gone downhill the past couple months. It’s really annoying to not be able to communicate with the staff.

Went into to the Ithaca Wendy's at 2pm on Friday the 26th. Tried to order on the kiosk and it kicked me the first time I put my order in. Finally placed my order of 3 biggie bags and 3 frosties only to wait 20 minutes and have customers that came in after us get their food first. When our food came out the biggie bags were correct but two out of three medium frosties were the wrong size and when I went into to ask why they were all different sizes they told me that I must have hit the wrong button. I explained to them that I had made sure to hit the medium button and finally they just took one of the wrong size frosties away and put a new one in the cup carrier that was not even filled all the way. Also not a single person in that building skeaks English to a passable degree.
