Excellent service. Extremely polite. Fast. Conscientious observant staff. Food up to Whataburger standards. Well staffed and going out of their way to pay attention to customer needs. Every sentence from every employee ending with Sir. Whatever caused the prior bad reviews someone is working to fix.

Stopped in for a bite to eat while traveling. This location was SO busy the day i visited!! Yet, the service was ON POINT. We were met with smiles, eagerness to help and calmness... not to mention our order was correct and the food was just as i always expect! Good job to all!

The burger itself is good but the bun could be better. Almost every other FF place has better buns. The fries are as bad as in&out fries. Could be the worst in the industry. Butbit was clean and good service.

Foods always great but it's going to take you 30 40 minutes assuming there's almost no one there. Ive stopped coming to this location which really sucks because it's the only one on this stretch of road. If they staffed the place and paid people a little bit better they'd be doing solid.

The food was good; however, staff were very unorganized and were giving people the wrong orders. Cashier was somewhat argumentative with customers when they made the wrong order. The tables were dirty.

Prices are getting high and the size of the burger got smaller. Same diameter half as thick. Ordered a bacon cheeseburger. The wrapper had a sticker that said bacon, but there was no bacon. It's normal to have my order wrong but someone made my burger, wrapped it up, and put a bacon sticker on it knowing there was no bacon. It's beginning to feel personal.

Our experiences lately with the La Grange Whataburger have not really been good ones, which is disappointing, because we didn't have any complaints before, but the last few visits we've made, it seems there was something wrong with our order. This time, I can't let it slide as it nearly ruined my whole sandwich. I asked for toasted buns, not burnt, and I can't understand why the staff would serve these burnt buns. Luckily, I had some buns at home to replace them with, but the burnt flavor of the buns had soaked into my chicken tenders, not to mention, I lost out on some of the sauce and cheese. I’m not the kind of person who likes to complain, but this time they really pushed my patience. After waiting 40 minutes for a kids’ menu — nuggets and fries only — I got up to ask, and they had given my food to someone else. Fine, mistakes happen. But what really made me angry is that they didn’t even say “I’m sorry, we’ll get it ready right away.” They wouldn’t even look at me, like it was my fault, and with their rude faces they never apologized or anything.

Very poor quality and slow I had to wait 15 in line for breakfast i counted 7 non food people so i assume 1 person doing all food alone. This location probably loses 4500 daily from poor staffing. Last time I ate in they had 8 non food people and 3 were on break I only saw 3 handling food and it took 27min for a sweet and spicy.

Arguing out loud where everyone could here. My daughter saw one employee not wash her hands when leaving the bathroom. Leaving early instead of finishing up. Messed up my kids order. Food looks horribly thrown together. Will not stop by here again. Not at night at least.

Waited over 30 minutes in the drive through only to have a girl at the window say Pull forward, without even an attempt at basic courtesy. Management needs to take a few notes from the customer service at any random Chick-fil-A after they get their kitchen in order.

This is my first ever review and I feel like people need to know to avoid this location if you want to continue to have a great day. The General Manager there is extremely rude and does not know how to delegate his employees. When I got my order from the wonderful staff I noticed my fries were soggy and cold. I don’t normally complain about my food and would normally suck it up but these were just unacceptable. I waited in line and when it was my turn I asked the General Manager if I could have my fries cooked longer or replaced. Before I could even finish my request he rolls his eyes and snatches the fries out my hand. He then aggressively throws them into the trash. He dumps out fries that were sitting in the heater and grabs a large and throws it into a bag and shoves the bag in my hand. I thought it may be a one off thing but he continues to throw people trays on their tables and walk away with an attitude; not even offering condiments. I understand a lunch rush was just starting but that does not give this boy the authority to treat his customers and employees the way he did. I would have expected this behavior from a teen employee. Not a General Manager. If you see the Caucasian boy with a beard, glasses, bald, has a general manager tag; don’t even bother trying to be polite.
