⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great coffee and friendly service! I recently stopped by this Starbucks, and it’s definitely a great spot! The staff was super friendly and efficient, even during a busy morning rush. My order was prepared perfectly, and the atmosphere was cozy and welcoming. The location is convenient, right off the highway, which makes it a great stop for commuters. Plenty of seating inside if you’re looking to hang out or get some work done. Overall, a great experience—I’ll definitely be back!

I have gone to the Lavon Starbucks many times now, sometimes multiple times a day lol. The staff are all nice and so incredible! They all know my name and my drink! They always make me smile. Shout out to Adam, Shawna, David, Sammy and all the team! I know I'm forgetting a few names but the entire team deserves kudos! I work at this location sometimes too so I can get out of my home office. I see the camaraderie between them and they all seem happy and to be having a good time. It's refreshing. Thanks for everything!!

The staff at Starbucks provided excellent service when I ordered my chai tea latte. Without any promotional offer or request, they kindly brought my drink right to my table. The chai tea latte arrived fresh, at the perfect temperature, and tasted flavorful and creamy—exactly as expected from Starbucks. Their attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile made the visit pleasant. Reliable service and thoughtful presentation always make a difference!

Mobile ordering experience. This is a new location with lots of learning opportunities for staff. I don’t want to be presumptuous thinking they should be “perfect” like I was told today. A paying customer maybe shouldn’t expect perfection but when cheated out of a paid item expecting something in return is not presumptuous. If a prepaid order cannot be fulfilled fully, inform your mobile customer. Starbucks is a higher standard than Taco Bell. Product experience: line the cup has been dump in cup, americano expresso with cream top shouldn’t look like a Java chiller from Sonic. Other locations know this.

October 5th 10:25 I waited for my drink for 20 minutes, I went to ask the cashier I waited 20 minutes for my drink, she replied I have to wait more and answered very disrespectfully to me and seeing that I am Asian. But actually my drink was finished a long time ago, they hid my drink inside, but the staff worked very unprofessionally.

Ive been sick past few days, The first thing i wanted to have was Matcha when I could finally get out of the house. My experience was terrible. David rushed me while I was trying to order, apparently there were changes in the ingredients that I wasn’t aware of neither I asked for the explanation. When i came to the window to pay I wasn’t able to see the keypad cs of the reflection of sun. Barista gave me a look & very rudely said “it’s asking you a question Mam”. I said “I feel like you’re trying to rush me, I couldn’t even order my drink properly” he just gave me a look and said “OKAY”. Starbucks really need to do better training. I only remember Starbucks giving the best customer service out of the places before I started coming to this location. Never coming back again..

I’ve never left a review before, much less one like this, but I come to this Starbucks all the time and normally have a great experience and the staff is amazing and makes the best drinks in the area, but today I was treated horribly by one of the drive-thru employees. He had a nasty attitude from the start, actually scolded me at the window for my drink choice, gave me the wrong drink, and refused to give me the bread I ordered — claiming I “didn’t ask for it,” even though it was part of my order. I didn’t argue, but I was so uncomfortable that I had to park and go inside just to fix what he messed up. Thankfully, the blonde boy inside was very sweet and helped me right away. But the boy with the dark long, messy hair was incredibly rude and dismissive. I felt disrespected and honestly shocked by how I was spoken to. I’ve never been treated like this at any Starbucks before. It was unacceptable, and I hope management takes this seriously — because no customer should ever be treated that way.

Excited for this store to be closer but my 4th time coming and hoping that service would improve. DEFINITELY disappointing, they NEVER have what you want in stock and the service is not STAR Bucks Quality . The employees do not ask for your name, when your drink is ready you will never know unless you are literally standing there watching their every move. Never seen/had bad service ever with a start bucks until now.

If you want, your drink made right do not go to this location. They have messed up everything from a Java chip to a caramel Frappuccino to most recently hot chocolate that I got from my entire family, which basically tasted like mud water. I’m very disappointed as I have been a Starbucks customer for over 30 years, but this location makes me hate the entire chain. I’ve tried to give them a chance after chance after chance, but they always find a way to disappoint me or my family.

Starbucks happens to be one of those places where the quality of the service doesn’t lineup with the quality of the coffee than the whole thing is pretty much a disappointing experience. Let’s face it, you’re paying between five to $10 for a cup of coffee and then you throw in another dollar to five dollar tip to make sure that the experience is as painless as possible, considering the cost. After all, it is typically good coffee. But when barista is turned into auto bots and can’t distinguish the difference between an extended name and or a shorten name, and then act as though there is no other way to validate an order, then you do have to consider that the quality of the service is fairly bad. I especially like the reciprocity of specificity over a name versus a short named and the unsubtle nature that leaves you wondering how much discussion is gonna be had after a customer debates their own name. I keep it simple here because apparently the staff can’t figure out much beyond making a cup of coffee that includes the human touch.

This location is not up to the Starbucks standard I frequently use the mobile app and 4 out of 5 times they always leave off the food. I know they get busy but when I am sitting there watching the staff converse and lean on the counters while my drinks are sitting on the counter that tells me that the order came through. Girl with the red hair finally starts to work on my food, the barista with long dark hair and glasses asked if I was waiting on food I replied with a yes and she asks the red headed girl if she had an order for me and her response was WORKING ON IT! She brings it to the counter I thanked her and she just walks off. Most of the staff is friendly just not sufficient. Drinks are not the best at this location either. Unfortunately this seems to be the standard for most of the places around here.

My mocha frappe was absolutely horrible. I've never had this experience before, but I actually tossed out the entire thing it was so bitter that I couldn't stomach the taste at all. I was in a rush which is why I ordered via the app and set a desired time specifically but It was 20 mins after the time when I received the mess of a frappe, and it was then tossed to the trash bc It was so nasty. Bad to worse morning thanks to that experience, unfortunately I didn't have my morning caffeine at all either.
