What a gem. Cute ambiance, amazing music, wide variety of hot and cold drinks. I recommend their fresh orange juice and chocolate fondue.
Quirky window decor grabbed our attention, glad it did! We went in and shared a yummy chicken Caesar salad, a fondue with roasted mushrooms and potatoes, and a focaccia sandwich. Caramel roibos iced tea. Beautiful, peaceful laid-back space....
I wanted to hydrate and I sure did. We came in with our 3 kids and had each picked out a flavor of tea. We didn't realize they brought you a while pot for each one so beware. We had A LOT of tea. They were very yummy and they brought honey to sweeten. The only thing is they have a cat hanging out. I was okay, but I am SUPER allergic so beware. They have the place well ventilated so I was fine. so in case you do have allergies, take your meds before coming here.
Great place for a tea. They have a variety of options, small portion is a pot that gives you about three cups, which is more than enough. The cheesecake we've tried was also good, but this place is mostly about the tea.
Came to Merida for vacation with my family and we found this gem next to our hotel. I suggest you try all of their teas as well as their food because it does not disappoint.
Beautiful interior, like stepping back in time or being transported to another place! The tea is alright, but if I lived in Merida I would come hang out here just for the ambiance! It makes up for anything off!
I came to this cafe many times. They have an incredible selection of tea at amazing prices. The ambiance is amazing and there are even a few cats to keep you company. In all of my travels this was my favorite cafe to work at

It's a nice quiet little spot in the beautiful downtown of Merida, wonderful to come in and unwind, drink some tea or coffee, and enjoy the company of the polite staff and their beautiful kitties.

Totally brilliant! Any people traveling to Mérida, Yucatán, México, you must pay a visit to this sweet little café. The two brothers (Mario, and Ramón) that own, and operate the Casa De Te, they will always treat you with the most upmost kindness, and are the most friendly people you want to meet. I have been coming to their café for many years, and look very forward to many more years of enjoying Casa De Te <3
Enjoyed a delicious chocolate and fig jam crepe and pot of white tea in this funky relaxed spot. Resident cat is a personality.
The spot is wonderful. It seems to be out of the world and out of the time. The menu has a lot of choice. The problem is the service. Very slow and people working there are not very friendly. It looks strange but also if I loved the place, when I left I felt better.
