There is a wide variety of spare parts and tools for cell phone repair, it's a shame they don't offer a warranty.
Pure cheap stuff
They don't give a guarantee and the parts are cheap, but out of 4 cell phones I bought parts, 2 failed, so they are not of good quality, but they are very cheap.
Mal servicio, no lo recomiendo
I buy at least five items from them daily, including screens and other parts, and while I'm not their biggest customer, I am a regular one. However, their service is terrible. I don't know if it's the same in all their branches, but at least in Mérida, Yucatán, it's awful. Their employees never know where the delivery drivers are, or they tell you they're not part of their company, and deliveries can take anywhere from one to three hours. When you ask, they get annoyed and say they have no communication with the driver. However, they can cancel an order with a message, but they can't give you an estimated delivery time. It's a shame that despite doing good business, they've become such an arrogant company. Or perhaps the owners don't know what kind of employees they have. Whatever the reason, for those of us in the repair shop who work in this field, they do have good parts, but if you can buy them elsewhere, all the better.
