Dei miei amici ci hanno parlato benissimo di questo ristorante e devo dire avevamo veramente ragione,un ambiente cordiale,ben arredato con tante sale e con una cucina di qualità,io personalmente ho mangiato il risotto con i funghi porcini più buono in assoluto veramente eccezionale,ho preso un antipasto sempre con funghi e altre specialità che hanno reso la cena fantastica ,non parliamo del dolce veramente eccezionale da leccare i baffi 😋
Sono stato diverse volte in questo ristorante pizzeria, sia in coppia che in compagnia. Location informale ma ben arredata, soprattutto nella sala al piano inferiore, che solitamente viene aperta nel weekend quando i numerosi coperti comunque non bastano. Personale cortese e disponibile. Cibo ottimo: sia la cucina che la pizza sono di qualità. Antipasti, primi e secondi di terra e di mare, ben presentati, e ampia scelta di pizze. Buoni anche i dolci. Quando si presenta l'occasione ci torno volentieri e esco sempre soddisfatto. In zona senza dubbio è tra i migliori. Qualità/prezzo eccellente.
Ci sono stato per un pranzo di lavoro feriale. Conoscevo il ristorante perché molto famoso in zona, soprattutto per matrimoni ed altri eventi e per la sua cucina. Il posto ha mantenuto il suo aspetto di ristorante di ottimo livello anche nel passare degli anni e la qualità della cucina è stata ottima anche per il pranzo di lavoro. Prezzo in linea con normali menù di lavoro, ma il vino non è incluso.

We arrived very late in the evening, asking if we could have dinner again. They greeted us with kindness, courtesy, professionalism, and enthusiasm. Excellent food, attentive and competent staff. It's a shame we're 250 km away, otherwise we'd be regulars.
Friends recommended this restaurant to me. The dining room is very welcoming and quiet despite the large crowd. The service was very quick and courteous. We had two fish appetizers, a mixed grill of fish, and a mixed fried fish. The ingredients were top-quality, cooked, and presented beautifully. Another special mention goes to the truly exquisite homemade desserts. Special compliments to Chef Alessandro for his excellent cuisine. I highly recommend this restaurant.
✨ A Saturday night to remember✨ While the rest of the table enjoyed pizza and fritto misto, bread, and battered vegetables, I chose a different path... and it was worth it! At Crugnolino - Crugnola Varese, a non-gluten-free but decidedly 🌾celiac-friendly🌾 restaurant, they made me feel welcomed, listened to, and pampered. I ate delicious seafood rice, then grilled octopus on pea cream: tender, flavorful, perfectly cooked. Accompanied by potatoes, it finished beautifully with a velvety crème brulee 😍😋. The staff was incredibly attentive, finding solutions so I could enjoy the portion for two. They even provided a thoughtful gift: a packet of Sacher crackers. And the company? Great 💫. My friends even put off their appetizers so I wouldn't have to eat alone. I felt like a normal person, like everyone else—and it was wonderful to experience moments like this. Excellent food, special company, impeccable service. Thank you Crugnolino, I'll definitely be back!
A well-known restaurant in the area, we returned after some time and found the ingredients to be high-quality and the dishes presented in modern, timeless styles, such as the porcini mushroom risotto (excellent, with plenty of mushrooms). The portions are more than generous, and the fried calamari was dry and well-made. We tried the prosciutto with burrata and fried gnocco; the purple potato gnocchi with saffron sauce; and the seafood calamarata, in addition to the other dishes already mentioned. Finally, the desserts are well-executed and a fitting end to a lunch (or dinner) with friends. The atmosphere is spacious and quiet, with friendly, helpful staff who are always available to answer any questions.
Top restaurant! The food is excellent. The staff is very kind and helpful. Every dish is carefully prepared and delicious. Every time I'm in the area, I always stop here.
We were just passing through the area and stumbled upon this restaurant. No regrets whatsoever! The meal was excellent! The setting is lovely (we ate on the terrace) and, after our noisy, smoking neighbors left, we were able to enjoy our delicious meal in peace and quiet. The dessert was also divine ❤️ A truly delightful and refined way to end our vacation. An important point to note: despite the train station being right across the street, no trains passed by while we were there. Perhaps it's an old station? We highly recommend it!

A very large restaurant with three rooms (main, veranda, and tavern), plus a porch and garden in the summer. Very good pizza, including the whole wheat version. Wide selection of wines, including a few craft beers. Excellent cuisine with a constantly updated menu. Desserts are freshly prepared, all homemade. Service is fast, friendly, and cheerful. The owners are always available to answer any questions, within their means. Prices are average. I recommend them to everyone.
You can prefer this place for lunch. You can try traditional Italian pizzas in a stone oven. And You have to try the seafood plate for the starter. A decent and beautiful place. I advise.

Mi sono stupito dalla pulizia del locale e della velocità di cui sono servito. Piatti abbondanti preparati al momento. Tanta gente scrive giorno di chiusura martedì che non è vero magari hanno cambiato gli orari. Allego le 📸

A classic old-fashioned restaurant that's still that way... Fish is the main focus, with classic, well-established dishes. Average pizza, a bit dry. The place has plenty of seating, plenty of staff, but a bit impersonal, with an assembly-line approach. No gimmicks, no praise.
The exterior and the downstairs dining area are beautiful, while the upstairs dining area, while very spacious, elegant, and well-air-conditioned, appears a bit out of place in terms of decor. I recommend paying a little more attention to cleaning the dust from the wooden edges of the walls near the tables. The presentation of the dishes is very refined, meticulous, and captivating. The first courses are very flavorful and well-prepared, as are the desserts. The appetizers are beautiful to look at but lackluster in flavor. The waiter is kind and attentive, while the owners are a bit austere.
Friendly and professional staff, but alas, that's where the positives end. Group dinner, ending with a Montezuma dinner for everyone. Avoid.
Overall, a good, rich seafood appetizer. The spaghetti with clams was not good; the shells were still frozen and free of mint, and not at all flavorful. The desserts were delicious. The prices were high.
