Cafe La Fe New York Reviews
Favorite coffee shop now! It's one of the places where you can go and feel different being there, drinking your coffee, reading and listening worship music. It is served with true love by a Christian woman. The place, service, ambience, price is great. Try the tres leches cake 🥧🤍 God bless
Super cozy and friendly coffeeshop with empanadas and tons of options. I got the rose revival iced latte. Also a good place to bring kids as they have children’s books here and crayons. They also had mugs for sale. There’s something for everyone here.
There is power in this café and it’s a Holy one. I love this café, not only for the amazing drinks that is being made with love🥰🥺! Before the fact that this place is literally a spiritual cleanse of goodness and purity ! Every time I walk in here, my energy just finds peace immediately. That’s what a café should do. The fact that this is in the heart of LES is such a blessing . Please come here and please support you will never regret it . My favorite drinks are the passionfruit and strawberry Matcha! I also had the rose coffee yesterday 100/100
Delicious food and drinks and exceptional service!! The food is full of flavor and made FRESH! I highly recommend the pink sauce as well, so yummy. It is such a nice spot to have a nice bite and unwind, it feels like being in a cozy living room while having a home cooked meal. The empanadas are also the best in the neighborhood!
Greek coffee with great service.l. It's a tiny place, but you can sit outside and do people watching the coffee the ice coffee is very strong, but very good and the owner is super nice. They have also other stuff like ice cream, flan strawberry, macha and others. I haven't tried sit outside drink coffee and if it's nice outside enjoy the view
EXCELLENT COFFEE SHOP!!! Owned and operated by a single mom—you can feel the love in the room ❤️😌 excellent coffee and baked empanadas. You will leave feeling lifted for the rest of your day—truly a beam of light in the lower east side. Rare to see
A wonderful and peaceful place that I can come and enjoy a delicious Belgium hot chocolate and a chicken empanada (the best I have ever had) (:😍
The empanadas are great, espcially if you can wait for them to be freshly baked. There are a lot of drink options and they can be customized them to your liking. The owner is very pleasant and so nice! My friend and I love coming here.
I'm lucky to have found this place as it will definitely be my new coffee, latte, breakfast, and empanada place whenever I am in the area! The empanadas are what brought us to this place and they are out of this world delicious - easily the best I've ever had. So much so that we went back three days in a row so I could take some home to Philly with me. We've had all three kinds of empanadas and they are all good. We tried the coffee and being a chai lover, we went with the "David" which has 3 shots of expresso and chai and it was absolutely the best. Woke us right up, which is what we needed! We've also tried the 'deluxe' coffee place right next door and honestly Cafe La Fe's lattes were better AND less expensive - the La Colombe coffee she uses is delicious. The owner is a sweetheart and you can tell wants to make her customers happy and innovate new ideas of things to offer. She is a talented cook (as evidence by these awesome empanadas) and can't wait to see what she comes with next!
Cute little shop where the owner was super nice. We had some bubble tea that was absolutely delicious (peach guava passionfruit). The interior was small but homely i would absolutely recommend this to anyone passing by
Delicious arepas and empanadas that are great for a pick me up or a meal!! I got the chicken empanada which came with a sauce and the beef and cheese arepa that also came with a tomato avocado one. Really nice employees too and was so surprised they have La Colombe coffee! Def going back for a draft latte
I am obsessed with this humble, faith-based cafe! The drink and pastry I ordered were well made and not overbearing. I would recommend supporting this local business.

I had a wonderful experience at Cafe La Fe. The vibe was awesome and gave me motivation to start my own business. I love the set up and the pink coffee pot that caught my eye. The scriptures were very encouraging and the worship karaoke was so fun and much needed. I definitely recommend a day date or intimate outing with your besties. Show love to the owner who is a believer and a mother making good coffee and giving good advice!
GREAT cafe with excellent espresso and empanadas. The vibe is so positive and it feels good to support our local community. Especially when it’s so delicious! The owner grew up on the Lower East Side and still lives there. Definitely stop in for a treat!
The most sweetest part of LOWER EAST SIDE! There is so much beauty within the coffee I get poured over with a side of love and advice from a powerful owner. I love coming here everyday either for an empanada or a boba tea. I love coming here to prepare myself for a great day ahead of me. Take my advice and give this place an opportunity to continue to shine. Very impressed and will be coming back!
If you want a cozy Cafe Vibe where Coffee meets Boba, this is your spot! Fast and convenient just outside the 2nd Ave (F train) line. The food is also great, my favorite is the baked Spinach Empanada! Easy grab and go to pair with the amazing Taro Cappuccino! Makes me feel heavenly blessed!
If I was in the area, I’d be here all the time. It would be my new third space and makes an amazing third space for believers in Christ! The empanadas were my absolute fave, finished it FAST! Ms. Yarissa has such a beautiful spirit, and I can’t wait to come visit again!
The owner is so welcoming and very sweep. Her food is always delicious, and the drinks are amazing. You can tell she puts care into what she makes. #Blessed & Caffeinated
Awesom! A bit of heaven in Fe Cafe.. Cozy welcoming. Owner is Gracious to all her customers. Teas are teas, but the tea was just right. The atmosphere makes you feel like you're seated in high places. Tres Leche and flan are deliciously sinful...It truly a uplifting place. Looking forward to going again and again.
The best vibes at this magical gem in the East Village/Lower East side. This is a small business with a beautiful mission of spreading love & light to the neighborhood and I highly recommend you stop by for a pick me up 💖

the only way to improve as a business owner is feedback from customer. the drinks looked great and i heard good feedback on the empanadas however the boba drink needs improvement. i got a ube boba tea and it tasted nothing like it. the tapioca balls we’re hard, almost tasted uncooked. even for the size, the drink was overpriced compared to most boba places.

I recently enjoyed a delightful brunch at Cafe La Fe! The Chicken Empanada was absolutely delicious, and the Matcha Latte was just what I needed. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. The café has a cozy vibe that’s perfect for a laid-back morning, and the noise level was just right for easy conversation. We spent about $13 per person, which felt like a great deal for such a lovely meal. I can’t recommend it enough!
It’s sad to see so much AI art across nyc when we’re a hub of culture and the arts. a real artist or photographer should be hired instead of making logos and promotions via artificial intelligence that produces off stolen art. I get the appeal because margins are tough and it’s cheap— but it’s built on taking real people’s creations without their consent or compensation, and it’s soulless.
