This is my local coffee shop and it never misses. The drinks are always great, whether it’s tea or coffee, and you won’t find better matcha or Dubai chocolate anywhere on the UES. Natasha the barista is amazing at what she does and always gets the drinks just perfect . Super friendly staff, cozy vibe, and an easy place to keep coming back to.Love it!

I love and adore this spot, I hope it never goes away! I have been grabbing my dulce de leche coffee, too good to go pastries (pastel de nata is WOW), and my turmeric lattes (my fav) at this place for over a year now, and it is always SO yummy. The barista is always super sweet and the ambiance is a small, cozy, clean spot, that is perfect for doing work (or sitting in mere reverie) without the adjacent sound of typing keyboards (hint for writers, it is hard to find a place like that in NYC now).

Quaint coffee shop. Stopped in for the pastel de nata- it was sooo delicious! Also got a pistachio latte that was made to perfection. Large variety of syrups and pastries. Friendly service

I visited this cafe several times and I enjoyed work here, great coffee, wide selection of syrups and pastry is great! Spinach swirl and pastel de nata is the best! Staff is very friendly and the atmosphere is calming, music was also great, definitely must visit if you around.

Le Reveil is my new go-to. Natasha the best barista in the neighborhood—makes every cup with care, and it shows. Great coffee, super cozy vibe, and a perfect pastel de nata to go with it. Highly recommend.

I stopped by this Coffee place on a scorching hot evening looking for something refreshing, and I'm so glad I did. I ordered a matcha (not coffee!) and was helped by a staff member who was genuinely warm, kind, and attentive. She took the time to walk me through options, made helpful recommendations, and didn't hesitate when I came back to ask for extra ice. She was just lovely. They also had some really nice treats, like matcha balls and chocolate bites etc which looked fresh and thoughtfully made. The whole vibe of the place was cool, relaxed, and seemed to offer a quality selection. I'll definitely be going back next time I'm in the area. Great experience all around

Coffee is average but the Pastéis de Nata (Portuguese Custard Tarts) are 10/10. Worth visiting for that alone. Seating is limited.

Great coffee and the leek and parmesan bistro pastry is to die for. Friendly server. Small but cozy. There are a few chairs outside.

Lovely little space!! Nice rustic ambiance. Directly Infront of the Q train escalators. The only thing is, it is narrow inside, and hard to get past any other customers to look at the products pastry case in the back however if there are other customers that is clearly a good sign. There is not much outdoors seating there's a small bench outside the door. There is a long wooden table inside and a window bench. the iced coffee is very bold--excellent with a small sweet pastry to taste.

Turkish coffee, pastel de nata and Nutella bomboloni. All delicious and served hot and fresh-baked. Long narrow coffee shop with a nice shared table space and two seat window bar. Easy grab and go but also has the ambience and comfort to sit and stay. A few bistro tables outside as well

They are a little hidden with the scaffolding on the building. Nice eggs dishes, we split the avocado toast and it was perfect with our coffee choices. They also have gelato which looked amazing in a day like today.

Fun cozy coffee shop that also serves sandwiches (pre-made and some to order) as well as pastries/baked goods. What immediately stands out is how clean it is and the food options. Coffees were tasty and the workers are nice. Can be a little slow service when busy, but at the same time that would mean this place is good so keep that in mind.

It’s best to get things to-go as there is very little limited seating in this quaint coffee shop. It’s admirable that Le Reveil participates in “Too Good to Go.” You can sample their pastries at a fraction of the regular prices.

Cozy spot with excellent pastries just meet my sweetness level which is not like most bakery’s way too much sugar .

"I am currently exploring various coffee shops in NYC. I recently visited this coffee shop that was advertised as a French cafe, but it turned out to be quite different. The only French thing about it was the "Le" in its name. The coffee they served was Colombian and not up to the mark. Even the Latte I ordered was not good. I had to add about five packets of sugar to make it drinkable. The pastries they had were quite basic. The service was lovely. If you are advertising yourself as a French Cafe, you should present yourself as one. Overall, I would rate this place with a C."
