Two Boots Pizza New York Reviews
Since December of 2025, an employee by the name of Elizabeth has turned this location around with good customer service and fast at providing fresh food. They need more employees like her. Job well done
Elizabeth in the drive-thru is absolutely awesome! She’s always so informative, patiently reads my order back to make sure everything is correct, and has such a positive attitude. Little interactions like that truly make my day. Great customer service!
Everyone at this location was fantastic. Great customer service very professional very neat and clean. I enjoy coming to this place. I live right down the road and I refuse to go anywhere else. The manager is Nora kudos. She is the best of the best if I was in management upper management, I will pay attention lady well and keep her on my staff. She’s wonderful of what she does.
The food is good. They literally ignore the drive through and hope you drive away. I sat for 10 minutes and then just drove up. I only got served because I parked in front of the window. Probably should just go to a different Popeyes if you want food.
Online delivery order paid with ApplePay. Error occurred and I was charged twice. Nobody from Popeyes would or could help me. I finally received an email saying the 2nd charge was an error but did not process. Not true according to my bank records. They took my money and basically refused to help or even apologize. Thankfully that email will help my bank dispute the invalid charge.
I've been to this Popeyes two or three times. Every time I come here, their drive-thru window is closed and they make you come inside. Unfortunately, I could barely understand any of the workers there as they speak very little English. The atmosphere is run down and the kitchen area looks pretty dirty. I do like Popeye's food, but this location is run very poorly.
I was highly disappointed we waited in line a good 15 min and I consider myself a patient person but no one said "we will be right with you" or even acknowledged us in any shape or form. I can understand they seem to be short staffed but still make time to address the customers. After waiting almost 20 min we ordered and got our food it was not up to the normal standards I'm use to. The dining area was not the cleanest but we sat and ate quickly and left. Probably safe to say we will not be return to this location. I love Popeyes but this location really disappointed me.
Slow drive-thru. It took nearly 30 minutes to to get my order. 22 minutes after placing the order and there were only 6 cars in line. EDIT: The boilerplate responses to all the bad reviews (including mine) is telling about the location. "We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, we will..." but never a request for further info or direct contact to get more details. There are some genuinely nice people working there that are trying very hard, but they are put in a bad position by poor management and lack of support. I didn't rate service because it shouldn't reflect on the counter and kitchen staff. There should be a management category, which would be 1 star. Poor preparation and training.
This is by far the worst Popeyes in existence. It's almost like the employees are trying to get this place closed down. I was missing a biscuit with my meal, and then they decided to inform me that they didn't have any to include with the order, but they still charged me as if I was getting a full meal. They wouldn't even offer a different item to replace it. The whole kitchen looked dirty and disgusting. Workers were not wearing gloves at times and wiping their noses and not washing their hands afterward.
Yall need to shut this location down! Manager threw my order at me because SHE MESSED MY ORDER UP! I spent 40$ on a 3 piece meal and two tender meals she left out my sides and when u told her she was mad then I asked for white meat they gave me dark so I sent it back and when she came back she literally threw my order at me! If you don’t like your job QUIT! How could you possibly be a manager with that disgusting attitude! I don’t even feel comfortable eating the food at this point. I’m going to simply go somewhere else! Do better Popeyes!
Unpleasant experience I had at this location. I placed my order and, in the middle of the payment process, the cashier left me alone. I picked up my receipt and the first cup I saw for my drink, then walked over to fill it at the soda fountain. While I was doing that, I was called back to the register, and I returned without hesitation. You can check the security cameras to verify this sequence of events. What followed was unacceptable. The staff took away the cup I had already filled with soda and told me I had to pay for an “extra” drink. I explained that nobody handed me a cup—I simply took the first one I saw, as I had not been guided or assisted at the register. I also pointed out that the cup was already used and could not be reused or given to another customer, but they ignored this and insisted I pay again. What I received in response was a rude and disrespectful attitude, which made me feel blamed for a situation that was clearly the result of poor customer service and lack of staff communication. I strongly believe this was not handled properly. I ended up being treated unfairly and made to feel as if I had done something wrong, when in fact, the lack of assistance and guidance from your staff was the real issue
i love popeyes so much but this location ruins everything. i ordered a delivery order from the app on october 10th. i ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with extra spicy sauce and with fries and mac and cheese. with my points i got a free coleslaw. when it came the sandwich was cold, they didn’t get my coleslaw, and they got me a non spicy sandwich. i submitted a report and they never contacted me back. this place was at a 2.7 stars a week ago and now it’s at 3. it’s very clear the employees are putting 5 stars with multiple accounts. most of the newest reviews are the same name. “eddie muniz” “nora reyes.” honestly this is the worst location ever. i just want my money back for my order which u guys have failed to do that. i’ve already submitted another request.
I’ve visited the location at 2776 E Eldorado Pkwy, Little Elm, TX 75068 3 times and each time the service is SLOW & horrible!!! What in the world is going on at this Popeyes? I don’t experience this at any other location. You wait a long time in the drive thru and also if you decide to go inside. This store needs to shut down. Sorry not sorry. I will never patronize this establishment again. Absolutely disgraceful!!
No one was at the drive through window to take orders we saw a car leave in front of us, but we decided to wait. There wasn’t a wait or people inside. After a couple minutes we decided to pull up to the window instead to get some service since no one greeted us at the drive through menu. We waited for a minute or two and the workers inside just ended up looked at us and kept walking by not acknowledging us after waiting patiently.
If u want good customer service DON’T COME HERE!!!!! I order a 10 piece w/2 large sides and biscuits, I asked for a lot of honey hot sauce and ketchup she gave me 4 of each so I asked for more seeing that I just spent $25 on my food I would think she would show some kind of common sense NOPE she already had a bad attitude from the start and then got real disrespectful…the food I give u 2 stars….the worst Popeyes I have ever experience!!!! Get rid of that little girl in the drive thru 6:30 10/31/25
We pulled up and waited for 10 minutes at the speaker and they said we would have to put in a mobile order because their system was done. We put in the mobile order. Waited at the window for 30 minutes and they said now they shut off the equipment to close 2 hours early. So we would have to ask for a refund online since it’s a mobile order. Avoid this Popeyes at all cost. Very rude staff and not helpful through the process. Saw them yelling at another customer inside.
Couldn't understand a lick of what the lady was saying in the drive-thru. Her English was almost non-existent. My husband can speak Spanish. He asked if she wanted to communicate that way (although, we shouldn't have to). There was no response for some time... my husband said "hello" and she shouted to come to the window. We left.
On 1/03/2026 approx. 6pm. Family and I went through drive thru. There were 2 cars in front of us, and 20 minutes went by, and no vehicles moved nor received their order. I decided to call the store to ask what was taking so long and the person that answered stated they were busy and that he/she was the only one there. Clearly the young employees at this Popeyes location were not concerned with completing their orders. I usually go to the Popeye's in Frisco on 423 and Lebanon Rd. and have never received this type of service/treatment. I highly recommend to go to this location instead of the one in Little Elm off Eldorado. Sadly I live in Little Elm and would like to support our stores here, but not with this type of service. Will be a while before trying this location again.
I don't understand after so many bad reviews management doesn't get this location together. I honestly believe they give fresh chicken to whom they want and old chicken to others. The last few times I have went, the chicken taste like it had been sitting all day. They absolutely should not be in business as well as those that live close by shouldn't have to go out to Frisco just to get fresh food. Get it together
Bad service! I pulled up to the drive thru speaker only to find out they are not taking orders at the window and I would have to come inside. From the time I placed my order to the time the food was jn my hand was 55 minutes. I order a chicken sandwich meal. There was 3 people in front of me, and eventually there was about 10 people waiting with me for their orders. There was 3 employees working and they were moving but no orders were coming out. Then we discovered call in and Uber eats orders had precedent over live bodies. I will never go back to this location. I stopped on my way to work thinking I would have 25 or so minutes before I had to clock in. Instead I was 40 minutes late. Shame on u Popeye's!
If I could give 0 stars I would. Sat in the drive thru for almost 1 hour. Finally got to the window and even though I had a mobile order put in over 90 minutes ago at this point, it wasn’t ready and they didn’t have half of the things I wanted. Staff was extremely unprofessional and didn’t care that we were waiting for such a long time. Never going here again. Rude, disrespectful, and not worth my money or time
The kitchen area was a mess, with grease buildup and food scraps everywhere. It’s hard to enjoy the food when you’re worried about how it’s being handled. On top of that, the service was painfully slow.
This place is terrible and it's because of the teenage boys that work here behind the register counter. I have a part time side hustle working for DoorDash. On (December 21 at 12:10 pm) I had an order from this specific Popeyes location. When I went inside to pick up the order, the young boy about 15-19 years old, tan skin, short, dark straight hair, possibly asian or mixed race was extremely rude to me. He literally wanted me to make the food order for him by handing me an empty cup to fill up and by handing me empty food containers to put the food in. Excuse me? That is not my job that is your job. My job is to pick up the food order and drive to the customers residence and deliver. YOUR JOB is to make the food and put the food in the delivery/to go bag for me to pick up. That whole "team" of disrespectful teenage boys need to be fired because they also had other customers irritated by their lack of competency and lack of time management. They don't know what they are doing at all and it affects customer satisfaction.
My child dad order online the fright night at Freddy’s combo. We went and they claim they ran out of the cupcakes and the cheese bites so I ask for a refund the manager was like I can substitute the order for something else and then when I told her what I want we she proceeded to say well I have to cancel my order online which I couldn’t do so. All I can say is this location need to ran with people that 1 speak English and 2 better customer service. And I need my refund back asap
I ordered food online (app)from Popeyes at a Little Elm, Texas location. The location stated that their system was down and we did not receive the food nor a refund! The location is stating we need to reach out to customer service because there is nothing they can do about it (because it was done online) And the online support is stating the situation has been resolved. It HAS NOT!! This is unacceptable and I should not have to jump through hoops to rectify Popeyes’ mistake. Not to mention no one speaks proper English when you call the location. Not to be harsh but the manager should be able to fully understand and communicate while trying to resolve issues. That is impossible if he doesn’t know full English.
I called to share my order ta ken at 5:35 pm was made incorrectly because I requested 3 classic Tuesday deal combos. Instead, I was given spicy for my young children. I spoke with the woman who took the order through the drive through. She had an attitude, refused to give me her name and walked away from the phone speaking Spanish and hung up the phone. This is the second bad experience I've had with them. I'm really taken aback how this place is still open with the major lack of professionalism and customer service skills. It's unfortunate I can't share anything positive. I've learned my lesson and will never spend our money at this Popeyes location. Thank goodness there's others near by.
They close before the time to close. They take forever to respond at drive thru. Inside mobile pick-up takes forever. Seems like they are making one meal at a time but have four employees working very disorganized which is a result of poor management skills. No sense of order cleanliness walking slow. Everybody looks confused like they have no idea what they’re doing. Pour overall they don’t even deserve like one Starr an employee drinking out of a cup while working on food Hispanics speak in Spanish to one another like having conversations it’s terrible Service
