Not only is she patient with people like me, who take awhile to decide what they want! She spoke nice, loud and clear so everyone was on the same page about the order. She let us customize and add things without any pushback and made the experience so good I had to leave a 5 star google review for her!
Wait at the drive-thru was pretty long. I had to wait a bit and after ordering I knew why, staffing. Associate taking orders was same taking orders outside. Not sure if she was also making the food. Knowing how hard associate was working and understaffed, i am not leaving a bad review. Not her fault pandemic is going on.
The store has a very dead inside experience, the lobby is usually empty, as the kiosk is there and the store doesn't necessarily promote face to face ordering inside the store, but the food is always perfectly made here and the people usually seem to be in good mood while providing service.
I'm having a really hard time understanding these negative reviews. This location is phenomenal. I will go out of my way to order here when I get a craving for the bell. The staff is always polite. orders are always correct, and the food is straight out of a photo shoot. I have been going here since this place first opened and they have done nothing but improve since day one. Best damn taco bell in illinois. Seriously the food is literally made perfect every time. It's like corporate HQ is in the basement or something.
Young man working the drive thru window at 2:30am is a great employee and an asset to your company. Friendly and efficient, appreciate the quality service especially at that time of the night
Been here multiple times and this location is superior unlike north Plainfield store. The workers are friendly and the ingredient amount in each burrito or taco is always plentiful and satisfying.
Taco Bell just brought back the decades menu and I honestly could not be more hype, I absolutely love Taco Bell despite the fact it does not ever love you back. Decent prices, they keep the line down here, and the night crew has the best attitude around, the day crew gets a 7.2/10 it’s alright they’re just not the same as the night dwellers are
This is a really good Taco Bell location. The staff is always friendly and food is fresh and orders are accurate.
Customer service was excellent, as we did not know how to manage kiosk and employee helped us through it. I will probably only order through drive through in the future though.
Love this Taco Bell they never messed up our order until today and I’ve been going since August. I don’t eat meat but they put meat in my burrito even though it was a cheesy bean burrito good thing I didn’t bite into it :) they were so great at fixing this problem and everyone there is nice and seems to care about their job I’m not mad they messed up my ordering considering I come consistently and this is the first time!
It's the Bell! Although I think their prices (like most places) are too high for what you get, I have to admit that Taco Bell is one of my guilty pleasures. Many of the other fast food places I used to like have fallen out with me due to the food just not tasting good anymore but Taco Bell always tastes the way I remember, and I like it. This location has a nice staff, good service, and the food is consistently what I want and expect.
Restaurant presents a very new, modern-styled appearance. Earth tones accented with orange and purple. The menu is displayed clearly in the traditional spot overhead, though on a static display. Wide selection of tacos, burritos, chalupas, and crunch wraps. Select seating has outlets for plugging in your electronics. Self serve drinks.
I go to the one on Douglas a lot cause it is closest and my son loves Taco Bell. People are friendly. But the weirdest thing happened to me. I ordered food and got home only to open up and see there was NO meat! Hard taco with lettuce and cheese on all 4 tacos. All 4 had no meat. My son Didn’t want to eat lettuce and tortilla so I had to make him something else for dinner.
Disappointed to arrive and be informed they were out of what we were in the mood for and they only sold certain items in the restaurant vs. on the app. However, the woman taking our order was so very kind and more than willing to make things right and tak care of us. Wish I would have gotten her name so I can give her the credit she deserves. She made our night.
I pulled up to the drive thru and there was a long line, maybe 5-6 cars deep. I settled in thinking it would be awhile.... but it wasn't! Friday evening, 630ish and I was in and out in 10 minutes! What's even better, the order was accurate! No missing items, no items made wrong. I was impressed. Bravissimo!
We've been testing out the online ordering but in my honest opinion you might as well just order it when you get there since it's really no difference in the time it takes 😑. The drive thru lady is always sweet and kind to me and my wife tho so it's been a big pleasure to go here lately hopefully they will keep her because honestly it's hard to find someone who treats you so nicely.
Pulled to the drive through and was told they only accept orders from the app. Had to pull over, install app, order food, then wait for it to made. Thought this was supposed to be fast food? All in all my order was correct with all the food items in the bag but they did not give me the correct sauces so we did not have enough for all the food we ordered.
Update 12/17/2024 at 12:38 i pick up my order, and the cheese sauce is actually so good for once, its got that kick in it that ive only experienced at the wheaton location. need this cheese sauce to stay. its obviously the same cheese as always, however it was prepared needs to be the way always or whoever prepared it Original Posting underneath this Employees Work hard, and care for the customers, however the Nacho Fries never come out warm.
The blonde haired cashier was very unfriendly & unprofessional. Kept staring at my sister like a hawk. I must say the place was tidy & clean though. The guys in the back were a lot nicer when calling us for the order.
Only complaint was how small the Nacho Fries were. Very tasty and cheap so I should have known but the limited size sucks. When I say limited I meant I got 10 fries. :(
I like this Taco Bell - it’s close to my house, they usually make my order correctly and the food isn’t a mess when you open it up. My only thing is that now twice I have gone to this location and it is deserted and no one is there even though the hours show they should be open. Once when I went this summer and it was just randomly closed no explanation. Lights on no one home type of thing. Then again this Saturday 11/14 between 1pm-2pm all the lights were on and not a single employee around. Very odd.
This location is better then the location in yorkville but every time I have came for the past month their was no soda.🥤
It's not your father's aTaco Bell. Time was, they had decent and inexpensive food. Now it's decent and a bit pricey. The kiosk ordering system seems efficient enough. But it removes much of the personal touch. Clean facility
Overpriced. New advertised burritos last kes filling. Felt like I Paid $3 for an empty tortilla.
3 orders together, 3 drive thrus. Unable to give all orders at window together. According to policy. If you place more than 1 order, you have to make a circle at drive thru per order. They can not give you all orders together at once. Used rewards, 3 rewards means 3 drive thrus since their system can't process more than 1 order per car. Changes everyday their system. Told me to walk in since could not be given thru their drive thru window.
They open for breakfast, but most of the menu you can’t order because the food isn’t ready they will tell you. Or it will be 25-30 mins. Second time this has happened to me! I love Taco Bell but not this location.
The employees messed up our order...again! We ordered some things and three of them had lettuce on them. We didn't specify no lettuce but when an item doesn't have lettuce on it in your menu then don't put it on. It's not rocket science just do your frickin' job right. I honestly don't care if someone loses their job over this at least It will be a teaching moment to other employees. Also to those reading this if someone messes up an order then send it back until it is correct.
It was 930 in morning. They opened at 8am. No breakfast menu listed at drive thru and I couldn't eat in dinning room because the doors were locked. Breakfast crunch wrap was edible but the steak breakfast burrito wasn't any good.
Nice young lady at the drive thru but the food was way over priced and not the quality that Taco Bell used to be prior to Covid. The tacos had very little beef and cheese, they were all lettuce and shell. I’m convinced their taco shells are made smaller now too and I ordered a steak burrito and got barely any steak on it! I paid $16.00 for four regular tacos and a grilled cheese burrito, no drink. Highway robbery!!
Over the past 3 years this Taco Bell went from being one the best, to being one of the worst Taco Bells in the area. You can guess the general issues. However, I have never been to a restaurant so determined to close as early as possible. They consistently close just before 8pm and most of the time EVEN EARLIER. Never at the listed time. Whole lines will form at 8:30 out of confusion just to be told they're closed. Because this used to be one of the busiest evening restaurants. I used to wait in out to the street lines at midnight and now, you basically have to show up before 7 for any guarantee that they are still open. The only reason this gets 2 stars is that the lunch staff is still pretty solid.
gave me burnt nuggets, soggy fries, and a cup with a big whole on the side of it where my drink kept spilling out of 😐 but customer service is great!
Was ignored when I entered and stood at the counter. Had to order from the self service kiosk. Then when my order was called the drink was missing. Had to try hard to get someone's attention, and when I did got the stink eye for asking about the cup for my drink. Definitely wouldn't recommend eating inside.
The two employees working were super nice and helpful and made my order accurately. I forgot to order something so I was waiting patiently at the counter and the MANAGER asked me if I needed something. I told her I forgot to order something. She told me to go use the kiosk to order. If I’d wanted to use that I would have. That is how much the manager appreciates customers.
Came to this taco bell and ordered 3 luxe boxes and the 2 chicken chalupa meal that comes with a taco. I also ordered chips and cheese and cheese fries. I got everything except the 2 chalupas and the chips and cheese, you must be wondering why I left out the taco well THE TACO CAME WITH THE MEAL!!! They gave me only the taco not the 2 chalupas nor the chips and cheese! I then go back to the restaurant to tell them they forgot my 2 chalupas and the chips and cheese. They say they are sorry I then open the bag before leaving the restaurant and they FORGET I repeat FORGET the chips and cheese. This was an awful experience at this taco bell!!!! I love going to this taco bell but now this is giving me second hand thoughts. 2 stars only because the workers said they were sorry.
We placed 2 online orders originally through drive thru. We went inside as the line for drive thru was extremely long. When we went to the register to pick up they said if you placed it for drive thru it needs to be picked up through drive thru. We understood and got in line. We then arrived at the intercom and told them we had the two orders. They informed us that they can only do 1 order per vehicle and told us to come inside for the other after they proceeded to tell us that we had to get in line for the drive thru. They refused to give us the second meal unless we came inside.
We waited in line for almost 45 minutes in the drive thru before the car behind us got tired of waiting and went to the window which left us to wait for another twenty minutes before we just left and went to the Taco Bell in Montgomery. It’s a little bit further, but it’s always faster and better quality.
Myesha or however you spell it is a manager of some sort at this location and is extremely rude for no reason and refused to make a small accommodation we requested that was allergy related out of pure laziness. im upset because this location is closet to us and theres no reason for her disrespect to not only customers but to her employees as well
Terrible Taco Bell. Just left with drive through. Three times I have ordered from here and every order the tacos have been empty. The management June (2 of them named June apprently) dont give AF about your dinner. They will just offer you to drive back for replacement... yeah no thanks.
Traveled a good distance for Uber eata and got there at 8:15... Don't close until 10 but the lady working there said they were closed. I asked why it's only 8 and she said she don't have time for this. She's closing... Rude and change your hours online id you close at 8. If you don't, a simple explanation of something came up and I have to go.... I find it very hard to believe you close at 8... It's taco bell.
I went here for a quick meal and it was very busy at the drive thru so thought I'd go inside.. It still took them 20 minutes for my order. It does not seem very professional although they were kind enough to give me something free for the extremely long wait.
Do not go anytime after 7pm, all the potheads are working. My boyfriend ordered two Quesaritos, he got two tortillas wrapped up with pretty much nothing in it!!!! I get it’s a fast food place but come on! This has happened way to often.
The very tall dark skinned woman (manager?) at the Oswego, IL location is EXTREMELY dismissive. We have had missing items on several occasions and if we ask if this or that is in the bag, she gets indignant and literally looks down her nose at you and says - "Is it on the receipt? Is it? Then, it's in the bag." Of course, this is not always the case. Don't bother calling if there is a problem, no one will answer the phone - EVER. And don't tell her in person, she will not believe you or imply that you are lying. We've ordered in store and found something missing, and she proceeded to blame us - we didn't order it, according to her. She is never wrong. Never. Something as innocent as asking for a drink holder or bag, puts her out. No matter how friendly you are to her, she is annoyed that you had the audacity to be in her presence. Whenever we order we pray that she is not there. If she is, we hope that we do not have to deal with her & that she will not touch our food. She has very long decorative nails and never wears gloves when handling food. That is unsanitary. I highly doubt that she is thoroughly scrubbing those fancy gemmed nails before making food. She is often texting while at the food station, & lays her nasty phone on the counter where the food is being made. I have never met a person who works in a service industry with such a hateful demeanor. She clearly does not like her job, or other people. I know others have complained about her, yet she remains. I don't get it.
Ordered 2 hours ahead. App said my food was done. I still waited half hour. 3 people served after me got food before me. Said my order was handed out the window instead so had to remake. Still took forever after that. Then I ordered 20 packets of hot sauce....didn't even get 1. Worst fast food experienceever
There’s a black lady there I don’t know if she’s a manager or what but she is extremely rude. I had a mobile order and also ordered a separate drink I missed and she told me I had to come inside next time to order the drink because there’s only one order allowed per car. She had an attitude and said I did it for you this time didn’t I? And slammed the door, went to go hand me my food and didn’t wait for me to actually grab the bag and it dropped on the ground she didn’t say anything to me handed me my drinks and shut the window she is so extremely rude and I will never go back to this location because of that lady. She shouldn’t be in customer service with such a poor attitude like that. She has made me go around in the line to order a drink after picking up my curbside another time as well.
Yolanda who claims she is the manager at this location was very rude and completely disrespectful. We were initially asked to wait when we pulled up to the drive thru then we asked about an item and was told we needed to hurry up. We drove away and did not order. This location will never get another another dime of my money. Oh and Yolanda had her daughter of about 6 or 7 in the kitchen of the restaurant.
This place is terrible. Every time I go there my food looks like it was thrown down a flight of stairs and/or their incompetence has me waiting a very long time. I pulled up in the drive thru today around noon, no cars ahead of me - ordered a numbered meal +1 item - paid & got my drink - waited for 5 minutes - then someone else came to the window & tried to charge me a second time - then they had me pull around the building & park to wait for my order for another few minutes... props to the guy for apologizing - but this isn't my first bad experience here, hence my review.
One of the worst customer service experience I had. When I arrived I wasn't even noticed by the cashier. She was chitchatting with the girl in the drive-thru who was texting on the phone. When they finally acknowledge me for the pick up order, just gave me the order. Don't even say thanks or good night. Where common courtesy had gone?
I know Taco Bell is not “great cuisine” by any means but OMG. $5.49 for a Mexican pizza which legitimately tasted like burnt cardboard topped with crumbled dog food and feces. I had my fiancé and kids take a bite of the pizza too and we all spit it out alarmed at how awful it was. We let the SUPER FRIENDLY (sarcastic) staff know and they were just like “umm ok?” Just drive a few more minutes down the road to go to other Taco Bell.
This is very much a review on the management. I have been to this Taco Bell 3 times in the last 2 weeks. All 3 times my order was wrong. This is a management thing, becasue they are forcing all cars to pull forward and wait for their meal. Then the employees come out with multiple cars worth of meals and hand them out. Every time it has been wrong. Management needs to step up and put a better system in place. The employees are working so hard and being forced to run out every meal. This causes many dropped balls.
This place don’t even deserved one star. The girl with green hair need to fixed her attitude. She needs to be fired for giving a customers the dirtiest look for asking extra sauce. We spend forty dollars and refused to give extra sauce.
Everytime I go there it's like 45 to an hour wait for your food. The difference was 2nd shift from 3rd. 2nd just seems like they need management and 3rd knows what they are doing but still an hour wait is too long
LISTEN to the other reviews. This place is awful AND understaffed. It needs a management overhaul. I came in to inquire about whether or not taco bell gave refunds for a mobile order that didn't get picked up. One of the male workers laughed at me for not picking my order up. Literally. Another employee was able to answer my questions.
Unacceptable customer service… the lady who worked on Saturday December 11th around 9:30am should consider a different field of employment, customer service is not her strong suit, or maybe this establishment should invest in a customer service training…. Fortunately there are other Taco Bell’s in the area that I can give my coins to…
I don't know who categorized this as Mexican, it's not. Secondly, there is something off about this place. The food is not the same as every other Taco Bell you can visit. Especially from the night crew. The portions are less than you get at other Taco Bells too. It always seems like they skimp on the ingredients. We actually live around the block from this place we started going all the way to another one in Montgomery because the food is so much better. My last time coming here was after I broke my tooth on an over cooked "nacho fry", or one that had been sitting long enough to get hard. Sometimes the shells and chips taste stale/not as fresh. I also tried a the Fiesta Taco Salad here once and there was so much water in it, it was not enjoyable. Do not go here, unless its the only food available and you are starving.
Usually this Taco Bell is pretty good but this time 👎🏻 I ordered the cheese potatoes since they no longer have the French Fries. I bit into something nasty so I spit it out and whatever it was the color of it was black. I called back up there to notify them but whoever fried/heated them up, put the cheese and sour cream on them should have noticed something black in that little container. And no, I do not want a $1.29 refund....just do better. Also, why do y’all have people pulling up and employees walking the orders out? Taco Bell has nothing on the Portillos nor Culver’s level... it’s tacos.

Every time I go to this taco bell at night anywhere from 10:30 pm to 12:30 am they seem closed. Tonight, 11/23/2020, I pulled up to the speaker at 11 pm and nobody answered. There was 1 car in the parking lot. Nobody comes on the speaker to take your order and nobody comes up to the window to explain why nobody is there, nor is there anything posted as to why they're closed when the updated hours say the drive-thru is open until 1 am. This is the closest location to my house, but since we are usually let down by the hours being incorrect or employees closing early I always drive out of my way to the montgomery location, they are always open when they say they are and I've never had an issue with the service there.
This taco bell needs a staff adjustment. Most of the staff is ok but there are a select few that are terrible and make this location not worth visiting. They always mess up orders. Not major but if I pay for extras I expect to get them and not be given attitude when complaining about not receiving the "little" extras I paid for. They never put any meat on Mexican pizzas or sour.crean on tacos that come with it. I can go on but you get the picture.
Ive been here 3 times..NEVER again!! The same 2 female employees are absolutly rude and obnoxious. They either dont realize us customers can hear their snarky remarks or they just dont care. I believe its the later of the 2. At times the raunchy/ foul worded music their playing behind counter is loud enough to wonder if your in a club or a family resteraunt? The wait times are horrid, once they finally acknowledge the customers existance. This taco bell could use a revamp of new people that may actually work.
I have no interest in using your kiosk when it comes to indoor dining. It's a pain in the bleep! And for heaven's sakes clean the dining room area. I had to hunt for a clean table to sit at.
I was making a rather large order at the drive thru and the screen said thanks, pull forward before I was even finshed, the lady took my order "manually" said don't worry about the screen. when I was done, she says, 60 bucks, pull forward.... So I pay at the window and as I'm getting my card back she tells me to pull around and they will bring the order, no receipt, get the order, still no receipt, I suspect fraud, and I've logged a complaint with corporate. Hopefully they can clean up these issues. Taco Bell is one of the few fast foods my family can have due to allergies.
I was there last night December 5, 2022 at 10 PM. I waited 10 minutes at the drive-through order screen before someone would take my order. I kept saying hello excuse me no answer then I pull up to the window they take my form of payment, and the employee at the window is on the phone and her earbuds complaining about me pretty much saying how much she doesn’t want to be working to whoever she’s talking to then I receive my food unwrap my burritos, and it looks like a toddler put them together they were wide-open not even put together properly with the toppings going everywhere if you aren’t happy where you work then don’t work at all. There’s plenty of people that would take the job.
The GM of this store, Myesha needs better customer service etiquette and learn how to train their "managers". Had a complaint about missing half my food, as well as how it was made incorrectly. We drove 8 miles back to get it situated only to be a huge miscommunication on their behalf. To make it short, the whole situation was handled unprofessionally and I will certainly not return at Taco Bell.
This Taco Bell location is absolutely terrible. Extremely small portions compared to other locations and their potatoes look and feel like they’re three days old. Completely inedible. I’ll be going to the locations in Yorkville or Montgomery from now in. They are also extremely stingy with their breakfast salsa for some reason. Management is terrible and very immature.
Buyer beware. First time I have experienced complete Racism in Oswego IL. Manager refused to service because I was white."Caucasian" Third time at this location. Will never go back. Manager and staff needs to be fired and a civil law suit should be filed.
This was a nightmare! I ordered online, and was told at the drive thru window that I had to come in to get my order. I had my 3 year old daughter and no masks, so I asked if I had to. The employee responded that I did. When pressed further, he admitted my order wasn't ready ready and offered that I just park and they bring it out. After 4 more cars asked to do the same, I was brought the wrong order twice and finally the right order. The process took about 20 minutes. I won't be returning.
25% chance should be the name of this establishment because theres a 25% you get what you ordered. Ordered the donuts and 2 deluxe boxes they forgot my sauce, and the donuts. Alsoooo had a horrible incident with the black manager here completely disrespecting my girlfriend over ordering a additional drink. This place NEEDS retraining.
I’m all about supporting the businesses in my community but this location is definitely one of the worst. I spent $30 and all of my items had no more than 10 strands of lettuce. The products looked like they had been made hours ago. The only good thing of today’s visit was the D/T order taker/cashier. I am truly a fan of the brand but seriously this location needs help. Believe I know managing a Taco Bell can be challenging ( I managed one for 15 years so I know what I’m talking about) but the mgr at this location needs to step up and the owner needs to know that this location is extremely bad.
2 Rude unprofessional African American girls got my order wrong and the drink And laughed when I asked for more hot sauce since they only out 3 in the bag. I didn't know they paid for sauce out of their pocket! Some people definitely need vetter custoner service skills! I guess Taco Bell hires anyone these days
This Taco Bell makes you pull out of the drive thru so the “timer” goes off and then they make you sit in the parking lot for 30 min or more waiting for your food, if they remember you are there. Also, when we were forgotten about they acted like it was no big deal. Now Im here again, I refused to move and have been sitting in the drive thru for 12 min. I’ve been given at attitude by 2 people. They are sending all the cars around because they can’t manage the drive thru properly. The customer service is awful. This is the last visit here. This place is a joke. New management needed.
Takes a VERY long time to get your food and there is about a 50% chance it will be wrong. UPDATE: I wrote the above review 5 years ago. This taco bell improved for a short time then got worse than before. We waited 25 MINUTES for our food and we were not alone. Customers from the drive thru were coming into the restaurant thinking the workers must have forgotten about them. This place continues to be a consistant disaster. Avoid.
If I could give this Taco Bell 0 stars I would. The manager is very rude!!! I placed an order and specifically asked for no cheese on my tacos and the manager said that I can take the cheese off myself. If I am placing an order and ask for no cheese, what is the problem making the order like I asked? People do have dietary restrictions!!! The manager needs to be more professional and stop being rude all the time. Every time I go into this Taco Bell she always has an attitude. I will be reporting this incident to cooperate, because enough is enough!!!
We spent $60 on the food. We didn’t get any of the sauces we asked for and they were on the receipt for one. And all the food was cold like it had been sitting out. The burrito we ordered was not correct. Tried contacting restaurant but they didn’t answer even though they were open. So unsatisfied. To spend that kind of money on a fast food restaurant and get cold food that wasn’t even made correctly is very disappointing.

Everything I've read about this particular taco bell IS TRUE! u give places the benefit of doubt. Considering everyone personality and attitude is diffrent. You be kind to staff they will be kind to you... so you would think. In this case all the hype is true. Very bad service food is cold old disgusting. And if you complained they will find anyway not to simply refund or swap it out for fresh food. The manager even went as far as to say it's been 20 minutes , can't return it. Ha! Well ma'am I did drive home and drive back with the food in hand to give you. She said I could of called haha Well I didn't I brought it back, and u still can't help??? I will give this location 1 star for easy access to the location. The dark skinned women manager is terrible. Very rude and condescending. I will no longer go there because of this person. The food is small portions and oddly expensive. You do not get a taco, you get a teaspoon of meat with cheese rolled up. Multiple times incorrect items have been in my order after using the mobile app, in the drive thru ordering in person and in store in person, this is the norm each time I have been there. The service staff appear to be miserable. I can’t stress enough how awful the manager and has terrible customer service skills. I was told that if I wanted to order something I forgot, I have to drive around and re order. I can’t pay at the window even if there is no cars in the drive thru. When my order was wrong she dismissed me and told me it’s my problem. I have given this place too many chances and I am now no longer going to return. It is a strange business model when you don’t want to help your customers or take their money. Odd to me also that the same reviews keep being posted yet the business does nothing.
Got very ill from the food I ate from this restaurant today.
Won’t come back to this location again. They stopped the senior drinks so now you have to pay $2.89 for a ver small drink. When I asked why they stopped it, I was told they did away with it. Shrugged their shoulders and that was it. Go to Yorkville… manager is fantastic and free nice size senior drink.
This Taco Bell is the worst! They’re always missing food in our order. The wait times are TERRIBLE, even when no other orders. The staff is rude and no one is ever there at the counter to greet customers. How are they still in business?! Also, their prices are higher than other Taco Bell locations in Illinois. Why is that….someone needs to have a talk with their rude, awful staff!
recently my friend doordashed from this taco bell and she said it wasn’t very good. this is very concerning to me as i was considering the possibility of ordering taco bell and i just wanted to make sure that this wouldn’t happen to me if i went.
They had a line which I waited in and still wasn’t able to get my food because I had to be somewhere else. I gave them ample time to assist me and when I came back an hour later they had my food on the counter just out and wouldn’t make it fresh. This is not the first issue I had here but I think I’ll make it my last. When I walked in no one said anything. The guys just walked right past and didn’t even acknowledge my presence. Jennifer laughed at one customer who they didn’t make her order correctly all the time not really caring that they do not keep online orders hot and there’s nothing they can do to help you if you order online. I’m very disappointed in this experience.
Abysmal service. Cannot be made to wait but expect a wait out of the customer. The worst kind of attention to customers, complete lack thereof. Insalubrious food content aside, I expected at least work staff capable of basic care and sociality.
Yall ok? I have a an allergy to dairy and red meat. I usually modify my orders to excludes those. I ordered my food and I get a dorritos taco shell (made with cheese) and a burrito thay has dairy products. Thankfully I didn't eat it, but yall good. (Full disclosure I got here at 3:14 am) please listen to your customers, cause sometimes were not being Karen's, we love your food, and you can make us enjoy it, thank you, but yall could gotten sent to hospital. Please do better.
This Taco Bell is never busy, once you order food you will find out why. Order is never correct, rude staff do not want to correct it. If you ask for a lot of fire sauce, they will give you one or two. Which is extremely frustrating, because honestly, that’s the reason we all go to Taco Bell. Avoid this location if you don’t want a headache.
This Taco Bell sucks!!! That's why I gave them 1 star. I called there to complain about the fact that I paid for extra meat on my taco salad and the manager swears up and down that she put it on there herself. Then she hangs up on me! This Taco Bell has a history of bad managers working there that have no regard for their customers. I will not be going back there again!
Service was terrible. Order food and had to wait over 20 minutes. 2/25/26. Fixing all drive thru orders first. I’d never come back here for food
Ordered 3 burrito supremes, the more expensive burritos they sell. All beans and a little bit of beef. Total disappointment.
The taco bell on orchard in Oswego il refused to take my free taco coupon even though THERE IS NOT AN EXPIRATION DATE!!! We got this because of an error on their part quite a while ago. My husband said three times "there is not an expiration date" they said their cards don't look like this and we don't accept this one. They said we got this 2017.....Ummmmm NO thats the copyright date!!!!! There is always a problem when we go to this one......hence why we don't frequent often!
The worst Taco Bell I’ve EVER been to. Waited over 40 minutes for my order and everyone walked around like they didn’t see me. I literally had to raise my voice in there to get someone’s attention after asking politely for help 5 times. I will NEVER come here again.
I ordered the two-pack Steak Chalupas for $6.49, and it was a complete disappointment. Each chalupa had only a few tiny pieces of steak ( 3 to be exact) —the smallest I’ve ever seen. On top of that, both chalupa shells were damaged; it looked like they tried to remove burnt spots, leaving holes in the tacos. For a limited-time item, this quality is unacceptable, and it felt like a total waste of money. I wouldn’t recommend ordering these.
The manager, Brandon, has no idea how to work on customer service. This taco bell is a joke, they barely know how to talk to people or be an actual manager. If I could rate 0 stars I would. Celine might not have been trained well if she was trained by Brandon. They expect people to know what to do when they come in as if its standard procedure to have to go to a kiosk while the workers at a restaurant goof off in the kitchen.
I never leave a review so you know it's bad when I do. This place is just bad bad. We waited for 10 minutes then placed an online order. Waited 15 minutes and our order never showed. Never at one moment during all of this were we even greeted and had to just waste our hard earned money. We had to return to work and just left and went to McDonald's next door. McDonald's was on their game.
Employees are lazy here. Simple order of four crunchy taco supremes and a large pepsi and they couldn't get that right. Got home to find four regular tacos in my bag. $17 for four regular tacos and a drink. That's what I get for going back after they've routinely given me tacos that looks like they were punched after they wrapped them. Never again.
When I placed my mobile order, I made sure to add to all 3 of my tacos NO lettuce and add sour cream. I literally had to pay extra for sour cream. When I got home and went to eat my tacos, all of them had extra lettuce and ZERO sour cream. Happens to me every single time I come to this Taco Bell. Waste of $30
Very inconsistent. I ordered 3 tacos supreme. One had sour cream, the other 2 didn't and only one of them had the normal amount of meat. The other two had about a teaspoon full. I try this place every few months to see if management has fixed the issues but I've yet to get 1 normal order from this place since they opened. Also, most of the kids they get to work there make it very obvious they do not want to be there.
