First time here since they relocated. Love the setting and all the windows. Food was soooo good. Every bite from garlic knots through the salad and entrees: ravioli, chicken marsala, and spaghetti and meatballs. Top notch in my book.

Pizza is great! Love grandmas the most. 4/5 stars because they charge a good bit for pizza and still want to charge for hot pepper flakes :(

Specialty pizzas were delicious. Buffalo Chicken and Jalapeno Honey Pepperoni highly recommend! Grandma's special was tasty as well. The staff was kind and quick. Indoor and outdoor seating, plenty of both! Clean tables and they bring you your food. Very nice establishment with two bathrooms which were spacious and clean. The wings looked really good! Will have to try next time!

My wait for service stretched to nearly five minutes, with no one even acknowledging my presence. The owner, visible in the back making pizzas, looked my way but offered no greeting. Ultimately, a staff member just arriving for their shift was the one who stepped in to help. My hunger and lack of local knowledge were the only reasons I didn't walk out. The pizza wasn't all that either. Response: I arrived at the restaurant at 1220 pm.

Linguini Alfredo with chicken wasn’t as good as what you can get bottled and boxed in the grocery store, but the staff took it off our bill. Pizza had great texture, but there were raw celery pieces on the pie. Not something I’m used to on a pizza. Garlic knots were incredible, some of the best we’ve ever had. There was a bee and fly problem outside and we had to go inside. Maybe there’s something the staff can do about that, but aside from that the ambience was nice.

It really pains me to update my review and lower it but here it is. Two weeks in a row Sal’s has closed early with no notice. No notice on social media (in fact they advertised on Facebook for the Super Bowl, see pics) and no notice on their door. We’ve been regulars here for years and tonight I’m afraid that custom might have come to an end. Last week we noticed the chairs on the table and thought it was just an off night and drove away without asking. Tonight we saw the same scene. A customer had stormed out, yelling “they close at 8!” We went in to confirm and sure enough, they were already closing. At 7:30. On Super Bowl Sunday. I asked if this was going to be Sundays going forward but I was told “no, it’s just this week.” I told them they did this last week too and again about three weeks ago and I was told “oh, it’s our slow season.” Well, guess it’s going to be even slower since we’re going to find a pizza place that’s open at 7:30 on Sundays who actually wants to serve us. Really sad, too, because their pizza is really good.

We ordered our food at 6:15 PM after calling numerous times was told it was enroute. Talked to Manger and explained what happened he said he would get the food to our house as soon as possible and wasn’t charged for the food. That’s was nice of him and said Thank you. Well the food came and it was ( suppose to be a cold sub and chef salad) the sub and the salad was hot. Never again

I got a slice of pepperoni and a slice of grandma. Both tasted like they were reheated yesterday's pizza. The quality isn't there anymore. Village offers larger portions and more value

If zero stars were possible, that would be my rating. I placed and paid for a delivery order on Oct 15th for Halloween night. At the time of my order I specified I needed delivery to be at 5:45pm. Heck, I even included a tip for the driver up front. Fast forward to Halloween night, the food was STILL not at the delivery location an hour after it was scheduled to be. So, I call, and I call and I call. Finally, after 12 tries, someone answered who must have had their customer service training waived upon employment at this place. I was told that they have only 1 delivery driver and that's all she could tell me. I stated that this was unacceptable. She then informed me that I could come and get the pizza...uhhh UNACCEPTABLE again. You literally charged me a $5 delivery fee to go 3.3 miles down the road and I also left a $10 tip for the driver. The last pearl of wisdom she shared with me before I hung up on her was that she can't tell me what time it will arrive. I'm sorry, but why are you offering delivery, charging a delivery fee and NOT delivering the food as promised? At that point, I hung up on her and immediately contacted the business directly, TWICE looking for a refund BEFORE I wrote this review. Nobody from the business has reached out to me to resolve this. Here is the best part of the review: the pizza I ordered was for an amazing group of special needs teens who were looking forward to this Halloween Pizza Party for over a month. Imagine how devastated I am to have dropped the ball and ordered from this place that left them wondering if dinner would ever show up. PS: they never got to eat the pizza if it ever was delivered. Give me my money back so I can host another party for these kids where the food will actually show up. Disgusting.

place an order for pick up at 1 PM to be ready for me to pick up at 5 PM. At 5:25 the food was still not ready. I asked to speak to a manager. The manager said they were too busy but they would take my information. I worked in a pizza place for over a decade and could tell you that If something like this were to have happened and we didn't have the pizza ready at 5 o'clock then pizza takes 12 minutes tops to make and that There is a 0% possibility that the person If they arrived at five, which I did would still be standing there at 5:25 Nor would I not have the time to go speak and at least apologize about it. This place is a joke. They are always late. They always take too much time. Their pizza is not even that good and I have now lost another customer.
