So I was planning on giving this a full on review but unfortunately the food was just too good I ate it all before I could take a picture lol , so i got a burger "the southwest" burger to be exact! Man it was amazing, the fries are definitely top 10 for sure, service was outstanding, it gave you that chick-fil-a vibe, everyone was very friendly, super clean tables and also a kid's play area so definitely bring your kids. P.s. they sell adult drinks also Would highly recommend to anyone in the area, just on overall taste and service.

Glad we discovered this place. Not a big Menu, but plenty to choose from. I got the Cowboy Burger with Fries and Strawberry Shake. It was very good. The shake was too thick to drink. Had to get a spoon and eat it. Husband got the Southwest Burger with Fries and Chocolate Shake. We tried the Hat Sauce. It's so good. We tried the Happy Sauce. It was good. Then we tried the Fry Sauce. It was good. My only complaint would be, the tables and chairs were very sticky

Hat Creek is always a hit for our family. Great atmosphere for families with young kids, the playground is great (please supervise your kids!), the food is delicious! The burgers and chicken sandwiches are great, the fries and the their sauces are crave worthy. I do wish they had reusable utensils and drink cups because I feel like it has a fast casual vibe but you end up throwing everything away. I would love more sustainable materials.

I don't even know where to start with this place! As soon as you walk in your met with laid back and freindly employees ready to serve you. The indoor sitting area is clean and the chairs are quite comfortable. The two outdoor sitting areas are a peaceful place to hang out with your friends, or just you and your burger. Speaking of the burger it was amazing. Starting at the bun (I picked the gluten free option) it was like biting in to a cloud. Perfectly chewy but still fluffy. The patties were perfectly cooked and juicy, and the cheese was melted into the patties and bun. I would definitely recommend this and come again.

Thick, juicy, delicious burgers! Best fast food burger by a mile! Lots of good sauces to try too and the crispy fries had a nice seasoning on them. Also tried the fried green beans and they were hot and crispy! Only wish I had room to try a shake! Did I mention you can get a shake or a BEER instead of a coke on your combo?! Yea...awesome place!

This is a family-oriented burger restaurant, which is also open for breakfast. Play area for the kids, but don't worry they serve beer and wine as well. Burgers are made to order and you can order one of their specialty burgers or build your own. I ordered the Classic burger and added lettuce and tomato. It came with two 4 oz patties. My wife ordered the Bacon, Cheddar, Chicken sandwich. Both were really good. I went through several napkins eating the burger, which I consider a good thing. We also ordered the loaded fries which were big enough for 2-3 people to share. I recommend you visit. We'll be returning as well.

One of the best burgers I have had in some time! Was a little skeptical at first since it had a drive thru window, but it had no impact on quality! The burger was fresh, juicy, and good sized. The fries were lightly seasoned and delicious, and the fried pickles were perfect. Combine that with a friendly staff and a cold Miller on tap, I will definitely be back!

First time trying hat creek and we enjoyed it! We went because of how GF friendly it is; it’s hard to find celiac friendly fast food these days so bless this place for existing. The staff was really knowledgeable about cross contamination which I appreciated! Minus points for charging an extra $2.50 for a GF bun…cmon now.

The place seems to be great and reviews suggested the same. But the actual food is so oily and burger is just fine, not worth the price. Over all food seems to be pricey and strictly okay.

Tasty burgers but prices are not family friendly. Portion size of the kids burger is about the size of a half dollar but cost $6.68 with cheese. Keto bowl was good.

Just drove through the drive thru and got a small burger and tater tots. Got home and started taking my items out of the bag and it’s full of grease. The tater tots were full of grease and inedible. Kind of disappointing because I’ve had this same meal there several times and it’s usually very good. Not sure I will ever drive thru again.

It was... alright. 10 minute wait time on a busy Saturday night for two meals and a shake was pretty good. Would have been better if the drive through was open. Chicken nuggets were good but the classic burger, not so much. Came out pink, which won’t kill you but kinda gross (hopefully I don’t get sick) plus it was VERY greasy and hard to hold. The patties kept sliding out and the bun just absorbed it all and was super soggy. The fries were good BUT the shake was very runny.

Burgers 16+$= poor quality. My Daughter ordered a Veggie.buger that was nothing but mushy beans and corn. Southwest Salad made with dried out cold hard chicken. Fake cheese and old salad. Girl at register not very engaged. Hat Creek has gone to crap. Overpriced and poor quality. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME.

Super disappointing. Took 25 min to get our meal and it was only us and one other family in the entire restaurant. Food was mediocre at best. Definitely not worth the wait. The lids don’t fit the styrofoam cups and the trash cans were completely filled. No where to put our trash after we finished the meal. First and last time going here.
