Starbucks Rochester Reviews
I recently had the pleasure of visiting the new Starbucks on Park Avenue, and it was truly a delightful experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff, and in particular, someone named Najil, went above and beyond to ensure a warm and friendly atmosphere. Najil's exceptional customer service made my visit memorable, and their genuine kindness added a personal touch to the overall experience. The ambiance of the coffee shop is incredibly relaxing. The carefully curated decor and clean layout create a beautiful and inviting space. It's the kind of environment where you can comfortably enjoy your coffee, catch up with friends, or simply unwind with a good book. The attention to detail in the design contributes to the overall charm of the place. The combination of comfortable seating, tasteful decor, and a well-thought-out layout adds to the overall appeal of this Starbucks location. Whether you're a regular coffee enthusiast or just looking for a welcoming place to spend some time, the new Starbucks on Park Avenue is a fantastic choice. I highly recommend stopping by to experience the excellent service, relaxing atmosphere, and beautiful surroundings.
Amazing Sunday morning team today. A team who is overdue for a reminder of the positive impact of their smiles and coffee on the community. Thank you.
I didn't even know this store was here, so I thought it was important to mention I stopped in. Great service and yummy coffee drink.
Location closing Friday, September 26. One of the nicer SBUX in the area, closing after only two years. CEO Brian Niccol's tenure will probably be just as short lived as this location. Strategy lies in the customer experience.
Really good place. The only downside is you always have to ask for the restroom password.
Good location, always kept clean. Friendly and quick service.
Sucks corporate coffee is here but the staff are all amazing and other coffee shops around here have barely any seating and no wifi!
Fast, friendly and persistently accurate service. I love the vanilla bean frappuccino (coffee base not the cream base;) which is not on the menu but an old classic favorite I love. I also add a shot of espresso:)) Perfect coffee fix.... Yes please!
Love this store. Spacious, great light, friendly staff, Starbucks really hit this one out of the park! Even has that great park ave vibe. Clean, friendly, not harried!
Shout out to Mary for TRULY making my day brighter! She had the patience of a saint waiting for me to hem and haw over the menu, asked questions to steer me in right direction, brushed off my apologizing for not knowing what I wanted by saying "that's literally what I'm here for", shook up a deliciously refreshing iced peach green tea lemonade AND treated me to a pretty cake pop to encourage me to have a better rest of my day. Starbucks, keep this little lady around if you know what's good for you!!! Appreciate you, Mary dearest! :)
been watching the construction for weeks, super happy it’s finally open. staff is always kind and attentive and my drinks have been made nearly perfect every time
Love the new location(so close to home 💚) Looks great! my boyfriend and I enjoy stopping here. Haven’t had any issues with our drinks 😊
Nice location on Park Ave. little parking lot in the back of you did not know. People doing laptop and dates and Starbucks activities.
I just wanted to leave this review because TJ was amazing- i went in to use the bathroom because there are no restrooms for the public on Park Ave. So I bought a Pineapple Passionfruit Refresher and his services was simply the best...very happy and helpful! Thank you TJ
Probably the best spot for a Starbucks in town, but it has been marred lately by baristas not putting requested sweetener packets in, instead leaving them out for me or directing me to the station. Although I don't always mind doing it, for cold drinks, it never seems to dissolve well between no shaking and dropping it through the ice. For hot drinks, I am experiencing carpel tunnel symptoms in my hand with pain and numbness which makes tearing my own packs a more difficult proposition for the time being. Now, I get large drinks that do require more packets but still... Maybe one day this can be solved by getting a no sugar sweetener syrup that is not vanilla but just sweet.
I'd rather walk the extra 3 blocks across ice in 10 degree weather and get coffee from cafe sasso than spend another dime here. The girls are always nasty with horrible attitudes like they have personal beef with you it's so odd. Shop local!!!!!
Service was good but to have a lock on the bathroom is understandable but for them to not be able to open is another thing. Get rid of the damn locks. If I’m paying to come in to pay for a coffee i expect to be able to use the bathrooms too. Get rid of them
Just came to this location that says open until 8 PM. It is 5:18 PM and the door was locked and the employee just made a no motion with her hand instead of explaining why they are closed early.
go away corporate coffee we like local shops‼️‼️
I don't care if you don't approve of what's being left behind by hard-working paying customer you don't throw it out. You give at least a customer 24 hours to come back and claim what's theirs you just don't throw out anything you feel entitled to throw out even if you don't approve of it. I left my vape there I was sitting outside I come back in they said they asked the lobby everyone said no and they tossed it out it wasn't even 20 minutes. If I would have left my lip gloss and vape would they still toss it out. So rude and entitled to do as customer service . I've never had that happen I always known when I worked in food service to leave in a corner with someone left behind cuz they may come back out of consideration not judging what it was just because it's considerate and not entitled cuz someone doesn't agree with it if it was something else would they have kept it so rude just to toss out something like that give it a few hours . So rude
