Pork Store Cafe Valencia San Francisco Reviews
Had a great breakfast with a huge mimosa, well i had a poinsetta. I had the corned beef hash Benedict and my friend had the BLT both were great
Corn beef hash, pesto scrambled eggs, and tea. Was a really nice breakfast, reasonably priced with large portion sizes. Good selection on the menu too.
Great breakfast joint, did not try them for bar or evening food. Lots of choices, food was well prepared, staff was so friendly. Give them a try!
Best brunch restaurant in the Sf mission area
Came here for breakfast & dine. Service was courteous and fast, and the drip coffee hot. Chicken fried steak was great, but the family also appreciated the pancakes, sausage, and spinach options.
Stumbled across this place by accident. This is now my brunch spot when I'm in San Francisco. The service was fantastic. The portions are amazing and the food is delicious. GET THE BISCUITS!!!! My water and coffee cups were never empty and my Irish Coffee was strong. Thank you Pork Store Cafe, I can't wait to visit again.
I recently had the pleasure of sipping a latte in this cozy San Francisco cafe waiting for my Waymo ride. The experience was almost perfect, but I found myself imagining the warmth of home with a tiny, delicious cookie nestled on the side. That simple addition would elevate the experience to pure bliss!
Me and my wife started eating here every weekend for brunch. The food never disappoints. The staff is excellent and the atmosphere is perfect for a low key Saturday morning drink with friends.

Fairly legit. This location isn’t grime’y like the one on Haight. Order/pay at the window, take a seat, food comes out very quick. My server was super attentive even tho I just ordered water. 11/10 would go here again to crush a quick meal after bjj practice and before boxing.
Great spot for breakfast/brunch and more. Super casual. The nicest service staff. Just so solid and satisfying.

My avocado & chorizo omelette was delicious along with my side of hash browns. My omelette was cooked perfect with the chorizo filling busting with flavor. Waitress was very attentive and dining area was very well lit and spacious. But prices online do not reflect current prices on the menu.
***update (1 star deducted): went back to have the same bagel lox for breakfast, this time they took out the capers (I asked if they’re out of capers, she said no I will bring you some) and there was half of the lox on the plate compared to last time. That tells me this place is inconsistent.***Nice place, service and food. We had breakfast here and they serve a deconstructed lox bagel and it tastes amazing! Food quality and quantity is pretty good, highly recommend!
Brunch today 4/24/2021. Bunch was the pork store special $17. This location is a lot roomier than their Haight St. location with zero wait time. Their other location had the counter were you get to rub elbows and dine with strangers with a full view of how your food is cook. This location didn't have that intimate busy diner feel. The ordering is different here as you have to order from the front counter, instead of from a waitress. The pork chops are as tasty as ever and the hash browns are cooked with a slight crispy with a butter taste. The biscuits were warm but the butter was hard making it hard to spread. It was a good meal.
A great place for breakfast, would definitely go again

Yummy egg hash nest with tons of peppers and poached eggs. Definitely a different vibe than the other pork store.
I ordered the chorizo and eggs from the Sunday brunch menu... Thinking I'd enjoy some good sausages. Alas, it was chopped up in sauce. Ordered the biscuits per my friend's recommendation (I wanted the sourdough toasts at first) and they were so-so.Hash browns were good! Service was very slow. Ambiance was nice.

10:00 2/16/2026 On this day I was treated by 3 friends for a pre-birthday breakfast. Only 2 other tables when we arrived. First let me say our server, think his name was Dan or Dani was superb. Place was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately my meal was not so good, very disappointing. I had the Chicken Apple Sausage scramble, hash browns & biscuit. My entire meal was lukewarm, eggs were undercooked, broccoli in the scramble was completely raw, and the biscuits, they weren't biscuits but more akin to a basic dinner roll. I have never had such a bad meal there, ever. Because I was with friends, I did not want to make a big stink about my meal, but I regret I did not bring all of this to the attention of my server. Hope your recent experience was better.
One of the few remaining breakfast spots who prepare a variety of tofu scrambles. The hashbrowns are also front and center being crispy on both sides while the center is creamy. Fountain drinks are usually flat...no bubbles. The service is good.
Nice staff and the food was tasty but unfortunately made my friend very sick (throwing up on the sidewalk) about 30 minutes after eating. There was no chicken/meat in what she ate, so my guess is that it was the sprouts, which are often quite hard to clean because they’re so small. I would also guess that it made several other people who ate it sick that day (1/6/2025). Not necessarily the fault of any employee, but the menu should cut down on the number of dishes with sprouts if they can’t be cleaned properly.
Ok so if you're looking for an experience similar to what you would get at the Haight store, forget it. This spot is basically a pickup for Uber eats an all that. While the food was good the service was nonexistent ... get your own water, no server, gotta order at the bar, which can be crowded with people picking up orders. On the poorly printed out menus there isn't even a beverage section. I had high hopes for this place, but nahhhh, it sucked. But hey! Apparently they have the liquor license there, so at least you can eyeball a drink while waiting for the nonexistent service.

Ordered from the Mid Market Eats and was given fries that do not match the advertised curly fries. I want my money back today. This is absolutely ridiculous. See the pictures and refund me somehow. Not good business at all. Ill never come back here or any of your establishments.

The saddest plate of food I’ve got in a long while. The “grits” were completely inedible and looked like they had been made with dish water. The apple chicken breakfast sausage seemed far from fresh and I was nauseous for the rest of the days after eating it. The eggs weee fine I guess, just dry and not particularly good. I used to live around the corner from the pork store cafe on haight and went all the time but I doubt I’ll be back.
