Jack in the Box Seaside Reviews
Great drive thru service last night with Maria at the window, very polite and friendly.
Smooth service and quick drive through make this Jack in the box restaurant one of my favorites. The food is always hot and fresh and I’m never missing an item after pulling away from the curb. This Jack in the Box is always well staffed and the customer service is superior. I also have eaten indoors and the tables are clean and more importantly the restrooms are clean and well stocked. Give this Jack in the Box a try and see for yourself!
This is the best jack n the box I've ever been to. Everything was perfect and the people were awesome!
We had their ube oreo shake, and it's pretty good. We've had it with and without the oreos and prefer without. I believe this is a seasonal shake for Halloween. We also had a fee burgers and fries. I personally liked their crispy chicken sandwich more than their burger. Fries were crispy and tasty. The restaurant was a little messy, with most of the tables not being cleaned when we tried to find one to sit and eat. Service was quick during lunch on a weekday. This place is located in a busy shopping center.
I'm from out of town driving thru, and this is one of the cleanest Jack-n-the-Box I've seen. Then again I haven't been to a Jack-n-the-Box in years. I was assisted right away by Kevin. Shout out to Frank for cleaning the lobby, and a shout out the rest of the team tonight: Luis the team leader, and Maria on working behind the scenes. Thank you for a solid experience.
I ordered food but forgot to order a drink. When I got to the window I asked if I could add a drink & was told no. I couldn't because there was a line... what? Refused to sell me a drink. That makes 0 sense. Train your staff better
Food came out quick but I was given the wrong order, and the person who got my order came back and even though the person said they already started eating the fries the staff just had us switch the bags and totally dismissed us so I was screwed out of a large fry and when I asked for a new one the lady refused and again dismissed me. Never coming back to this location again
Food cold and old guy named “frank” doesn’t want to let you use the bathroom even if you buy something needs new management very unprofessional and rude
2 orders of (3) egg rolls. So much grease it soaked through the bag onto my car seat. Digusting .
We just went there and as soon as we pulled up the person with the headset said “we’re on break” we asked “so you can’t take our order?” They said “it’s a half an hour break” we asked “all of you?” They said yes and told us to come back in half an hour?! We just went to a different location but thought it should be known they asked us to leave… Updated: we’ve gotten the each of the tpain meals and neither came with the air freshener with no comments. Tonight was when we asked about them and they told us they ran out. I was surprised to open my box and not even have my cookie in it. That was kinda rude to change the food in the meal and not tell me and charge me the same price for it.
I work graveyard and everytime I order milkshake to go with my food they don't have it. I believe that they clean the machine and don't want to clean it again.. if you are open 24hrs and item is on the menu, then outside of an occasional breakdown the order should be fulfilled.
I'm not sure what was worse, the river of poo or the projectile vomiting after eating here.... Let me roll back the clock to this afternoon when I decided to get lunch from this particular location. I arrived at the drive-through and placed an order I've had in the past with zero issues. 3pc chicken tenders (regular not spicy), curly fries, coke zero, and order of the tiny tacos (regular, not sauced and loaded.... oh God, the thought of that alone made me throw up in my mouth a little again). I pulled up to the window and after waiting what felt like approximately five minutes (not that that bothered me because that usually means the food is being prepared and would be fresh and hot) before I received my order. There appeared to be nothing wrong with it. All items were present and accounted for, and off I drove. The chicken tenders were definitely fresh and crispy (which is the big draw for me when selecting tenders from the plethora of choices from other restaurant chains). The curly fries were curly, well seasoned, and while they appeared to particularly extra greasy (something I could see and taste as the grease glimmered in the sunlight), they were still crispy. The tiny tacos were a letdown. This was the first time (out of maybe three times I've ever ordered them) that they weren't piping hot. In fact, they were quite the opposite. There were at least 4 that were stone cold in the middle. By the time I finished my meal, I had arrived at my destination some 10 minutes later. After around 20 minutes after that, I began to feel off. My stomach began to cramp, I started to get a headache, and I felt very nauseous. I finished my coke zero, and with each burp, I could taste the chicken tenders and tiny tacos. I knew something was very wrong. Later in the evening, I wasn't any better. While I was able to fall asleep, I was awoken several hours later by a deep rumbling of my tummy (not the good kind like in Winnie the Pooh). I'll spare you any more details than I've already likely over shared, but please refer to my first sentence of this review to get you an idea. This brings me to the present, where even after multiple trips In n out (which would have been a better choice, though hindsight is always 20/20) of the bathroom either sitting on or in front of the porcelain throne, I still feel like crap. Looooong story short, maybe in the future, if whoever is still reading this review, is hungry and is on the hunt for some food, maybe just maybe, they'll remember me and think to ask the person working the counter or drive through taking orders, when the last time they changed the fry oil (if ever) and maybe request it changed or simply take your hunger and money elsewhere. Please learn from my experience, please feel free to share it with your friends and family, and please for the love of god, don't end up suffering the same fate as me (something I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy). This is where I leave you now, as I must return to my post on the potty. Will this ever end? Will I receive a response from management? Will I need to buy a new toilet and some mouthwash? Stay tuned for more!
This place is terrible. I absolutely hated the service. The spicy chicken sandwiches I ordered were beyond dry and extremely stale. When I asked if there was anyway I could get a new sandwich, the employee made a snarky comment saying, "I'm not the one cooking the chicken. What can I do about it?" Besides that, The employees had an attitude and took about 10 minutes to ask if I need anything, and when I asked for some ranch, for about 6 meals, they only gave me one. I would rather eat literally anywhere else.
*Review of Jack in the Box in Fremont** I visited Jack in the Box on July 15 at 942pm at the Fremont location. Unfortunately, my experience was highly disappointing and concerning. **1. Customer Service:** Upon placing a large order, Marjorie, who took my order, instructed me to park in an illegal spot due to the size of my order, which was inconvenient and risky. **2. Wait Time:** I waited for an hour before taking matters into my own hands and approaching the restaurant, where no one responded to my knocks. **3. Refund Denial:** When I returned to the drive-thru for a refund, a Hispanic man with dark hair refused initially and handed over cold food worth about $30, intended for my young children aged 5 and 7. **4. Resolution:** Upon questioning, he eventually agreed to a full refund after an additional 20 minutes and promised fresh food, which was not provided. **5. Overall Experience:** This was by far the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant. Despite being a regular customer who often recommended this location, I am deeply disappointed and vow never to return. **6. Health Concern:** I strongly advise others to be cautious about the risk of food poisoning based on my experience. **Conclusion:** Jack in the Box in Fremont failed to meet even the basic standards of customer service and food quality. This experience has left me with serious concerns about returning or recommending this establishment to others.
On going problem with this guy who works early morning . Very nasty attitude no customer service at all. If you hate your job find another one that make you happy. Not only once or twice its a dozen of times that he is giving me attitude everytime I go order drive through,I think this is the same guy who has no customer service at all at the different location by the Monterey area. This time I got enough, yelling at the customer? I know morning get so busy but man , be patient, where is the customer service. Jack in the box is a good place but having that kind of staff , think twice, you might lost plenty of customer having one staff or two staff member having that kind of attitude.I hope manangement will do some customer service training or replace the one that will not pass the expectation of your company.
My boyfriend which he his bilingual was placing on order. This old lady was taking the order and acted like she couldn’t understand him. It was 3 number 5s, 2 cokes 1 orange Fanta and median fries. She said first slow down! She said she didn’t understand. We went to in and out because she didn’t want to take our order. Great place!!!! I’m local and I always came to Jack. First time I get a disrespectful person.
I called them and they told me they're closed, what's going on? I spoke to them and they told me that at 4am they close and I was waiting there since 3:30 am a woman answered me, I don't know if the owner of the place knows what his employees are doing. Today is a Tuesday, October 11, 2022 at 4:10 to publish this after going to the jack in the box
