BEST DONUTS! My work orders donuts from here almost every morning. Whenever I come here I always order their large ice coffee, the best in the area! Good customer service, it's quick too. Sometimes they get busy, but you never have to wait too long in line.

It's generally okay, but towards the middle of the day to the evening, donuts are generally stale and gross. Also for some reason the coffee is almost always burnt. I don't know why, but it's very frustrating. Burnt coffee is gross. The more I go in there, I more I leave wondering why I went there again.

Be careful ordering here. Hands down one of the worst Dunkin Teams around. I ordered a single latte. Disgusting: Basically a homeless shelter. Smelly homeless people who haven’t showered in months are allowed to take up all the tables and sleep all day with their belongings scattered about. A disease health hazard. Staff is fine with it. They basically live here and sleep on the tables from opening until closing. Don’t go unless you don’t mind eating or drinking in a filthy disease ridden environment

My order was not made the way I SPECIFICALLY said in my online order. And the food was literally thrown together. My roll ups looked like they just threw it in the oven to heat it up and then rapidly wrapped it up, with cheese still oozing all over the place. My whole bag was covered with cheese from the roll ups! My wraps were cold, looks like they were frozen and they heat them up, that is not good! Iced coffee had absolutely no milk in it, even though my online order specifically said how much milk to add, along with sugar. Iced coffee tasted terrible, like it was burnt and they just added water to it to mask the taste. Won’t be coming back to this Dunkin’.

Beyond rude. The cashier was talking on his personal phone at the register and completely ignored me trying to order. When I asked for a bag for my three boxes of donuts he said they were all out and told me I’d have to hold them. When I asked him to look again he magically found one and gave it to me with an attitude.

The receipt said my correct order and they got it wrong. They accepted that it was wrong and then decided they were right and I was wrong. Needless to say, but I won’t be coming back here again.

They don’t keep their masks on while they pack ! They were talking over the donuts while packing them ! I even told the girls to keep it on as it’s not safe for us and if the health authorities find out it won’t be good ! They r really nice though so I hope They can follow the new protocol ! I won’t be going back though, not anytime soon !

Worst service operation I have ever experienced. 2 people keep switching on the register and then one takes the cup and the other does the second step. They must have done 5 orders from online. While store was backed up. Then, they put the cup with ice and sat it on the coffee bar for a long time. Making other orders. Ask the girl about just putting coffee in the cup. She goes “you need to wait” mind you she’s taking orders so she can then go back and work as a 2 way chain that doesn’t work……..

My experience has been relatively bad always. The service quality is poor. You ask for hot coffee. They handover a cold one. They make you wait for a while. I mean too long compared to other Dunkin’s.

The only 5 star goes to the man doing maintenance/cleaning that had the sense to acknowledge me even though he doesn’t handle register. Another customer walked in and sat her child on the counter. Somehow they could see her and one woman slowly made her way out to serve her before me. Can’t imagine if it was actually busy

The staff here are so miserable and unpolite. They don't greet you. I ordered a coffee and it was water. I just walked in and is like no one walk in. The Indian girl gave me so munchkins and they had a hole. I should give a zero.

Serve the hashbrowns burnt nobody speaks English ask for toasted bagel. They put the bagel in the microwave. This is the intelligence that we’re dealing with these days.
