I would like to send a shout out to Jack In The Box night crew on Christmas day they had a parking lot full of cars for the drive-thru and they were taken on business inside front counter they got the job done with no complaints. Thanks for being open when most fast food restaurants were closed that night . 🙏🏾🎄

Okay. I don’t get why all the negative reviews, this is my first time visiting. I’m autistic so maybe it’s a me thing and I don’t understand or I am too forgiving but it was quite pleasant here Bryan and Chris deserve a raise for being so nice to me I got a bad cut on my hand from glass and they were extremely nice over the phone and they were able to get me a bandage and the food itself isn’t bad whatsoever it’s pretty decent for the price honestly. For a burger place they actually have some pretty great chicken teriyaki. The only really bad thing I can say is the online user interface was clunky and I couldn’t change my drink or add light ice or something.

I just want to say how AMAZING ZACK was at the drive thru window this morning! There was a small wait for the food I ordered but he kept engaging with me - food came out fresh and for him to drive a hour away to work ….you have a heck of an employee!! Thank you Zack for your smile, great attitude and professionalism today and everyday! Well deserved raise!!!

I mean it's Jack in the box. What really can I say? They're little mini tacos stuffed style, I think that's what it's called, is really messy and I wasn't expecting that. But man it was so good. Apparently Jack in the box has this huge mozzarella stick in some of the late night boxes, but I haven't been able to find them yet. I'm interested in finding that like it's the holy Grail.

The food is really great. There was only one vehicle in front of us. It did take a long, long, long time. However, the lady working the drive through was the nicest, kindest person you could imagine. Her kindness and the quality of the food made up for the wait. If you are in a hurry, you might try something else, but if you want great food, a friendly experience and are willing to wait, then I recommend it highly.

Did they switch managers??? I just came through the drive-thru and ordered a couple of tacos, and I was honestly disappointed this time. Each taco had barely any lettuce maybe like 10 small pieces and some were missing cheese entirely. A few didn’t even seem to have much, if any, meat in them. I understand that the tacos are inexpensive (around $1.79 for two), but I’ve been ordering from here for years, and they’ve always been made complete and consistent. That’s why this experience stood out so much it felt like a lot of the basic ingredients were missing. I’m not expecting anything extra, just the same quality and care I’ve always received in the past. Hopefully this was just an off moment, but I wanted to share the feedback because it definitely wasn’t up to the usual standard. Enough of that I been waiting for my order for more than 20 minutes now. Hopefully next time is better.

The Jack in the box we went to was actually dirty ,specially the RR Some of the tables weren't wiped down you could tell ppl had ate there. The windows were dirty, looks like they hadn't been cleaned in a while. Sorry but wont be going back to that Jack in the box.

During the day, the service is great but the night shift , especially tonight, was very rude and we ended up leaving before we could even finish our order because the person taking our order at the drive thru just kept trying to rush through and wasn't stopping long enough to listen to us. The food normally takes around ten minutes to get out to us on a good day, but it feels like it takes so much longer at night. We've waited almost twenty minutes on recent visits. I understand being understaffed but that doesn't mean that you have to be disrespectful when we try to ask questions about the meal.
