I was at Chick-fil-a last night with a loved one for the first time in a long time and long story short the food was great ,the service was on point ,and the vibes were great. Mrs.Crystal was very attentive and polite and I would definitely come again!!

First time getting breakfast at chick fil a. Friendly staff. Overall wasn’t very amazing. Little biscuits were very dry did not taste fresh at all. Chicken was very dry too. Breakfast sandwich was a disappointment. Biscuit was very dry and they didn’t even melt the cheese or at least attempt to. Just slapped it on there and called it a day.

Adams streets way better! Every time I come to the s. 31st Street location it's just a nightmare. They are so slow compared to the other Chick-fil-A's. On three separate occasions, I’ve had to go inside the store for missing items after placing a curbside. I would not recommend doing curbside here if you are traveling with children in the vehicle.

The car hop lady Addy was very rude for no reason. On top of that she put my order in wrong. Wrong salad. Wrong dressing and no condiments. I will not visit this location again.

UPDATE: This place is still short changing the fries. I'm posting a new picture of two large fries next to each other. They also can't seem to answer the phone. I will also report this to corporate and the BBB. When I pay $40 for lunch I expect a large fry!!!!!! See picture 4 for the latest B.S. Getting sick of getting short changed everytime I go to this location. When I order a large fries. I expect it to have more than the medium. It's hit or miss if I will receive a hot sandwich. The nuggets have been mediocre at best. Getting to the point I'm just going to boycott this chain. No reason to pay good money to gamble if my food is going to be edible or fill the container. This wasn't a one-time thing. It's becoming a every visit thing. Finally have become irritated enough to leave a review.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at the [New] Chick-fil-A was completely unacceptable. The service was incredibly slow, even though the restaurant wasn’t busy, and it felt like the staff were overwhelmed or untrained. To make matters worse, a worker named Christina was extremely rude—she kept cutting me off while I was trying to explain my situation and argued back instead of addressing the issue. I felt completely disrespected and ignored. Chick-fil-A is known for friendly, welcoming service, but this visit was the exact opposite. It was stressful, frustrating, and disappointing. Management really needs to address this behavior because no customer should ever be treated this way. I will not be returning to this location.

Going to stop coming here, am a red member too. Every week my family has made it a tradition to come to this specific location and for the past 3 weeks they have forgotten my wife’s food. ( just nuggets and fries). Feels like they hire McDonald employees because this has been just crazy coming to this chic fil a, it puts a stump to your night and my wife is upset bc she can’t get a simple order, not to mention they forgot my wife’s dog pup cup on his bday and we let that slide. This is just absurd. I would rather spend more money at other places than to come here.

I called cause the fries were not cooked the right way they were cold as well and then I asked for extra pickles so I didn’t get it. Then the manager ashely was being rude saying Uh-huh like eight times like being sarcastic. I told her that my father was on the hospital and I was just expecting to get a hot meal after long day it felt like she didn’t care or care for quality food or being professional. She already ask you if you can come back, I told her I’m already getting to close to Belton I told her that I was not expecting to get bad I wanted quality food not someone that doesn’t understanding not about customer service I was already have a bad day. And I just wanted some good food, but I guess I didn’t get what I wanted.
